I thought Hu Ge was single? He's in a long term relationship? or are you speaking of when his relationship was revealed during his car accident back then that wasnt all hectic in the media?

I really think Hu Ge and Yang mi should date though they seem the most compatible because of their nature and the way they joke around its so cute

I hate to break the news to you, but what fans want of their favourite actor and actress very seldom happen in real-life. Hu Ge and his long-term gf Xue Jianing were already snapped by the paparazzi at the airport coming back from probably a romantic vacation together. It was pretty obvious as their luggage were together on the same trolley? And they left together loading their luggage in the same cab. Silly Karen Tsai insisted Hu Ge was with an ordinary friend , but Hu Ge recently admitted he's seeing someone (though he held back from saying who, as it is with all celebs who are secretly dating).

It's one thing for fans to wish for YM or LSS to date Hu Ge and another for industry insiders to broadly hint they are with other guys. This is already the case for a long time with YM and very recently with LSS.

Oh, and that newspaper article - I love love loooovvvee FSF's bumbling anxiety in clarifying those pics of him and Zhou Xun as a dinner out with a group of four good friends. He's sooo anxious and worried that people will get the wrong idea and (maybe) Yang Mi will feel insecure? Although definitely Yang Mi has a lot more confidence than him. He's like this starry-eyed former nerd who's beside himself with utter delight at winning the heart of an ultra-gorgeous Yu Jie.

Just continuing our discussion from LSS' thread mango_cake, I guess unlike you, I was terribly invested with Nic & Cecilia. So I've been carrying this heavy heart for months, first from my poor loverboy Nic's failed marriage, and now grandmama Qiong Yao stooopid sacrilege of Alec Su's vaulted legacy. FengMi is my panacea. HongShi is a different kind of relationship in that I get the impression YH is much more confident in flirting with women and yet becomes all FSF-type gooey over his girl. Wow, what a love fest I've seen in these threads after New HZGG made me hurl.

Thank you for speaking my mind! I don't mind FengMi though I'm not quite a fan, but they're pretty cute. Nevertheless, I want to see her paired up with other actors on screen. I would prefer to watch a drama/movie of Yang Mi's with other people. She shouldn't limit herself. It's always fun to see people mix it up. Personally, I loved her with Hu Ge in Liao Zhai, and HXM in An Xiang even if it was just the first few episodes. They looked good hehe

Cute vid--YM filming a commercial to promote another upcoming awards show (filmed on the same day as that "Bday Party" talkshow). I think they asked her to act out various different expressions while being spun around on a chair. She jokes around with the crew ("How am I supposed to act out "simple"? How do I do 'not following'??"), changes into flats in the middle (supposedly YM doesn't really like wearing heels but of course she has to most of the time), and starts getting dizzy due to all the spinning around (she goes "I'm so dizzy...going to fall out of the chair!" )

I agree, and I do think most of us here would love another HG/YM series/movie despite it probably not being possible (at least in the near future). I don't think she's really limiting herself that much though...I mean, if you look at her recent and upcoming projects, there are more where she's costarring with other actors than FSF.

Aww, that must suck with both the Nic/Cecilia and NHZGG disappointments. I guess as a general rule I am just usually not that interested in celebs' private lives. (FengMi is, obviously, the huge exception.) So while I liked Nic Tse/Cecilia and thought they were a nice couple (until recently, of course), I never paid attention to the details of their relationship. Same with YH/LSS--I haven't been closely following them like you guys so I can't form an opinion on the truth of their relationship, but I am still more interested in their acting/onscreen productions than their private lives. Personally I do think HG is dating XJN (though not 100% sure) but again, not that invested in them. I honestly don't even know what's gotten into me with FengMi--I mean, I didn't even bother to watch a lot of the CP3 BTS stuff/press conferences/appearances etc back in the day (even though I loved the cast and their offscreen friendship).

LOL at your description of FSF...but to be fair, FSF doesn't seem nearly as nervous/embarrassed at interviews/appearances when Yang Mi isn't around. I suspect half of it is due to being too worried/conscious that he'll let something slip--because he was pretty smooth and confident back in January when they appeared in the JingYing interview and on Happy Camp together--it was only in February that he started being all nervous. And actually recently (e.g. the LeTV interview) he seems to have gotten much calmer and cool-headed. I think our impression of him being all nervous/bumbling is because the FSF stuff here is all related to Yang Mi...but actually watching him in other situations he does come off as the experienced actor he is (not as confident as YM etc, but he's definitely fine with handling the media in other situations).

Even on weibo he seems to be much more "calm" now than before--e.g. for the ZX issue he actually just reposted someone else's weibo who explained the situation, and added some emoticons of clouds (signifying it was completely made-up rumours). Nothing like the angry weibo post he wrote up to refute his other "girlfriend" rumours in February. Funnily enough, this time it's actually FSF's agent who seems beside herself with anger (on FSF's behalf I'm sure--so I think FSF is probably indeed as anxious as you described but this time he's not letting it all show on his weibo anymore). But since FSF's agent is not a celebrity that is constantly being watched, she is more "free" on her weibo and is about 5x more obvious about her FengMi shipping than even FSF is--she made several posts about the issue and was even close to swearing at the reporters who made up the FSF/ZX story, that's how mad she was! (For more examples of his agent's extremely obvious FengMi shipping: she has previously replied to various FengMi-related weibos, e.g. complimenting someone on a cute FengMi photoshopped family photo; publicly teased FSF several times on weibo about YM/FengMi; made several subtle hints about the FengMi relationship; has always supported FengMi fans/encouraged their shipping; and has even visited the Baidu FengMi forum! )

I think now that YM seems to have successfully gotten FSF to stay cool and not "chou feng" that often, she needs to work on his agent next...

it's surprising that jackie hired yangmi to model with him (eww...he looks like a pedophile sitting next to her in that motorcycle) but never showed interest in having her play a role in his movie despite her obvious talent. but i'll admit that for his war movie, he chose a superb actress for the lead female role, lbb. i don't expect ym to be the main female lead in his movie, but hopefully, he'll remember yang mi and give her a chance as long as he doesn't play her lover. having a good supporting role in his movie is more than good enough for me. and maybe this will be the one chance hu ge and ym will have as a pair in a movie (please, please...i haven't quite fully given up on this hope yet).
