Vincent's filming a modern series currently. I posted a few pictures (for everyone) a little while ago. Vincent Fan Club's 9th annual charity event took place Aug 6 of this year. I posted links for the pictures as well. This year's donation recipient is an orphanage. Vincent really loves kids.

Now that my curiosity's killing me, I've been curious about this for a very long time, y is Vincent's voice dubbed over most of the time? Cos of the difference in Mandarin accents?

Most of mainland productions are filmed without audio. The voices are dubbed after the fact. One of the reasons Vincent doesn't do the dubbing himself may be because of the different accent issue. Another reason is because he doesn't have the time. He's got a very busy schedule, filming 3 to 4 series a year. Any time he has left he would prefer to spend with family. I personally don’t like voices being dubbed after the fact. Lot of times the dubbing takes away from the performance. Of course there are exceptions. I personally like Vincent’s voice. I wish they would use his own voice for all of his series. The series from Taiwan all used his own voice. They film the video and audio together. No dubbing required. The voice in HLHK is his own.

Damsel, I'm currently in the middle of "I Love Lion Princess" with Chen Hao & Vincent. Can you tell me if Chen Hao's character becomes less annoying near the end. Right now, I cannot stand her, the sister, and the mother. All so selfish and accomplish nothing useful. I feel really bad for Vincent in here. At the start of the series, I thought they would make a very cute couple. But it's getting really hard for me to accept her as a good match for my sweety pie Vincent. Gosh, he's constantly being manipulated and threatened by his wife. I know it's partially his fault for being weak-willed, but his wife is so unreasonable. Keep forcing him to do things he does not want to do. Argh! I would never marry her, that's for sure. I was so glad when the uncle forced him to sign the divorce paper. To bad he came back to her

Chen Hao's character does get better, but depending on where you are it could get worse before it gets better. She does get some of it back after Vincent looses his memory. I felt sorry for her then. Don't take it too seriously, and don't be too hard on her. She does love Vincent very much, and is kind hearted underneath. The sister and mother also get better. By the way, I don't think Vincent is weak-willed here. He just loves Chen Hao very much and is willing to do what will make her happy. When he truly believes in something he puts his foot down. You just haven't gotten there yet. How far along are you in the story? Has Vincent gotten to the capital city yet?
