I don't know about the promoting thing! Its all TVB politics..they choose who they like and who they don't. I do believe that Raymond have worked hard to earn his promotion! I believe that ToB have been his best lead role!

He was studying in the US, went back to HK for summer holiday in 1998, his friend suggested him to go to TVB acting class for fun. He enrolled when he finished his acting class, he signed up with TVB, and did a few cameos, then second lead in

A Step into the Past
Golden Faith
Blade heart
then became lead since then

Although his family did like him in Entertainment business, but they compromised
he came fr Hokkien so he can speak English, Cantonese (study high school in HK), Taiwainese and Mandarin. yeah his languages is very good I dont see any accent when he switches fr Mandarin to Cantonese or Taiwanese

1. crimson sabre (masked man, but he took off his mask) watch carefully u will find him
2. At the threshold of an era 2 (he played the prison guard)
and there were 2 more series that I didnt watch but people told and I cant remember the series

Ooooooo............I didn't know he was in crimson Sabre!! That is cool!! That show is playing here in Canada so maybe I'll be able to see him! I think I j/ never paid attention to him because I actually didn't know who he was!! I notice most cameo because they been the extra for sooo long!! ^^

I have been following Raymond since he started his career with TVB so those are my collections. A few songs of his are very hard go get now days. For ex the Violent dragon he won the TVB song award prize for kid song, the one with Miriam is very nice too.

One of the fans in Singapore recorded live when he sings on stage..that was why it doesnt sound good.
He will be going to Singapore in January
