Best TVB series

Wow, thanks for the list, JamesJ! Out of all those series, I've only watched four, so I seriously need to catch up, haha. I've only seen: The Herbalist's Manual, The Academy, The Gateau Affairs & My Family. I really want to see War of In-laws though.

My favorites for 2005 are 'The Academy' and 'The Prince's Shadow' so far.

if voting for TVB anniversary..i know its not out yet.. but i cast a vote on Revolving Doors of vengeance being a "top 5 nominees series of the year"

certainly! im hoping it will be voted best series of 2005. but i highly doubt it coz sometimes ppl prefer comedy and lighter shows

War of the In-laws is that one with Lisa Wang, Bosco Wong and Myollie Wu? I heard its good, very funny but I got this from a Bosco fan so i am wondering if I am not a fan, would I still enjoy it as much? anyone like to advise?

Quite a few people has listed the academy but I thot it was a fairly boring series. acting there was ok just fairly boring storyline and development
