shouldnt there be a forum that redirects you to Spcnet.tv? or is there a reason towards this?

Huh? Are you meaning a link in the forums to the main website? In fact, there is a link back to the spcnet homepage. Its right below(scroll down till the end). Its situated at the blue bar, beside the words Contacts and Archive, to be specific.
