first i saw Tae in a series where he was a pianist and there are 2 girls that are after him.. one of them is the girl on the pic (below) what was the title of the series again?? and when the first time i saw that series, i thought that guy was Jimmy Lin.. o.O haha and do you guys have his songs?? i wanna hear.. i didn't know that he is a singer as well

If he's 100% Thai, then does he speak Taiwanese? I'm curious.

I think Tae is a Thai Chinese, so he could speak fluent mandarin. Heard him said before, now tat u mentioned it i almost forgotten he's a Thai coz he look and speak like a Chinese.

I do remember when he first went over to Taiwan, he couldn't speak a word of taiwanese. He came out on a talk show this one time, and he was explaining how hard it was for him the first year in Taiwan cas he couldn't speak it, he gave an example about a new year concert he performed in Taiwan, he recited his lines in chinese (happy new year) but when it was time to say it he ended up saying happy birthday instead!

But cas he stayed there for a while and had to work with people who spoke it around him, he eventually picked it up and (to me) he sounds pretty fluent.

How he entered the chinese showbiz? well in Thailand he is contracted under Grammy (1 out of 2 of Thailands largest music companies) and for some reason there was some Taiwanese people (music people) who came to look at the grammy building and see how they work. Tae happened to be practicing on that day and when the people saw him, they were interested, I think cas he looked chinese. Anyway, I think Grammy had shares or something with the taiwanese music company, and when they released their first female artist, they got Tae to sing a duet with her and do a music video. He was really well received, in fact his popularity overshadowed his duet partner. The company then signed him on to do his own album. Then he started acting in series.

Side note: his ex-girlfriend, Debbie, the reason why their relationship was so well noted is because she is a contracted singer with the opposing music company, RS promotion! And the Thai media love it when those two companies cross paths in any way.

Does anyone know anything about Tae's series with Leila Tong? It's an ancient series and it's called Siu Diu and Chau Yung. I don't really know much more except that it hasn't been released yet and that it's a relatively short series. But if anyone has any pictures or info to share, it'd be much appreciated!

I don't know when Tae's birthday is but he's definitely younger than Jimmy. Jimmy is already 31 and he'll be turning 32 this year. I think Tae was born in the mid-80s.

oh! Hey i am new in this thread! But i remember him back from that really old series. The one with the computer ghost and he was working to become a singer. He looked so dorky in that movie but it was cute. Hehehe! I liked him in the Twin Sibling with Jimmy! I thought he looked so cute! Sorry, just trying to get my Tae facts straight. I definitely find it interesting how he crossed over from Thai showbiz to Chinese showbiz. So is he mainly focusing on Chinese stuff or is he juggling between Thai and Chinese showbiz?

So does anyone know what his latest project is? I kinda saw some clips of him from the Liao Zhai Zhi Yi series(the Xiao Xie and Qiu Rong story). He's really cute in there with Leila Tong.

Tae is 1/4 Chinese. His grandfather is Chinese. He live in Thailand all his life. He got scout and bring to Taiwan. From there he learn chinese for two year and that how we all know him. He probably jugging chinese and Thai. Cause two or three year ago he go back to Thai and do two series for it. His latest project is Duke of MOuntain Deer 2006 and Angle LOver with Ming Dao, and it seem he going to be in a new drama but there no information on that drama yet. HIs newes movies is G-G-Boy and The Stranger

Thanks for the info. But i guess it seems like he's had short hair for a while now, huh? The last time i saw him with longish hair was when he did Jue Shi Shuang Jiao. And it looked like he didn't even wear a wig for that series. What about Taiji Prodigy? His hair was longer there than in Jue Shi Shuang Jiao. Was that his real hair too in the series?
