Sai Mun Chui Sheut vs. Fa Mun Lau

Sai Mun Chui Sheut and Fa Mun Lau are perhaps Luk Siu Fung's two best friends. Both are first-rate martial artists, but neither has ever fought the other. Sai Mun Chui Sheut's deadly skill with a sword needs no introduction, but Fa Mun Lau was also a great martial artist never known to lose a fight. Although Fa Mun Lau was blind, his other senses are enhanced to the point that it is not really a disadvantage for him. In fact, he is often more aware of his surroundings than sighted people are. Given this, if Sai Mun Chui Sheut were to try to kill Fa Mun Lau, could Fa Mun Lau possibly escape with his life?

Well that would depends on how fast Fa Mun Lau can run... I don't think he can beat SMCS, even Luk Siu Fung said he can't fight SMCS as I recall.

Luk Siu Fung is a very humble guy. Or, maybe he just can't ever bring himself to point his sword at a friend.

You mean trying to run away instead of standing and fight? The guy's dead meat. His other senses might be sharper but being blind is still a huge disadvantage.

The first time Sai Mun Chui Sheut met Fa Mun Lau, the former was amazed that the latter was able to sense his presence...despite the fact that Sai Mun Chui Sheut was one of only four or five individuals in the wulin of the time whose hing gung was so extraordinary that he could create absolutely *no* sound when walking. Fa Mun Lau said that despite the complete absence of sound in Sai Mun Chui Sheut's movements, Fa could still sense Sai Mun's "killer aura". It's evident that Fa Mun Lau can pull some surprises on Sai Mun Chui Sheut (but enough to save his life from Sai Mun if Sai Mun wanted to kill him?).

Hua Manliu might be able to win in pitch-black conditions (like Xie Xun vs Cheng Kun) but he'd still be in danger as by the end Ximen probably got to the stage where he didn't rely on sight alone to kill either...
