These are some I can think of for now. In no particular order....

    1) the entire cast in Cageman, esp Roy Chio's character's retarded son (always dunno how to pronounce his name) - Excellent cast!

    2) Nam Hoi Sup Sam Long (Tse Kwan Ho) from The Mad Phoenix - They don't make movies like this anymore.

    3) Ah Long (Chow Yun Fatt) from, u guessed it, Ah Long

    4) York (Leslie Cheung) from Days of Being Wild

    5) Yu Fa (Anita Mui) from Rouge

    6) Of course, who can forget Jet Li's Wong Fei Hung from the Once Upon a Time in China series?

    7) Many of Stephen Chow's characters

    8) Eric (Eric Tseng), Alan (Alan Tam) and Olive (Maggie Cheung Mun Yuk) from Alan & Eric - Between Hello and Goodbye.

"We set out to change the world... ended up just changing ourselves."
    "What's wrong with that?"
"Nothing, if you don't look at the world."

    I can't help it.

They're REALLY memorable, at least in my book

Come on now, 29 characters are plentiful but not a lot, considering the number of HK movies that have been out since the 60s.

Yeah, but most of them suck.

Hehe, I'm just playing around. 29 isn't much, but the fun part is really narrowing it down to like top 5 or top 10.
