Big deal!

1.the descendant cannot even prove their identities in court
2. Huo had died more than 100 years which means under China law, his profile is in public domain (ie not owned by descendant)
3. Huo was not a politician therefore no formal history was written about him, bits of tales about him are folklore tales
4. every tv series, movies, literary works alter historical figures, sensationalise them for dramatic purpose. In every Jin Yong novels, historical figures are altered (some to a small extent, some to a big extent) to fit the stories/novels written.
5. his so called descendant (basically uneducated loiters) do not practise martial arts, basically doing nothing in life but live off the fame of ancestor, Huo will be turning in grave to know that
6.the lawyer is for fame(and money), he is a small lawyer but after publicity stunt, his fame shot up and his clients increased one hundred fold(not because he is capable but the publicity stunt increase awareness of him). If you know what he does after this case and if you have watched how he talks (finger pointing audiences in a live tv show who disagree with him) , you will know what kind of jerk he is and you have no respect for him
