The worst would have to be Virtues of Harmony. The beginning was funny, but because it was such a long series it got boring and repetitive after a while. But I love the acting of the uncle and the aunt with the mushroom haircut

One of the best would be Split Second. Unlike other TVB series, this one had so much action and so many unexpected scenes. I loved it.

Another one would be A Step into the Past. I loved it so much I have the whole series hehe.

There are many good ones. One of the worst one I could think of is Journey to the west 3. The storyline is a turnoff, just plain boring. Also Lost In the chamber of love, and some other ones, but I can't recall the names at the moment.

I don't watch that much TVB these days, but some of them do stand out. I watched a fair bit in the 80s and early 90s, and nowadays the TV does air a few more recent series, so I'm sure I've missed out on a lot of good ones (and bad ones).

DOMD 86 (no other version is even able to come close)

LOCH 82 (more for the nostalgia, but the music remains the best)
HSDS 00 (given the talent available, it was a rather good effort)

Gods of Honour (the only series I just have to switch off the TV when it airs)
Virtues of Harmony (It's supposedly an acquired taste which I never managed to acquire)
Against the Blade of Honour (Dull, and utterly annoying)
