    Watched episode 1-10 over the weekend, find the series actually good (not great, but getting better as the series progress).

    Kate's rookie cop role is likable and she's quite natural here (no huge emotional scene for her yet, but at least she doesn't 'I'm-faking-a-kick-@ss-attitude-annoying-female-cop').

    Timmy and Chan Chin Pang (previously from ATV) is a pleasant surprise.

    Alex = Dr Ko
    Raymond = Ah Chun
    Cheung Chi Kwong = Dr. Lin
    Kate = Mun Yee / Monkey
    Timmy = Nelson
    Yoyo = Martha
    Chin Pang = Leo
    Ellesmere = ? forget the name :P
    Cheung Kwok Keung = Dr Lo
    Vivien = Suen Ka Pik

    p.s. I read comments that the series beginning is similar to House, but then again... this is TVB

    To be exact, I marathoned episode 1-10 yesterday. The cases do sound familiar

    The current case was 'inspired (TVB style)' by true case of Tsui Po-ko, HK infamous rogue cop:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsui_Po-ko

    I don't remember where I see the Cult Case (Ngo Ka Nin), but it's really familiar.

    This series is like psycho version of Forensic Heroes

    and this current 1 is kinda freaky. but im sure the head of the police force wont be killed by him

    i marathon 1-10 too, in a span of 2 days tho too bad they only have the astro version, so quality not as good as usual

    Timmy's arc in the early episode is also interesting, the part

    click to show/hide spoilers
    after his teenage patient, Charmaine Li died. He clearly felt remorseful and regrets not helping her.

    Is Martha (Yoyo Chen) going to be the next Dr Lo? So cold hearted Nelson (Timmy) shouldn't have listened to her and stick to his conscience.

    Though Dr Lo is mean and sneaky, I like the part where he exposed the child abuse case. He isn't that bad of a person.

    I have a feeling that there might be some love triangle between him, Alex and Kate.

    The conversation between Lee Kwok Lun and Alex about Ben in the kitchen is funny. Lee Kwok Lun mocked that Ben could be their father's illegitimate son, since he favors him over them both.

    Alex: Yes I think so too, I mean look at him, he have many stubbles (on chin) like both of us!

    i agree

    i also like how alex comments after a scene happens, like after talking to his brother about telling their dad to stop working at the police station, at the end he said "what a girl" to his brother, so funny

    Default What I Think

    I saw 12 episodes so far. I find this rather interesting. Kate Tsui plays a good role as a cop. Never liked Kate Tsui but her acting has gotten better. I am starting to like her now. As for Alex Fong, it's great to see him particapating in more TVB series. I think that Dr. Ko (Alex Fong) would make a better cop. He can always come up with the solution. To sum this up, I like the series.

    I'm not exactly sure, but I think it's Kimmy Kwan.

    Default Great Series!

    I found this series really interesting. The ending was really suspensful. Great ending for everyone too! I would recommend this series to TVB fans out there. Kate Tsui's acting has improoved a lot. I'm starting to like her a lot now! The cast wasn't a big one with that many known people, but they did pretty good. Hoping there's a part 2!

    I was really looking forward to this series and although it was a great cast (even Kate was bearable), I found that once again, TVB fell short on what could have been a GREAT series and produced just a mediocre one.

    I liked the 'middle aged male angst' discussions that Alex, Ram and Raymond had over a hotpot - reminded me a lot of "Life Begins at Forty", which was a great series!
