Default Some Changes in the New TLBB Revision

Here are some changes in the new TLBB revision:

    - Li Qiu Shui had an affair with Ding Chun Qiu. However, her true love was still WYZ. The purpose of her affairs with Ding Chun Qiu and others was to regain attention from WYZ.

    - The library of martial arts scrolls in Madam Wong's house contained "Xiao Wu Shang Gong", which consisted of eight volumes and were disguised as accounting record books. Since Ding Chun Qiu was her "father", he had free access to the library and learned "Xiao Wu Shang Gong" from the books.

    - The only Shaolin martial arts that JMZ had copies of were the 72 skills. The Sweeper Monk noticed that he had serious internal injuries from attempting to combine the 72 skills together. JMZ did not learn YJJ.

    - TSTL's martial art is now called "Tien Chang Di Jiu Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong", meaning something to the sense of a skill that maintains youth and prevents aging forever.

    - At the end of the story, DY, WYY, and others returned to the "Wu Liang" cave because WYY was worried about aging and was hoping to find the martial art scroll of the "Tien Chang Di Jiu Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong" in the cave. She thought the scroll might be hidden inside the jade statue of Li Qiu Shui, so she pushed it over and shattered it. No scroll was found inside.

    - XZ's four quadruplet maids followed DY to Dali at the end. Later, with HJ's permission, DY married the four to the sons of his close servants.

    - The scene where MRF was playing king and servants with little kids took place in Dali. Ah Bi and WYY were with him. DY, WYY, and Ah Bi saw and walked toward each other, but they did not say anything. Afterwards, DY ordered one of his servants to give them some money and to provide them with whatever they might need in the future, but not to tell them that the assistance is from him.

    More to come.

It makes more sense to me that DY and WYY do not get together.

    LQS + DCQ = barf

Why did WYY not just get the beauty treatment technique from XZ? Surely TSTL will have passed it on to him or left the techniques in the Palace.

So does WYY practice martial arts at all in this version? If so, she'd need to be quite powerful to practice TSTL's technique right?

What was the nature of the affair between Li Qiu Shui and Ding Chun Qiu? Did she have an affair to spite WYZ? Or did she really fall for DCQ? If she had feelings for DCQ, was she still fighting with TSTL for WYZ's affections?

Tian Chang Di Jiu Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong sounds as if the greatest thing that it did was to keep its practitioner young... definitely doesn't sound as impressive as Ba Huang Liu He Wei Wo Du Zun Gong as that title itself claims to make the practitioner invincible, which TSTL was (excluding Sweeper Monk of course).

I prefer the old name of TSTL's top kungfu. This new one sucks.

Yeah, the new name of TSTL's kung fu sounds corny. I like the old one better.

does this mean that WYY marries MRF. i mean after he goes mad and all, it was only she and the maid takeing care of him. and she did want to marry him. and in the state he was in, there's nothing to stop her from 'rap#ing' him. seems all this WYY is interested in anyway.

"Tien Chang Di Jiu Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong" sounds vain and conceited; as opposed to "Ba Huang Liu He Wei Wo Du Zun Gong" which sounds mean, domineering and conceited.

Seriously, something does not quite make sense here. As we all know from the 2nd ed, Tianshan Tonglao is an old crone stuck in the body of a little girl. She does not look old at all, so why would she want to practise a "Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong" anyway? Now if her reason is to "stay young" so as "not to die early", she could go on cultivating her internal strength ... which would probably keep her going for quite a number of years to come.

This "Tien Chang Di Jiu Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong" sounds like something that the vain-er and even more conceited Li Qiushui would learn!

Agree that Ba Huang Liu He Wei Wo Du Zun Gong is much much much cooler than the new name. It sounds way more powerful.

Is the 'Tian Chang Di Jiu Bu Lao Chang Chun Gong' powerful? or is it just for cosmetic purposes?

So, who is Madam Wang biological father now? WYZ or DCQ?

Change rather reminds me of the "Luoying Shenjian Zhang" being changed to the "Taohua Luoying Zhang" or something like that in LOCH.

Because she is a young beautiful woman. Pretty common for someone like that to want to preserve her youth and beauty. Why do you think Botox and plastic surgery is so popular.

well why then is she so desperate to preserve her youth and beauty when there are other girls in the novel that aren't too concern about it?
