hey all, i have just watched the film perhaps love 如果.愛 and i thought it was a good show, the plot was a little confusing though, cos it was always moving from the past to the present and vice versa... zhang xue you did a great job in his singing and jincheng wu looked the part, zhou xun was quite ok, and even korean star ji jin hee(daechanggeum) spoke chinese quite fluently, a nice show.. but to those not really into theatre and love stories... i suggest u dont watch it... however.. this story is like a chinese version of moulin rouge... haha.. i give it 4 out of 5 stars

one thing about this show, there were many close up scenes and I discover that zhou Xun and Takashi's complexion were not as good as I thought.

Zhou Xun is reed thin...does she eat?

well, the story is more like a very complex love story within a love story... the film is about these actors who are in real life in a love triangle and now they are casted in this movie to act as lovers which i think is rather ironic and the movie they play in is like showing their past and memories... well, it seems rather confusing at first when u watch it, but when u get a hang of the flashbacks and stuff. it is a fab show to watch,... the dancing were great, the singing was fantastic.. and the actors were all very good and even korean star ji jin hee sang and spoke in chinese quite fluently... can assure it was his own voice and not dubbed cos it had a funny accent...

i think it should be coming to your area soon, so don't worry, it is a very good show though... the songs are all very heartfelt and touching... the plot is displayed out very well and the heart wrenching relationships between the actors/actresses is very strong, my friend actually teared while watching it... i want to buy the original soundtrack though...

I read in a local mag that Jin Ji hee's a really nice guy and I believe him to be so too. Turns out the character he identifies with most in Perhaps Love is Takashi's character, Lin Jian Dong. He was once in torment for 3 years over a lost love and then he met his wife and its so great he's blissfully married now.
