what you guys of this old series Adam and Gallen Law in it? is worth watching? i hate romance series when 2 people chit chat on and on which draging to 2-3 tapes...

Great show... the only drawbac is the length (ard 65 epis i think)...inevitably there are some draggy scenes...
I dun rely like most of the romance scenes.. esp Jessica w Gallen w Chilam... quite draggy..
But it's the veteran actors performance which made the show very engaging... Kwan Hoi San was spectacular as Adam's father; Adam was good too, thou the role was quite plain as compared to his roles in Greed of Man & Instinct
Plus very good performance by Poon Chi Man (his friendship w ADam was very touchin esp aft his death), Lee Chi Hung, the guy who played Dai-fei...
Of course, Gallen had sort of his break-through role as the super villian... Chi Lam was the epitome of the nice guy-cool cop image.

Definitely watch this series. Great cast (especially Julian and Gallen for me), storyline, and songs (props to Adam, Julian, and Nnadia). I didn't feel that the length was a real drawback.

I know CBWH is an old Tvb production but many people says It's a much watch . How would you rate this serie ?

great!
there were lotsa of boring, draggy part regardin the muddled love affairs of he youngesters (Julian lov Xuan xuan lov Gallen etc ) but it was overall memorable as grand production of love, kinship & corporate struggle...
it also assemble a very large cast, i simply adore the fine performances of all the veterans Adam Cheng, Poon Chi Man, Waise Lee, Kwan Hoi san etc...

oooooooooooooooo! What a great series..excellent cast esp Julian and Nadia! And the storylines were good too. Warring families, love-triangles, bulding businesses etc
I remembered absolutely despising Gallen when I watched it all those years ago! Still, it had the desired effect cos the character really launched his TVB career!!!

Loved this series..esp the pairing of Julian and Nnadia! great storyline and all the songs were great as well.
