there were 2 different songs played at the credits in the cantonese version and the mandarin dub of the film.

the mandarin version is titled "Say I Love You Once Again" (same title as the film's chinese title). and the cantonese version is "Continue Loving". but to be more technical, the one playing in the film is a remix with the sub-title "Bei Ching Pin" (Continue Loving: The Sad Chapter). they are recorded in separate albums. look around for it.
