It is not? I thought Full House was released as Ngoi NHa Hanh Phuc
full house was release in Viet in Vietnam but not in US
Full House is not released in Viet yet in the US. Trust me I been trying to get it forever for my brother and sis.
Does anyone know if The Survivor has been release yet. I've been searching for it for years. Really want that series (starred Amy Chan, Gallen Lo, Maggie Siu)..

There is the Gateu affair - full release
The Gut of Man - full release
The Herbalist Manual - still continuing (kinda boring, rent at own risk)
The happy hotel - It about tour guide in HK staring Melissa Ng, Michael tao (this is plain stupid)
There actually Full house release with English subtitleOriginally Posted by i_fotted
Curently release:
1) Memories of Bali - Ky Niem Bali ---Ha Ji-Won, Cho In-Sung, So Ji-Sub, Park Ye-Jin
2) Sunshine of Love - Anh Duong Cuoc Tinh---Song Hye-Kyo, Ryu Seong-Bum, Cho Hyun-Jae
3) Popcorn - Bap Rang --- Song Seung-Hun, Kim Kiu-Ri
Yea, but they are extremely lazy . I have the DVD version with Canto and even English subtitles but they refuse to watch it cause they don't understand any canto. Besides subtitles are not always accurate.Originally Posted by HookOnRice
I disagree.. Dubbed voiced aren't accurate as well since they need to put words in to fit the mouths. Plus, i liek watching kroean series in the orignal langauge.. even if teh viet dubbers are good doing what they do.. something about it.. still makes it bad...
As in lazy, I was refering to my brother and sister. Just want to clear that up.
Here is why I think Subbing is less acurate than Dubbing. I watch HK serials in both Canto and Vietnamese. I personally prefer to watch Canto since its in the original language and I can understand it completely; however, my bro and sis prefer to watch it dubbed in Viet so they can understand it. With the subtitles on, I can see the acuracy of the subtitles and the dubbed. Since I watch both versions anyways. I think they actually do a better job dubbing than subbing.
really? because i watched some series in Chinese, ( I.e Tian xia di yi) and some lines are different from the actual dialgue when dubbed in viet..
plus.. something about dubbed korean series..... it's bad in a way.. I think it also could be that korean dialgue are long and redundant.
Song Hye Kyo filmed Sunshine of Love first, so I heard. That sucks, because that means it'll be probably half a year later or even more until Full House is released in Viet. I hope that's not true!!!! I've been waiting for so long.Originally Posted by chocolate
there's two group of dubbing series, one is in vietnam and another one is in usa, i find usa dubbing better than viet...
in usa you find 3 groups which is TVB/taiwan,china/korea...i prefer TVB group they do really good job of it and sometimes i thought the characters actually speak vietnamese.
you will find alot of times the dialgue is diff to viet thats because they translate to the way vietnamese talk or vietnamese slang...but they have the same meaning...
VN's is SOOO bad! Actually, a common trend in Vn is to have only one person narrate the series....... BAD
Oh yea, I heard about that. One time I saw the whole serial of Stairway to Heavens on DVD in a Vietnamese video store for only 10 bucks. I was like WTF? I was about to buy it, but I also found another copy of it for 30 dollars. I asked the cashier, "what's the difference"? She told me, 1 version was from Vietnam and only has 1 person dubbing though the entire serial, which means 1 person is going to speak for every character. While the other version was dubbed in the US and has a different person dubbing for each character. I'm so glad I asked first and didn't buy it because it would be so annoying to hear 1 person through the entire serial.Originally Posted by Sugar
