    Unhappy

Goong S Episode 1 aired. I haven't seen it, but people are dissapointed with Seven's poor acting. If you are execting Goong's magic, then forget it.

Well, I wouldn't be so harsh on him, it is his first time acting much like most of the Goong 1 cast. All first-timers' acting are raw.

Well, I finally got to see the episode 1. Goong fans will be dissapointed because it just doesn't look as good as Goong. Maybe it is the "I saw this before and nothing is new" effect, but the screen is not as beautiful and the story is not as funny as the original. This is odd because at lease the director was the same.

Goong fans will have to wait to Goong 2 to satisfy their thirsts.

It just occured to me that I could find the manga or manhwa version of Goong online, and its in ENGLISH! Haha....Man, I'm slow.

It would be interesting to compare it to the adaptation.

Just go to Google.com and type in the Goong manhwa and the first link should show you it. Theres a total of 12 volumes in the manhwa series.

Currently watching Goong aka princess hours..watched til episode 19..so far,the show's been ok..the beginning is kinda draggy..i skipped alot of talking parts but there were some light-hearted,tender and sweet moments btwn the leads..now the story is getting slightly more interesting than earlier..til now,i guess i;ll give it a rating of..7/10 maybe? =)

    Default manhwa

I took a look at a few manhwa slides of the scene when Chaegyung overheard Shin proposing to Hyorin. Shin and Hyorin are great looking, but Chaegyung... aiiiyaa. Thank goodness the series did not follow the comics too closely. I certainly would'nt want to watch a princess who looks slightly better than Charlie Brown...

i am almost finish with the series but does anyone else think the friend of the princess with long hair looks like a dead ringer for a younger song hye kyo?

i thought she is way more prettier than the lead actress.

She may be prettier to some people but she definitely does'nt look like Song Hy Gyo. Anyway SHG is 24 or 25 and the main actors and actresses are all in their 20s. I'm not surprised if she (Kang hee?) is as old if not older than SHG.

Gaah, I'm aware that Goong has been dubbed in quite many languages, but I didnt know so far that it was actually in Vietnamese, too!

Yeah, does anyone know the website to the dubbed Goong, anyway?

I've seen dubbed Vietnamese Perhaps Love online before. But for the whole series not yet. So is anyone aware of?

Yes, the whole series of Goong is dubbed in Vietnamese through US dubbing. It is available to rent or buy at most stores or online vendors. Everyone should be able to find it easily. I watched parts of it and couldn't understand much of it with the dubbing since my vietnamese has decreased over the years.

    Default Addicted to boredom?

My dad lent me the series and I've been watching it non stop so I can return it to him. I kept falling asleep towards around episode 21 and the dialog can be so boring. I had more laughs watching "Soul Mate" and "Oh Phil Seung." I did enjoy the awesome fashion, the good looking cast, the beautiful scenary, nice furniture and I think there was even Irish music! This is definitely unrealistic as how can teenagers hold out for so long in such close proximity? I would have attacked him within a few weeks.

Us Asians are stoic people, especially around guys with supercilious expressions. Someone said that the show was not meant to be 24 episodes but they dragged it because it was so popular. I thought Yul's birthday party and the couple's falling out was really boring. The make up is great, when I saw Chae gyung in coffee prince and vineyard man, aiyaah. Don't like the fashion.

    The 2006 Goong is fantastic.

The lead girl is cute and very likeable.

I also find the guy lead pretty good in terms of arrogance and not giving a sh!t.

In English subtitles, she called her husband "fu%k guy". I wonder what she's trying to mean, "fu%k buddy?" Not sure . The English did use the F word which I found pretty funny.
