Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events

Have any one seen the movie or read any of the books? I have read 6 out of 11 books they have out so far. They are ironicly enjoyable to read. It is just so quarky and dark. I also seen the movie, it was ok. I guess I expected some more than what I saw. Jim Carrey did a very creepy job as Olaf, the three kids were just great. They did alter the story and cut out certain part that it wasn't to much that you losse the sense of the story. I can't wait to see the next movie.

Yeah, just seen it. Jim Carrey did a great job, he's quite annoying as Count Olaf.
And the film is a bit dark for kids movie, i think...
But I haven't read the books, why is their relatives have the same telescope ?

you should compare the little girl with the De Niro grandchild in Meet The Fockers, how the hell that they can make the baby pronounce as* hole

I have read 10 out of 11 books and i am finishing the last one but have no time with homework and and Harry Potter and the half- Blood Prince but I liked Meryl Streep or something like that acting in the movie as Violet Baudelaire.

About the telescope thing even I'm not sure about it even though I have read 10 books already.

Isn't there a 12th book already with the title called The ? Hotel?
