How can we make SPCNET Forum a better Forum ?

Yeah Spoiler Tags...

I 've been to a forum where they use spoiler tags and...the only way to read what's in the spoiler tag is to highlight using your mouse. I think thats a good idea.

Uhh.. I dunno.. perhaps a little bit of changes would do well.. erm.. suggestions?
I'm not really bored of it though... because.. sometimes simple layout rests the eye. Anyways.. I guess bits of stuff adding up ain't bad

I think the current layout of the forum is pretty good already, nothing messy and the colours are pleasing to the eyes. Anyway, even if the layout is change, it will get dull after a while... everything gets dull after a while.

It seems to me that there are more spammers and flamers in the forum recently, stricter moderation by the moderators perhaps?

the layout is a little enhanced, but it still reminds me of the old version. spcnet needs a make over. i do like the homepage tho, nice work on that.

stricter moderations? well on the weirdos that's been spamming non-sense in the forums. but i think the mods are already strict on the forums already.

Uh...we already have like AIM/AOL IM, MSN, Yahoo and all the other stuff we can use. All you got to do is get in contact with that person u want to chat with and trade info and there u have it chatting with people from the forum. Voila!

How about a shoutbox, where you can just type something and everybody can see it? Its like talking to the entire forum.

i agree with you on that, however there are some ppl on the net that don't like to give out there aim/yahoo/msn screen name (like me ). there's too many weirdos out there these days. i just don't like ppl knowing my screen name & stalking me when i'm online.

private messages takes a long time, some ppl don't like others to know when they're online (like me ) so it hard to talk to someone back & forth. then the private messages piles up & the other person can't private message the other. *coughs coughs* fox *coughs*

i think a shoutbox would be nice, i like those. everyone can talk to everyone, AND if they make friends & trust them, they can give them their aim/yahoo/msn screen names.

Well, of course you wouldn't want to give your screen name to everyone and theres always the blocking off option, if that person's a real weirdo. But I'm thinking more in the line of you know...when you see them on the forum and you got common interest or thoughts and you befriend them and so you pm them your screen name and of course you'd have to trust them in order to exchange screennames. So there you go...chatting without going to extra lengths.
