My heart goes to Won Bin's character! If I was in Eun seo's position, I would have accepted his love all the way! OMG I would totally fall for Won Bin's character in the series. I just love Won Bin's acting, facial expressions, and everything about him in this series. If Eun Seo won't take you, I WILL!![]()

totally totally agree with you. won bin was amazing. i simply can't understand WHY song hae gyo did not fall in love with him. as for song seung hun's character, he was so weak and pathetic, especially what he did in the end. how does that prove his love in any way? once again WON BIN is fanastic and made this movie worthwhile to watch.Originally Posted by Suet Seung

Haha....Won Bin's character Tae-Suk was such a loveable 3-dimensional character. It would be impossible not to fall in love with a man like that. Thats why I'm so mad at k-dramas when they talk have these childhood romances that just totally controls their adult love. I mean how can kids know what true love is? And for goodness sake....I wish Eun seo would stop calling Joon Seo (Song Seung Hyun), Oppa! Then she got some heart to call Tae-suk, oppa too. Geez...Tae Suk was right.."How many brothers do you have?" I hate Eun seo for hurting Tae-suk so much.
heheh I laugh so much when Won Bin's character was yelling at Eun Seo's boss and making all the racket. It was the scene after he "force" kissed her in his drunken state, and she ran out and her boss saw it. And So Won Bin was like "You have a problem with people dating?" or something like that...haha and Eun Seo was pushing him out and he was throwing his arms like "You got a problem with that? Huh Huh? Hahaha such an adorable guy.
I didn't like Song Seung Hyun's character either. He just couldn't outshine Won Bin's character.

I like Won Bin this this series also. I can't beleive that he couldn't win her love. Won Bin done so much for her vs the the other guy.
That's really trueOriginally Posted by wenipoo
It's always the the supporting actors who care more than the leading ones but they never win her love
. Too bad.

I guess it's more of longing and missing that someone so much that makes them feel in love when they grow up, their minds can't forget the good times they had when they were younger, so when they see each other again for the first time, all sort of feelings rush within them and somehow translates into pure love.Originally Posted by Suet Seung
Eun-suh only had Jun-suh when she was young, you can see how she cried when she made the choice to leave the family and go with her biological mother. When they left, she probably thought of him and the family all day etc.
Eun-seo was 14 years old when she was separated from Jun-seo. Though the tenderness that they had for one another as kids wasn’t the matured one, it could have profound effects on them, especially for Eun-seo if you’d consider the drastic life change, her lack of a father figure, and the abusiveness that she suffered from her real brother. However, I believe the two that had once grown up believing that they were brother and sister, did not begin to develop true romantic feelings until they reunited again as adults.Originally Posted by slow_jamz
I don’t understand though, for why on earth that everyone in the movie to consider it’s so immoral for Eun-seo and Jun-seo to be lovers when it’s already in everyone’s comprehension that there isn’t any blood relation amongst the two ????
Also, it’s okay for Eun-seo and Jun-seo to have passionate feelings after they knew the truth about their brotherhood, but before that would be very wrong. Several scenes from the childhood are quite amiss however. For examples, I offend the way Jun-seo stared inappropriately at Eun-seo’s underskirt when she took her outer skirt to wring off rain water, and how Jun-seo told Eun-seo that he had an “amorous-girl” in his mind and implying her when asked by little Eun-seo. In the opposite of cute, I thought those lines were so inapt.

Agree. Tae-seok is a loveable character and played very well by Won-bin. I don’t think Won-bin outshines SSH though. I agree that the written Jun-seo character is quite a “wuss” sometimes, but SSH is outstanding portraying that role. When it comes to showcase a sensitive and romantic soul who suffers great love tragedy, I think SSH is the best. His expression of grief and tear shedding skill are just so unbelievable.Originally Posted by Suet Seung
Their elders were very conservative, to them they grew up as siblings, so it's a no for them to be together even though they aren't related by blood. The parents see her as their own. But I would think that they should be happy for them to be together since they already know her so well and that once she marries him, she can be their daughter in lawOriginally Posted by uchikake
So agree with u. While in the eyes of us viewers, things should be so simple to resolve, Kdrama always jams in some nonsense morals or probity and makes an upheaval out of it.Originally Posted by slow_jamz
At least for Endless Love, that feudal mayhem was keyed up by the fervent love amongst the main three characters (Eun-seo, Jun-seo, and Tae-seok), their passions and attention-grabbing personalities, and Eun-seo’s illness. The dialogues were also well scripted and not reiterated.
In Summer Scent, I got so sick of Hye-won’s endless “sorries" and the gibberish dragging fuss rimming the fact that Hye-won’s heart donor was Eun-hye.
Agree. I don’t understand how Eun-seo would have the audacity to call Tae-seok “oppa” either. It’s so cheeky of her!Originally Posted by Suet Seung
Yeah. Tae-seok is such a straightforward and easily-roused individual, and Won-bin’s expose’ for this character is sooooooo good. I like the way this series constructs the personalities for all of its characters – each is unique in his/her way.Originally Posted by Suet Seung
Tae-seok is an adoring quick tempered playboy, so half-hearted on everything he does but except for when it comes to loving Eun-seo. Jun-seo is a classic and sensitive gentleman and a love-strucker. The director meticulously sketches the two opposite personalities with how neat-n-clean Jun-seo’s art gallery/home is versus the mess of pizza boxes and dirty dishes at Tae-seok’s place. It’s also interesting to watch the two being paired as two very close friends.
I really like those lines of Tae-seok that you mentioned too. Tae-seok’s reactions are always very spontaneous. Other favorite lines of Tae-seok are when he quickly snatches Eun-seo’s hand and pulls her running from the old man match-made by her older brother, and when he immediately plays the “rock-paper-scissors” the next morning after finding out from Jun-seo that Eun-seo would charge her opponent only with a “rock”. He’s a madcap but very cute.
Endless Love is equipped with quite a crew of beautiful and talented actors!

Yes, I agree. It's simply too good and too touching.

I just recently watched (I mean skimmed) through this series. Originally, I wasn't going to watch it because my mom and sister told me it wasn't any good but I figure maybe they didn't like it because of the brother/sister thing. I don't have a problem with that and I don't even care if they're real siblings. For the lack of interesting Jdramas as of late, I sat down and watched the series streaming. The first ridiculous thing I noticed was how easily babies could be switched at hospitals. Maybe doctors weren't so bright at the time to think that once the babies were taken out of the crib there was no way the nurse could take 'em back into the right ones because the only ID tag was on the crib itself. Or maybe it was just bad writing for the convenience of the story. Whatever the case may have been, I pressed on 'cause I heard there were some eye candies. The two kids who played the brother and sisters were pretty cute. Then there were a lot of crying. They grew up and all the usual Korean dramas formula kicked in. We had just about everything. Two guys fell for 1 girl (eventhough both seemed to already committed to other parties.) Then of course a Kdrama couldn't go on without an evil girl messing things around. I think the main 2 chars took 4 eps of running around to come to the realization that they couldn't live without each other so they told everyone. Then next Kdrama element came in, the terminal disease. At the end, when everyone was supposed to be really sad I felt kind of bad but I actually was laughing when the main guy got ran over. Honestly it was just as ridiculous as how the babies were easily switched. This driver was driving like 30 no 20 mph and honking at him. The main guy didn't get out of the way so driver must have thought 'hey I've done what I could, let me run over him.' And with that 20 mph speed, the impact was beyond my belief. The guy flew out into the sky and then fell in slow motion while reminiscing his precious time with his sister. (At this point, my laughter was getting out of control.) Sorry but this was just some really sorry excuse for a plot.

Tớ rất thích cậu, bao nhiêu năm khúc mắc, bao nhiêu năm mong nhớ, bao nhiêu năm cô đơn dằn vặt, tất cả đều hóa gọn trong một câu nói giản đơn.
don't worry, i was also laughing when the guy got ran over because i was very suprise and found it quite ridiculous. and to be honest, i never liked it because i was never touched by the series. instead, i was laughing throughout all the emotional parts or i went and look for something to eat.![]()
Well, it's a different taste, I think. Autumn Tale is considered to be the one of the best TV show ever produced in its homeland, and is the most wanted show that people would like to see remade as a movie. In fact, a movie remake is in the process right now.Originally Posted by Grifis
