Hey guys, I'm in Shanghai and just bought the latest cope of EASY magazine with Han Geng on the cover, a solo interview with Yuan Hong, and a glossy spread and interviews with the cast of Ming Yun Jiao Xiang Qu - FSF, Yang Mi & Guo Zhenni! Can't believe they are still touting FSF as the male lead when they killed him off by episode 11. But anyway, I find it so cute that FengMi is so adept at stepping around questions about their private relationship. FSF says he calls YM Big Sister and she calls him Uncle Feng?! YM also said she's immuned to 'shuai ge' (handsome guys) since the whole industry is full of them. And when asked if she feels awkward whenever fans, media etc ask her about FengMi, she says not at all, and in fact feels proud & happy that she and FSF achieved an onscreen emotion that touched the hearts of so many people. The reporter also asked her about the Gong kind of gradual love (where it took some time for QC to fall for 8th) and Ming Yun's love at first sight - which kind of love has she experienced in real life (heheh, hinting, hinting). She said she's more inclined to gradual love, where emotions are cultivated through mutual understanding of one another (sounds very much like her real life relationship with FSF where it took years for him to win her over!)

Ok, I'm inspired to sit through Ming Yun. Anyway, I have high tolerance for the boring and the crap. I could sit through Pandamen and even buy Pandamen DVD for the love of Jay. Ming Yun should be a walk in the park *taking in a deep breath*

Lucky! I've never bought a magazine before but if I were in China I'd probably have a whole collection! ^_^ Dunno why, I just don't seem to fangirl for any Hollywood actors the way I fangirl for some of the Asian actors...

That interview sounds so cute. They have definitely gotten really good at side-stepping the media--well, Yang Mi was always pretty good about it but FSF has undergone a learning process in the past few months, LOL. They have pretty much successfully convinced most people at this point that they are just good friends (well, at least people who only casually pay attention to the news and don't crazily stalk them on the internet ). The part about "shuai ge" reminds me of one of her other interviews where she talks about acting when she was a teenager--back then she didn't really take it seriously yet but thought it was a great opportunity to skip school and hang out with hot guys ("shuai ge") and pretty girls ("mei nu") instead!

MingYun was worth it for me just to see the glimpses of real-life FengMi, heheh. Both of them have said a few times that they like to improv or add impromptu/spontaneous dialogue/actions when they're acting with each other so it really makes you wonder which parts were unscripted... Also, it's the first time I thought Yang Mi looked really gorgeous in modern wear (usually I much prefer a lot of her ancient styling--excepting Gong of course--and think she is just "regular pretty" in modern clothes). Apart from the weird pink lipstick in the first few episodes, I think the makeup artist did a fantastic job.

Me too! Favourite actors and actresses--all 5 of them are tops on my favourites list, I cannot wait for this movie...whereas usually I'm not that interested in Asian movies at all. Pity they are being soooo slow in releasing any news/pics/trailers, I am getting really impatient. XD All the highly-anticipated dramas/movies are the ones that take forever to come out!

LOL, they just photoshopped Yang Mi's face onto Huo Siyan's! Pretty good job actually. Although the costumes they picked for FengMi totally don't match the costumes for CK/ZW/ZX...what I'm wondering is, where did they get the "captions" for the characters, and is it accurate...? It sounds like it could kinda be true but I haven't heard actual news about it yet.

Meiya Entertainment's weibo (note: this is not the same as Meiya the company who makes decisions about YM in their film projects and who have incurred the wrath of many YM fans; this is maybe just a branch? who are in charge of a weibo that posts a lot of great news/pics about their artists including Yang Mi, and they seem to adore her + FengMi) just released 2 pics of YM from "Ba Xing Bao Xi". They also apologized for not having much news about her lately, since now that she's filming movies, a lot of stuff has to be kept secret/under wraps.

Heh, YM seems to be getting really antsy up in the mountain...she's said before she's the type that always has to be doing something and can't be idle at all! I'm sure she's keeping busy training up there, but she seems to have a lot more time on her hands than before, because she's been updating/commenting randomly all over weibo a lot more frequently than usual!

Love this pic. Someone call me when she appears! XD I don't think I want to sit through tons of episodes of Ming Dao as the lead... T_T (Not to mention none of the other main actors appeal to me either...so unless the plot is really good--which, being a Yu Zheng drama, I'm not holding my breath on--I'm not sure I can make it through...)
