Do u choose actors/actresses whenever u watch tvb series?

I used to watch any TVB series that was ancient regardless of who was in. Nowadays, I choose series based on the actors/actresses that are in it as well as the storyline. If the series includes my favorite actors/actresses and has an interesting storyline then I would definately watch it. I've become pretty particular about TVB series these days, it's so hard to find a series that actually fits my criteria. I feel that the quality of their series has really dropped and I don't like watching a lot of the recent actors/actresses, many of them are lacking in charisma and talent.

Oh definitely. I only watch series with people I like. I can't sit there and watch a series with people I dislike.

absolutely yes!!! to be honest, my first rule of watching series is that i must like the actor first the story can get along after that. So my patterns is like i like the actor then i searched n watched all his series

I would have to. The plot depends too, but usually the cast attracts me first. If there's maybe two or three actors/actresses that I don't like, but one or two actors/actresses that are my favourites, then I'll watch it.:P

i will see who the actor is first before watching. but when i am really bored, i would not consider this point.

Definitely. I would watch any show with Roger Kwok or Bobby Ou Yeung in it.

Same with LYF, Eva or any sweet pretty young thing

If the show has Myolie Wu in it i would think twice before watching it. I really dun like her.

Yeah.... Firstly, I would choose the actor or actress who Im familiar with . If there r someone I never knew before, I will choose the movie if they are good looking. So sometime, I got the boring movie

yea, some actors/actresses put me off immediately. I may later watch the series, however, if someone i dislike is playing one of the main characters, and the series doesn't sound good, i will bypass

it's very painful sitting through bad films

that's why i avoid watching series with Ron in it... shudders... i think his acting is terrible

Up to date those i dislike would be Sonija Kwok, Shirley Yeung, Sharon Chan & Niki Chow. As for the guys should be Kenneth Ma n Ron Ng plus Sammul Chan too. Don't really like them...

I just watch w/e thing shows up in the rental store. If I don't know the cast at all (leads), sometimes I guess I wouldn't watch it. Usually I watch it if the commercials/poster looks good. >_>
