He didn't put Blue Scorpion on the list out of sexism, even though she was said to be more skilled than Yi Ku. And now we learn that the Yi family's weapon was lowered in rank due to its evil nature.

On another topic, it seems that Guo Ding is more merciful than SongYang, for now at least. The latter had no qualms about killing Zhao Gang and his weaker comrades from the Golden Coin clan.
