Well, like Swordmaster said, TVB don't like letting on all the details of the finale so I can only tell you what I see on the site.
You'll just have to wait that little bit longer to find out all the details...we don't get the last chapter over here in UK til next week so if anyone else wants to fill in the gaps in the meantime then feel free!!

Episode 45 - Who shot Boon? (Grand Finale)

Who is it who shot me?

Jik uses the point that Hong and Yu didn't actually see Sin Hang fire the gun and that their evidence is purely circumstancial as a point of attack. Nam buys a "Pillow Bun" and takes it back to the hospital and is shocked to see the appearance of Fu and that Boon is awake, she is both happy and worried. Boon regains consciousness to find that Sin Hang is on trial and regardless of his weak condition, he is adamant that he wants to appear in court and tell the truth. When everyone sees the appearance of Boon in court, they are delighted and shocked, Lun asks him who shot him, Boon points out that his two brothers only wanted to rescue him, resulting in this and he hopes that everyone will forgive them...

Boon is pleased that he has lost and found his brothers again and realises that he has overprotected Sin Hang and he has not fallen before and never learned to mature. Hong says he has too much baggage and it is time for him to spend his life the way he wants. Hong goes to the prison to visit Sin Hang and tells him to refer to him as second elder brother, the two overcome their differences; soon afterwards, Yee arrives and tells him that she will wait until he is released so that he can choose a name for his child, Sin Hang sees that she is willing to accept him once again and is over the moon with joy. Yu is puzzled by Nam frantically doing the housework and hears from her that when Fu arrived back, Boon suddenly woke and she is worried that their fate is still not over. Nam goes to the hospital to visit Boon and is horrified to see him hugging Fu, her heart drops. Everyone welcomes Boon home after he leaves hospital, Bo points out that Sin Hang already has a family and pushes him to hurry and create his own family. Nam receives Boon's phone call and guesses that he wants to split with her, with a hardened carefree expression, she goes to meet him...

Boon takes the "Protection Star" to propose to Nam, Nam refuses turns away and runs home, Boon chases her to the Chings home and is stopped at the door by Kuk, Nga and Yu who fire him with questions to test him, he is neither able to laugh or cry. Boon pours out his true love to Nam and she is very touched. Nam goes to the airport to meet Nam but is shocked to find Fu is dragging him to go to France...

Michelle's character is called Rain.

And Deric's character is named Hong. I don't know why people are calling him Melvin, because.... at the end he finally admits that his ultracool english name is Richard <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

For those that don't understand the joke here: the name Richard is often used as a synonym for retard/stupid/fool in HK <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

I think that somewhere on a Golden Faith site it mentions that Deric's character is called Melvin even though it is never actually mentioned in the show at any point, maybe they put it in as an afterthought or it was a production point which later got dropped but was picked up by the eagle eyed netpickers!

Can't wait to see the bit where he mentions it cos it sounds like it'll become another classic moment in the show like where he is explaining the reason for the silly hair! <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Hey ... how u guys got the final episode already ? what time is in hong kong right now ? Friday Morning / Night ? Saturday ?
because over here it's thursday night and hong kong is half day in advance compare to here(Montreal Canada) so it should be friday morning right now in hk, how come u got the final of GF? I thought it was on Friday night the final episode... sorry maybe I mistake somewhere correct me if Im wrong

and does anyone has an idea when the webmaster of this site "http://tvtrailers.jessicahsuan.com/goldenfaith/" will have the final intro and the final selected episodes for GF ?

I'm watching 3 clips of episode 44 at that site now. Wah...so good, especially the very last scene. I cry when Rachel cries. Jessica acts super in there. I think the webmaster will put the final episode up like others <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

wow i can't believe how much's been goin on since last time i posted! n/e ways i'm glad raymond will b good again. in GF raymond is good-&gt;bad-&gt;good...betta than ASITP when he was bad-&gt;good-&gt;really really bad!!!!

We rent our TVB-tapes. And they aren't neccesary in synch with the airdate of HK.

Esp. with these kind of huge-budget ultralong superseries. Sometimes we get to see it a YEAR earlier than in HK, sometimes we get to see it a few months later than in hk.

I know what you mean athlon cos it is the same over here in UK, but your release schedule must be the fastest in the world cos even here we are about a week behind HK with GF. (Even though we have seen loads of shows which haven't yet been aired in HK.)

I guess it depends on the show.

Burning Flame was 5-10 eps faster in singapore.

Also, I think you guys had a headstart on Golden Faith. But where I live (the Netherlands) we get 3 eps per tape, so gradually we were faster than you guys <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Umm we are on tape 4 (ep 8) really slow...
Fave one so far is the one with Deric Wan and Michael Tong .... so funny and you get to see Michael in a wet t-shirt mmm!
