lol..i'm proud of being a big fat chicken.
actually, i'm quite sad that this is a horror movie as i would have jumped onto the bandwagon and be the first to watch the movie since, like you said, it stars chen kun and yang mi. based on the pix i've seen of them in their promotion event, they seem very cute together (though i'm desperately waiting for chen kun to pair up with gyy one of these days). this is one movie/series where yang mi gets to star with an eye-catching and talented co-star...but it's too bad i have to miss out on all of the action. sigh...when will she get to pair up with another eye-candy?

let me count her good looking male co-stars who she had paired up with yet i did not have the chance to catch those series/movie:
yan kuan....mmmm....yummy. but was only made to be shown on tv.
chen kun horror movie.
hu ge...not bad. will hopefully get to catch this at least.

she's young and has time to do more series/movies. hopefully, they'll be genres which i enjoy.

It all depends? If it's not that frightening, I'll definitely watch it for the sake of YM and CK. But if it's terribly frightening (which i doubt so from the standard of modern horror/ghost flicks) then maybe not. I loathe horror films. But i have a faint feeling that I might not get to watch it since like what GX said, mainland movies are not released in S'pore and the video stores hardly carry them as well. Until now, I've yet to find "Qing Hong", a GYY movie, despite hunting in so many stores.

But Wang Zho Jun would probably be released in S'pore because the stores do bring in quite a number of mainland serials, especially if they're new. So i hope YM sticks with serials, unlike GYY who is doing only movies now, which makes it difficult for me to get her recent works.

actually, if i want to watch anything, i usually have to wait until someone brings it for me from China, or i go back there. Even if i wanted to watch the Door, which i don't, since it's a horror movie, i don't think i'd be able to get my hands on a copy for a long time anyway

quite ok la. mainland shows are still sold quite broadly here in singapore but defintitely not as popular as korean shows though.

30-episode series "Xiang Feng He Bi Hui Xiang Shi" has started filming recently in Nan Hai. The series stars well-known names like Taiwan idol favourite, You Wei, Yang Mi, Nie Yuan, famous HK actress, Loretta Lee and Dong Xuan. Series is set in a period of war and You Wei plays a medical student and a war doctor later on.
