Here is my analysis
Raymond up till now he kisses four girls
1. Rain Li in Stolen love (passionate kiss) he initiates it. This is both Rain's and Ray's first screen kiss
2. Tavia 3 times in GFaith (also Passionate Kiss) and Tavia initiates them all

3. Li Qian in TOB although this is just a peck but with full of love and he initiates it

4. Michelle in LWVB but I dont call it a kiss, he just tried to save her underwater just a mouth to mouth CPR. nothing romantic about it, the intention and the love wasnt there, although Ray+Mich's fans say otherwise.
5. Leila in TLB but she starts it

6. I was told that he kisses both Charmaine and Sonija in LWOPL but we havent seen it so we have to wait and see.

So up till now the most romantic kiss to me is with Li Qian with beautiful surrounding, with all his and her heart

Well as I said what happens between Mich and Ray wasnt a kiss. Its meant to be one. He is trying to save her underwater...although Mich's fans say it's romantic, I find nothing romantic about it.
