I'm most looking forward to Superman Returns (can't wait to see Kevin as Lex Luthor), The Da Vinci Code, Mission: Impossible 3 (despite its looney star), and Zodiac. The new James Bond movie looks interesting as well. We'll get to see the new Bond in action. How about all of you?

I am looking forward to Da Vinci Code, MI III and X-men 3. I remember watching MI II and thought that it was crap, hopefully the third installment will be (much) better. Da Vinci Code was an exciting book to read, but I don't think I'll ever read it again, the suspense is pretty much shot the second time as with all thriller/mystery novels. But I definitely want to watch the movie, it would be great to see all the places described in the book on the big screen.

As for X-men, hehe, I am a fan of fluff.

Pirates and X3 should be sure hits. Or at least I hope. They better not dissappoint.

It'd be great if Superman can be like what Batman Begins is to its perspective franchise. Though that might be asking too much. Kevin Spacey should make a engaging villain nontheless.

Da Vinci Code will probably be quite enjoyable as a movie, unlike the crappy book it's based on. Makes me mad that a talentless author like Dan Brown can cash in on such a poorly written book.

We will see how well a blond Bond is going to work out. It's still going to be weird. And for MI-3, it better be more appealing than Tom Cruise the person.
It means you got eyes like apostrophes, you dress white, talk black, and drive Jew. So how am I supposed to know what kind of zipperhead dog-munching dink you are if you don't?

I'm most interested in 4 animated films:

Cars: I'm not really into cars or anything but it's Pixar.
Ice Age 2: The preview looks kind of funny. Besides it's animation. I like.
Happy Feet: Dancing penguins are just charming. I might even bring my niece. I start to like penguins (especially after 'the walk of the penguins').
and another movie about hunting animals in the forest?? Can't remember the title. I only know it'll be out during Thanksgiving.

I also like to check out X-men 3 (just to see if my beloved Gambit will be there), Flag of our fathers, and Da vinci code (to see what's the fuss 'cause I don't read.)

I want to add to my list of movies that I must watch this year - I definitely want to check out Yamato, seems like the movie stoked quite a bit of patriotism in Japan, it will be interesting to see what's all the fuss about. Also, I am looking forward to Jet Li's Fearless, I love his kungfu films (other than the rubbish he made in Hollywood).

It's all action/fantasy movies. Why don't American promote more realistic romantic movies?
