Episode 18

At the police cafeteria, Hoi Yan placed a cup of hot milk tea in front of Kwong. Kwong is suspicious to Hoi Yan's intention and asks her why would she treat him to milk tea when he knows she is always so conservative with her money. Hoi Yan told him it is to treat him for forcing her to say all of Cheun's things at the park. Also, it is to apology for using him as an emotional outlet. Kwong tells her he will accept it as an apology but he should not thank her for the park incident. He just happen to pass by at that time. Hoi Yan cunningly said Moe wouldn't just happen to pass by too. Kwong is happy to see her debating with him again and said that his spy is telling him the truth. She does seems to be better. Hoi Yan then replies back that his spy must be Moe. Kwong shrugs his shoulder innocently. She said that she is better. For these past few night, she have been sleeping really well. Kwong is happy to hear this but reminds her that she must still see the doctor eventhough she is better. She then asks him whether does he know that she have made an appointment with Moe for this afternoon. At Moe's office, he tells Hoi Yan that her syndrome is called Post Tramatic Stress Disorder. Hoi Yan is worry that she might have some psychotic disorder, but Moe reassure her that most people that have experience a tramatic event would have this kind of disorder. He tells her the only method for her to be better, she must express her feeling and face the problem. Hoi Yan is uptight about it and he tells her to relax. He asks her is she always so uptight and she said yes. He then taught her some methods to relax herself and she tried them out. She is surprise that it works and she feels relax. Moe tells her she should find a way to relax and she should get some time from her work and relax. Just then, he got a call from Joyce. He listen to the phone and sound depress. After hanging up, he is depress but quickly compose himself and tells Hoi Yan that he just thought of an opportunity for her to relax. He said he was suppose to play tennis this weekend with his friend but she isn't able to make it. Hoi Yan said she will not be able to find a partner in such a short notice. Moe asks her if she don't mind, then he will be her partner. Hoi Yan jokingly said that if she refuse, would she be disobeying the doctor's order. He smiles. They went to play tennis that weekend and Moe is distracted. He heard a phone rang and he thought it was his. However, it wasn't his and before he knows it, Hoi Yan hits the ball right back and hit him on the chest. She quickly apologizes to him and tells him to sit down. He apologizes to her for being distracted in the game. Hoi Yan notices he is thinking of Joyce and tells him he could call her. Moe calls Joyce to ask her out for dinner but she said she is very busy. He seems disappointed with her answer and he was about to hang up when she asks him did he helps her finish her powerpoint presentation. He said that he did and she told him she will need to make some correction and she will email them to her. She asks Moe can he possibly finish it for her today and Moe reassures her he could. She hangs up after this. Hoi Yan saw his experssion and asks him is he alright. He tells her that he is alright and that he could not even see her two hours per week. Hoi Yan confort him by saying Joyce must really be busy. Moe tells her he knows Joyce for a long time and he sometimes wonder does she ever value their relationship. He said that if she will have to give a place for everything in her life, he will be place in the eleventh place. Hoi Yan said she can't believe it because he is a psychiatrist. He asks her what does his profession have to deal with this. Hoi Yan said that he is a professional and he makes a lot of money. Therefore, he should score high. Moe laughs and said that she knows how to joke now. He said her philosophy starts to work on him. Hoi Yan then asks him does he wants to go another round and he agrees.

At home, Kwong is serving his grandmother when Moe walks in. Kwong tries to take Moe away by saying he needs Moe to help him with something but before they could disappear, his grandmother stops them. She calls Moe to come to her and tosses him a magazine. Moe is annoyed when he saw the front cover of the magazine. It have pictures of Joyce kissing and dancing with another guy. His grandmother asks him what is the meaning of this. She said that Joyce is his girlfriend and she is always constantly with other guys. Kwong tries to help Moe by saying that these pictures might be digital made. However, he quickly shuts up and sat down when his grandmother said she is not asking him. Moe made an excuse for Joyce by saying she might be drunk. Man's wife said Joyce's job requested her to be this open. His grandmother said that she is his girlfriend so shouldn't she be a little bit more decent. But Man's wife points out they couldn't control Joyce. His grandmother said with their family status in society, Joyce is an embarrassment to the family. Moe is listening to this with irritation. Her grandmother ask them how is their relationship. She said if their relationship is really together, they should just tell Joyce to quit her job and marry him. That night, Moe is typing on his computer when Kwong walks up to him and asks him does he want something to eat. Moe refuses and Kwong wonders what Moe is doing. He said he is helping Joyce with her company's work. Kwong said he got to be kidding. She is treating him so bad and he is still helping her. Moe asks him did his grandmother brought him out and Kwong said no but after watching these pictures in the magazine, he felt she is being unfair to him. He said that if she is really serious of their relationship, she should consider his feeling. He continues on to tell Moe that he always felt Joyce is just playing with his feeling. Kwong tells her he should consider what his grandmother said because it seems logic. He should consider his relationship with her. He asks Moe does he knows what he want to do and Moe said he don't know. Kwong then tells Moe if he doesn't know what to do, he will tell him. He tells Moe to clearify everything with her. Moe is thoughtful about it.

Kit is packing her stuff when her nurse came in. Kit thanks her for taking car of her and the nurse told her that it is just her job. She then asks Kit has she ate yet and Kit answers yes. She then reminds Kit to eat her medicine before she leaves and Kit said she wants to change first before she eats it. She went to change and the nurse helps Kit get a glass of water. However, she accidently spills it on the floor, just when Churn came in. Churn starts to yell at her because his daughter is pregnant and she could slip from this spill. He continues to question her skills as she apologizes about it. Kit came out after hearing the commotion and told her father that the nurse didn't do it intentionally. She apologizes to the nurse and the nurse went out. Churn is still muttering about it but stops when Kit asks him is he done yet. He starts to nag Kit for not telling him anything, while she packs her bag and ignores him. He is concern about her and her baby. He finally caught Kit's attention when he mention Chung and Jing's affair. He said that Chung is not a human for messing with his friend's wife. kit asks him how does he know and he said the newspaper has already blare up the news. He asks her why she didn't tell him and she said she didn't want him to worry about her. He then asks Kit to move in with him, so he could take care of her. She told him she will talk about this later. Just then Tung knocks on the door at that time and Churn went to pay the bill. Tung asks Kit is she fighting her father again and she said no. She asks him did he drove her father here. He told her that Churn tries to reach her but he wasn't able to find her. So he came and look for him at the police station. Kit said she is in for a long lecture. At her home, her father gave her a cup of milk. She thanks him and he kindly tells her they are a family and she does not have to thank him. he tells her to move in with him and she said no. He said he knows her personality because he watch her since she was small. She is single now and no one is there to take care of her. Kit said her father's house is so far from her work and he said she should just take the time off from work because she is pregnant. Kit said she is only three months pregnant. He argues that she should be like her mother and Kit interupts him and heatly tells him she will continues to work until she is six months pregnant. Tung tries to to tell them to stop arguing but they ignore his words. Churn tells her to lower her feminist guard and just admits to her weakness. She is a woman and she needs a man to take care of her. He asks her one last time, in regarding to whether she is going to move in with her or not. Kit angrily tells him the reason she moves out in the first place is because she couldn't stand his chauvinistic personality. Churn angrily leaves her and Tung chases after him but Churn slams the door right after him. Tung turns to Kit and asks her does she thinks she have went to far. When she didn't answer him, he sat down and asks her did she notices her father is limping. He told her that her father is limping because he was hurrying to see her in the hospital that he hurt himself while getting off the car. She is concern when she hears this. After arguing with Kit, Churn went down the building with the elevator and Mr. Gwong is following right after him. Churn is about to walk right on a ball when Mr. Gwong stop him. Churn thanks him for warning him or else he would have slipped on it. Mr. Gwong gave the VCR back to the guard and tells the person that the ball could be hazardous if someone steps on it. He should take they should post up a poster to warn other people to not play in the building. That night, Mr. Gwong is watching a video of a girl called Yum On Lay. He took out the map and draws a diagram. He looks at the image of On Lay with a wierd expression. On the next day, On Lay is walking by herself when she hears some noises coming from the bushes. She looks around nervously and continues to walk. Mr. Gwong jumps out and uses chloroform to knock her unconsious. He rapes her with his camcordor recording the whole incident.

Cops arrives to the scene and so did Tung. His three colleagues are already there and they told him that two girls were passing by when they saw On Lay lying on the florr unconsious. They also tells him that On Lay cannot recognizes the rapist but only knows that the is wearing a sunglass and a cap. One of his colleagues cals him over and Tung notice an imprint on the florr. It looks like an imprint of a video camcordor stand. They wonder could it be the "AV rapist." They went back to the police station and a bunch of reporters start to ask Tung a lot of question. Tung told them that the police is using all their effort to find the rapist. The reporters said he said the same thing last time and still, they haven't caught the guy. Tung then said he could not answer anymore question and his colleagues help him avoid the reporters. Tung is walking down the hall way and saw Muk Sir yelling at Tung's supervisor. Muk Sir walks away and Tung's supervisor asks Tung to go to his room. Tung apologizes to his supervisor and his supervisor said it is alright. He said he understand Tung is working really hard but because this case have become so big, the people higher than them are putting a lot of pressure on them. He told Tung that he must do his best. He also tells Tung he will support him. Tung thanks him. Tung is in a meeting room with his follower and he said that by matching the rapist method in this case with the other cases in the past, they could be sure it is done by the same person. The victims are usually 18-20 years old. These victims have a normal life and they like to take a isolated path back to their home. This allows the rapist to act. His colleagues notice all these cases occur around 2-6pm. They discusses about the rapist method and mentality. They all agree that the rapist must have something wrong with his mentality becaus he is recording his act eventhough it would be incriminating to him if the police did know who he is. Tung asks Sun Pall did she talk to On Lay and Sun Pall informs him that On Lay's mentality is not that stable yet so they are not question her yet. Just then, one of Tung's colleagues asks Tung for a vacation so he could celebrates his mother's birthday but Tung refuses. He told them that the AV rapist had already made his department look bad. And as long as they can't solve the case, they will not have a peaceful day.

Hoi Yan is in Moe's office and she is going through his treatment. She is recalling back the incident with Chuen with her eyes closed tightly. She couldn't continue on and Moe tells her that she to relax and takes some deep breath. He then asks her to continues and Hoi Yan tells him about the whole accident. When she finishes, she starts to cry. Moe said she has improves a lot and she could now face the incident again. Hoi Yan sadly notice this doesn't even matter to her because Cheun is dead and there is nothing she could do to change that fact. Moe tells her there is a lot of things people can't change in life and the only thing they could do is to face the tragedy and gain strength from them. If they could learn from the tragedy, they will gain strength. Moe drove her home that day and Hoi Yan suddenly shouted out that she have finally figure out what she wants to do. When Moe asks what is she talking about, she reminds him that he once told her to think of a sport so she can release some of her stress and she said she finally figure out the sport she want to play is basketball. She asks him is it good and he tells her that it must be good because it took her such a long time to figure out what she wants to do. Now that she mention about it, he also wants to play basketball too. Hoi Yan said it would be great because she needs a companion to play with her and these games could be used as treatment. Just then, Moe saw Joyce kissing another guy. He stops his car just when Joyce said goodbye to the other guy. Moe runs up to her and asks her who is the other guy. Joyce definatly looks at him and said that is her new boyfriend name Ken. she then told Moe that she thought over their relationship and she could not accept him. She breaks up with him. Moe calls after her as she walks away, while Hoi Yan looks at him with concern. Moe got into the car and starts to speed down the road. Hoi Yan holds on to his car nervously but didn't say anything. Just then, his car ran over some rocks and he got a flat tire. Moe stops his car and looks at the flat tire. He kicks it angrily and Hoi Yan runs out of the car and tells him to calm down. She caught his attention when she tells him to take some deep breath with her. She is using the same method he taught her and he finally calms down. Hoi Yan and Moe looks out at the scenary when Hoi Yan asks what is he thinking. Moe then asks her is she trying to give him a treatment. Hoi Yan smiles and tells him she is not a professional, but she remembers he once told her that the only way to solve a problem is to face it. Moe tells her that he could help people solve their problem and thinks that he could just solve his problem on his own. However, once he is face with a problem, he reacts just like the other people. He said he knows where the problem is but he thought their problem is just simple. He could still remembers when he first met Joyce. They have so much to talk about. When ever he is with her, he feels excited because she is always so unexpectable. Hoi Yan notices he still loves Joyce. Moe tells her that their personalities do not match. He was trying to be submissive to her but it didn't work. It is all just his own thinking. He realizes that Joyce might be happier this way. Hoi Yan asks what about him. Moe smiles and said thanks to her, he is fine. Hoi Yan said he doesn't have to thank her because she didn't do anything. They stood next to each other in silence as they watch the scenary.

Moe returns home and Kwong is sleeping on Moe's bed. When Moe walks into his room, Kwong jolted from his sleep and tells Moe he have been waiting for him the whole night. Moe asks him tierdly what does he want and Kwong said he needs to borrow something from him that could affect his happiness in his whole life. Moe asks what and is dismay when he hears that Kwong just wants to borrow his car because Ada is comming. Kwong excitely tells the depress Moe that he wants to bring her to different places so he need the car. Moe agrees and give the key to the eager Kwong. Kwong asks him does he need the key so he could take Joyce around everywhere. Moe said he never have to again. Kwong asks him why and Moe tells her he have broke up with Joyce. Kwong slaps the key on the table and said this is good news. He asks Moe did he listen to his advice and talk to Joyce about their relationship. He starts to drown Moe with a bunch of questions in regarding to the detail about the breakup. Moe is annoyed and said that he just broke up and asks Kwong to not look at this like it is a movie. Kwong said this is just a minor thing and these kind of women does not matter.

Moe went to play basket ball with Hoi Yan and to Hoi Yan's annoyance, he is winning. That is until Hoi Yan stole his ball, pushed him, and stepped on his foot so she could make some basket. Moe fell down on the floor when Hoi Yan steps on his feet. Hoi Yan asks him why did he stop and Moe tells her he doesn't want to play anymore because playing with her could be hazardous to his health. Hoi Yan happily tells him that she would not count this round and makes another basket.

In Pang Sir's office, his workers are tierd and exhausted for working for a few days straight. Some of them wants to go and buy some refreshment when Pang Sir came out of his office and asked them where are they going. One of his follower tells Tung that they are exhausted and Tung let them have a four hour rest before they come back. Before they leaves, Tung tells Siu Kern to go and get the laboratory report once he come back. Right after the other people left, Tung got a call from his mother. She sound frantic and told Tung that Leurng have not come home since yesterday. Tung tells her to calm down and he will be there. When he reaches there, his mother and father told Tung that they couldn't contact Leurng and they don't know where did he went. Tung asks is there anything different with Leurng and they said he have been worried about his appearance for these past few days. Tung is mad at Leurng's disappearance when Leurng walking through the door in his druck state. He plops down on his father and constantly said he is unhappy while his mother and father is worried about him. Tung just grabbed Leurng and drags him into the restroom. He uses the shower and pour water on Leurng's head until Leurng said he is thinking clearly now. Tung scolds Leurng about his irresponsibility and for making his parents worried for him. Just then, Leurng received a call on his cell phone and he desperately tells the other person on the line that he is sorry for being so jelouse. He quickly hangs up when Tung demands to listen to the phone and asks who is it. Leurng shrank to one corner when Tung scold him for being in such a pathetic state just for a girl. Just then, Ling and Gwok Fue's voice drifted into the bathroom. Tung went outside and silently watch Ling and Gwok Fue argues. Gwok Fue is complaining that one hundred dollars for one week is not enough. Ling said that she have to restrict him because his profile is bad. He already have an adultry with someone already. Just as their arguement heats up, Tung walks in and scold Ling. He said that by restricting her husband's money, she is forcing him to find another woman. Also, her restriction his brother also make is brother have a bad image in society. If Gwok Fue's image looks bad, then it means that it will look bad for Tung too. Gwok Fue proudly said that is true and is happily smiling at Tung. His smile vanished when Tung turns to scold him. He said that Gwok Fue have already made a mistake for having an affair. Next time he would not be that lucky. Tung's father calm Tung down and Tung angrily tells them that he is busy and he don't have time to take care of such petty issues. He stormes out and slam the door. His whole family jumps at that impact. Tung arrives to his department and his followers are still not there. He looks at his time and just then, they all pile in. Tung asks them what time is it and one of them said sorry that they lost track of time. Tung then asks Siu Kern where is the laboratory test. Siu Kern is about to tell him but Tung never gave him the chance. He scold him and Siu Kern stood there to take all the blame. He goes on to say they are useless. One of his colleague cannot take it anymore and told Tung that Siu Kern when straight to the laboratory once he came back but the laboratory didn't have to report ready yet. He said that they are working really hard and asks Pang Sir to not express his anger at them just because he is in a foul mood. Pang Sir coldly asks him what does he mean and the other guy apologizes. Pang Sir then walks into his office and order them to continue on with their work. Kit happens to saw the whole incident.

Kit is sitting in a bar and happily drinks her drink, when Tung cames in and calls out to her. As he walks up to her, a drunk guy came and bumped into him. The drunk guy is being unreasonable and is berating Pang Sir about it. Kit runs up to them and manages to stop the dispute. Tung can't believe that a person could be so drunk about it. He asks why did Kit asks him out. She asks him is the AV rapist case really troublesome. She knows that it have put a lot of pressure on him and that he is like a rubber band that is being stretch beyond his limit. He might break and end up hurting other people. Tung said that his followers are incompetent and they are not advancing in the case. Kit assures him that they are working really hard. They are not steel people like he is. Tung said that his superior is also in a lot of pressure and he can't fail him. Kit said he is always confident. Why is so worry about this case. Is it because he want to show everyone that he is able to suceed in his job even he fail in his marriage. Tung tells her that he could fail in his marriage but he can't fail on his work. Kit said that everytime she mention Jing, he always said he got over with it, but she can tell he isn't. She said that when Chung left her, she is sad about it. However, when she thought she is better, she discover she is pregnant. Once she discover she is with child, she is lost. The thing that manages to pull ther through and keeps her going is what he said to her. He said he will be there to help her and support her. She emphasis this is just the exact same situation. She is willing to support him and she is confident he will be able to solve the case. Tung said that her method of speaking sound like she is negotiating with him. She asked him is it working and he said he won't tell her the result. None the less, he still thank her. In his office, his colleagues are talking about Pang Sir's treatment. Siu Kern thinks he is the most innocent of all because he was working and yet he got yelled at. Just then, Pang Sir came in and puts down a bag of deserts. His colleagues watches him in shock when he told them to eat the deserts and to finish their work. Once they are finish, they can go home and rest and continue their work on the next day. When he went back into his office, his colleagues run up to the bag and looks in there. To their astonisment, there is really deserts in there and they look at Pang Sir's door in disbelief.

Hoi Yan is making sushi when Hoi Oi and Hoi Hay stole some to eat. They are complimenting Hoi Yan for her food and she is happy to hear that. Hoi Oi notice, to her dismay, Hoi Yan is seperating the sushi to one box and one plate. Hoi Yan told them that the dish is for them and the box is for her friend. Hoi Oi and Hoi Hay are suspicious about this and start to bombard Hoi Yan with question. They asks her is it her boyfriend. Hoi Yan wonders why can their thinking be so different when they grow up eatting the same milk powder. They said that she is cruel for saying this and Hoi Yan told them that he is just her friend. He just broke up with his girlfriend and she just wants to cheer him up with food. Hoi Oi and Hoi Hay also feels sorry for him and they each gave him a piece of their sushi and wish he gets better.

Moe makes another basket and said he won. Hoi Yan complains that he is taller than her but she admits to her defeat. Since she lost, she will treats him to lunch and Moe said that is good because he is hungry. She then took out a box of sushi and starts to pile some up on the lid for Moe. Moe said it looks professional and when he ate them, he said it taste good. Hoi Yan said that she like invent food and if she invents new food, she will let him eat it first. Moe wonders does she treats him like a laboratory white mouse and tells her he don't mind because he gets to eat some food. Hoi Yan is happy and tells him to eat more. He then asks her since she likes to invent food, she must eat a lot of food. Hoi Yan answers that she is not picky on her food. and she asks him is he picky on his food. He said he is not picky either but he remembers when he was small, he likes to eat cotton candy. He still likes to eat it but he is older and it doesn't seem right for him to eat it. Hoi Yan then asks him is he busy and he said no. She then gave him two movie tickets and he said these movie tickets are hard to get. Hoi Yan said that she already predicted that he would have no where to go so she is treating him to a movie. As a friend, she is willing to spend the day to entertain him. She asks him is he happy and he said he is. After watching the movie, Moe said he saw people crying at a tragic movie but he never saw people crying at a comedy movie. Hoi Yan told him that she is crying because she is laughing so hard. She then told him she also notice someone is laughing so hard that he was stamping his feet on the ground. Moe blames Hoi Yan for ruining his professional image because she is the one who treats him to this movie. He claims if one of his client saw him in the movie, they would lose confidence on him. Hoi Yan asks him did he likes the movie and Moe admitted that is is a good movie. Hoi Yan said that is enough then. She told him to laugh more and forget about all of the sadness. Moe asks her is it a new treatment and she said he should think of it as a friend treating a friend to a movie. Moe said this answer seems kind of forces and she jokingly said just pretend she is chasing after him. He then jokingly said that she is scaring him because he never got chased by anyone. He said to thank her, he will treat her to dinner. Hoi Yan then told him he must underestimate her appetite because she could eat a lot. She then spotted something and tell him to wait for her. She ran off with Moe wondering what is she up to. Hoi Yan comes back to him with two cotton candy. She gave one to Moe and Moe asks her did she intentionally brought that for him. She said yes because she remembers he said he likes to eat it. She then tells him to not care about his image because he already lost it when he was watching the movie. She then took a bite out of her own and she nodded her head to him. He follows her lead and they happily eats their cotton candy.

Pang Sir is looking at the laboratory report while Siu Kern said that from the laboratory, they can determine that the rapist for On Lay is the same as the AV rapist. They also said that the cloth left behind is a regular work out texture. Just then, Sun Pall comes in and tells them that she just talk to On Lay. And On Lay said that she once took a swimming lesson and the teacher is always constantly touching her. She quit and afterward, this thing happen. They all thinks that the swimming instructor is suspicious.

Episode 19

Tung is observing Simon teaching some of his students swiming lesson. As he observes him, two of his colleagues came and join him. Sun Pall told him that she just talk to some of the girl student and they said that he is very dedicated in teaching his student. His other follower told Tung that he just talked to some of On Lay's friends. The lady's inform him they were there when On Lay acusses Simon for molesting her. Actually, what happen was that On Lay was splashing too hard and Simon pulled her so she would not hit the other student near her. He probably accidently touch her at that time. Even On Lay's friends think that she was too sensitive. Sun Pall told Pang Sir that Simon likes to play with the guys. She suspects that he might be gay. Pang Sir is still in doubt and eventhough, Simon might not like girls, it doesn't necessarily means he will not molest them. Simon ended his lesson and Tung and his followers walk up to him. Tung asks Simon to assist him with On Lay's case. He asks him about the molesting case and Simon told her that he was just trying to prevent her from hitting the other student. He became defensive when Tung asks him what he is doing on the day On Lay was raped. Simon asked them are they suspecting him and he told them he was teaching his student the butterfly stroke. Before he could be more offended, one of Tung's follower tells him that they just want to solve the case. Hearing this, Simon is willing to help them with the investigation. He told them to the school swiming lounge. Tung and his colleagues gather information in there and is about to leave when one of the teachers come walking in and asks Simon what is going on. Simon told him that they are police man and they are trying to look for clues on On Lay's case. Simon then told Tung that on that day, he is working with this teacher and if they don't believe him, they could asks the teacher. As his colleagues takes down the teacher's information, Tung is watching a video in the television. After getting the information that they needed, Tung's colleagues go to him and Tung asks him about the video. Simon told Tung it is their advertisment and Tung asks for a copy. Tung is leaving when Leurng came out of the elevator. He saw Tung and he hide himself. Once Tung is gone, Leurng approaches Simon and asks him why is his brother over here. Simon quickly notice that Tung is Leurng's brother. Leurng nervously told him Tung already scold him for last time (when he got drunk for Simon). If he sees him taking swiming lesson over here, he will get another scolding. Simon smiles and put his arms over his shoulder. He tells him not to worry and that Tung is just there to solve a case. Simon then tells Leurng that he thought he is still mad about what happen last time. He told Leurng that Joe brought his girlfriend to the movie last time. And beside, if Tung find Leurng taking swiming lesson over here. He would not suspect anything. They slowly flirts with each other.

Tung is looking at the video when one of his colleagues walks up to him and gave him coffee. They watch the video together. His colleagues notice that every clips have Lum On Lay on it. Tung then went to a meeting with his colleagues and they told him that Mr. Gwong is the one that recorded that tape. He also inform Tung that Mr. Gwong once won an award for his video. Tung thinks this might be a new lead. Siu Kern asks Tung how does he know that the video will be a new lead and Tung told him when he was watching that tape, he notices On Lay keeps on appearing on each screans. That might means the person that is taking the video might have some intention for On Lay. Tung goes to look at the past victim, while his colleagues read off the profile of Mr. Gwong. Tung notice that they all occurs within a two month period. After thinking for a while, he told them to follow Mr. Gwong. His colleagues set out and went to investigate his lifestyle. They took pictures of him constantly.

At their meeting, they told Tung that Mr. Gwong schedule is very normal. They also notice his relationship with his wife is very good. Tung become suspicious when he one of his colleagues told him that Mr. Gwong like to use his saturday afternoon to record people in the park. Tung looks at the victims time and asks one of his colleagues to serch what day of the week does these dates correspond. He looks thoughtful when they told him Saturday.

Kwong is reconfirming for the third time about the apartment that he have rented. The person on the other side is annoyed and asked Kwong would he call again. Kwong said no and is happy to hear that it is confirm. He is dancing when Moe asks what is up. Kwong tells him that he should be happy for him because he is finally going to have a happy life with a girl. Moe is annoyed and said that Kwong have been saying this for a few days straight already. Kwong said that he means it seriously. Moe then said that he finally waited for the girl to come back so he should be happy. Moe then tells he have to help Hoi Yan with her treatment and Kwong asks how was it going. Moe said that it is going fine. They are going to do the last stage today. Kwong then said that Moe does have a method and Moe tells him since Kwong left the patient to him, he is responsible to help her. Beside, after spending some time with her, he feels Hoi Yan have a lot of good qualities. He said that she is a good girl. Kwong teases him and said that he notice Moe not only cure Hoi Yan, he also cure his breakup sickness. Moe asks what is he talking about and Kwong asks him does he feels happy with Hoi Yan. Moe answers yes. He also answer yes too when Kwong asks him does he feel nice with her. Kwong then said that he since he feel nice and happy with her, it means that he could advance with their relationship. Kwong is about to continue on with this conversation when Moe calls him crazy and ask him does he need the car next week. Kwong is muttering about it when Moe walks away. Kwong asks Moe where is he going because he still wants to talk to Moe about his relationship with Hoi Yan. Moe walks away and Kwong thinks that he is just shy.

Moe brought Hoi Yan back to Cheun's death place and he encourage her to go up there. She slowly walks up there and she starts to recall back the incident she have with Cheun. She looks at Moe and he encourage her to stand back at the position she was at when Cheun died and he said he will go up there with her. She stand back at that area and Moe told her to close her eyes. He tells her to imagine the scene when Cheun went to grab the photo but he slips. What would she do if she is given another chance when Cheun is falling. She said she will rush there to grab him. Moe said that Cheun is still falling very fast and Hoi Yan said that she will go faster. Moe then asks her did she manages to grab him. Hoi Yan slowly opens her eyes and shook her head. She starts to cry and Moe tells her that no matter how fast she is going, she still won't be able to grab Cheun. Hoi Yan then said that she and Kwong was just standing over here when they were negotiating with Cheun. Moe tells her that she have done her best. It is time that she should stop blaming herself for Cheun's death. Hoi Yan said that she really miss Cheun. She went to visit Cheun's grave after this and apologizes for not visiting him earlier. Moe is standing next to her as she sadly looks at Cheun's tomb. She said that he must think that she is useless because she wasn't able to see his funeral. She promise Cheun that she will be strong and tells him to remember they will always be friend. They walk out of the area and they pass a pond. Hoi Yan asks him for a dollar and she tosses it in. Hoi Yan made a wish and thanks him for helping her. He said she does not have to thank him because it is his job. She said if it weren't for him she would not be cure. He said if that is the case, she could treats him to dinner and she said sure. He asks her isn't she scare he is going to eat a lot of her money. She said that she is scare so he should not eat that much. He then suggests her to go to one of those venders and she said no because he is dress in suit. She suggested cafe and he said she is very conservative on her money. Hoi Yan said this is a good quality and Moe wonders is she ever going to return the dollar she have just borrow. She told him no.

At the police station, Hoi Yan ran into Kwong and Kwong said that she looks happy and she said he is the one that looks happy. She smiles and asks him what is going on. Kwong excitedly tells her he is taking a vacation tommorrow and Hoi Yan asks him is he going to play. Kwong shyly tells her that Ada is coming back tommorrow and he is planning to meet her at the airport. Hoi Yan teases him just when Kwong have a call. He listen to it and his face became very depress. Hoi Yan notice his expression and asks him what is the problem after he hangs up. Kwong told her that Ada just got back with her boyfriend so she won't be coming back. Hoi Yan is worried about him. Moe and Hoi Yan is walking together and Hoi Yan told him about Moe about Ada and Kwong. Moe said of course. He said Kwong was so excited when he heard Ada was coming back. He even borrowed his car. Hoi Yan told Moe that she asked Kwong to eat lunch with them but he didn't want to. Moe said that she is a very good girl because Kwong have treated her like this and she is still worry about him. Hoi Yan said that eventhough he doesn't like her, she still wants him to be happy. She doesn't want to force him to like her. Moe said he don't understand his brother. He have a wonderful girl beside him and yet he is devoted to Ada. Hoi Yan said she is only treating him to lunch and yet he doesn't have to give her so much compliment. Moe said he was serious. They saw Kwong coming out of a building depress. Kwong asks them aren't they eating and they said that he is going. Kwong is about to leave when Moe stops him and tell him to go eat with them. Moe said that it is rare Hoi Yan is treating them and they drag him with them. Hoi Yan, Kwong, and Moe sat there for a while and Hoi Yan asks them what do they want to eat. Kwong said he is not hungry and Hoi Yan said that she knows he loves to eat sushi. She went to get it and left Kwong and Moe together. Kwong said that Moe finally got what he wished and Moe didn't understand what is he talking about. Kwong said Moe always thought Ada is bad and now, well, she is not here. Moe said from the way Kwong state that, it sounds like they two are chasing after the same girl. Just then a girl cry because her balloon pop. Kwong said that is life. Sometime, you don't want something and someone just hands it to you anyways. When you think that you will be happy with it, it suddenly goes away. Moe said "Hay mong Yuet Die, Sut Mong Yuet Die" (higher hope equal higher disapointment). Moe sighs and Kwong asks him is he thinking about Joyce. He wonders why are they two brother such a failure. Moe said to lets drink to their uselessness. Hoi Yan came back with a bunch of food and they wonder is she really hungry. She said she saw them sitting here without eating so she got more for them. She told Kwong to eat oyster and Moe starts to tell her about the oysters in Canada. Hoi Yan and Moe talks excitedly while Kwong sat back in depress.

Mr. Gwong is filming people and Tung's colleagues are used as red herring and they all is fustrated that Mr. Gwong is not falling for it. Mr. Gwong wreak his video in fustration when he couldn't find the next victim and put back Fong's tape in there.

At Tung's meeting, they are telling Tung about Mr. Gwong's schedule. They called for Ben helps. Ben said that there is two type of rapist. One is that he is just getting anyone and yet this is not the case for Mr. Gwong. The second type have a urge for women that fit their quality profile. Tung's colleagues said that they look through the victims profiles and the type he seems to like are modest and obedient. Sun Pall said that she already have a lot of people pretending that and he still don't fall for it. Ben said that there must be another trait but he don't know what that trait is. Pang Sir asks him would Mr. Gwong still be interested in the old victim. Ben said that is possible. He said that if the victim didn't recognizes him and if she doesn't repell him, then Mr. Gwong might rape her again. Sun Pall went to Fong and try to convince her to help them. Fong refuses because she don't want to relive back the incident. Sun Pall went to talk to Fong's father while Tung sat down and talk to Fong. He asks Fong doesn't she want to arrest the bad man. He tells her he understand that she is scare and that is the main reason why she need to help the police. She needs to show the man that she is not scare and that she is able to stand up after this incident. Fong's father wants to push them away and Tung asks her for her help. Fong told her fatehr that she wants to help.

Fong became the red herring with Tung's colleagues watching after her. She went to Mr. Gwong's bank and he personally serve her. He watches her but she acts like she doesn't know him. He gave her account book back to her and watches her as she leaves. That day, Fong is walking back the same path and she is nervous. Sun Pall is talking to her through a communicator and encouraging her to be calm and to pretend nothing is happening. Mr. Gwong is following her closely behind with his video camcordor recording her. Unknown to him, Tung has his colleagues hidden at that area and they all suspect he must be the rapist. They recorded Mr. Gwong's action and they watched it with Tung back in their department. Siu Kern told Tung that he guessed right because Mr. Gwong is still interested in Fong. They said that after he saw Fong at the bank, he have been constantly following her. They told him that once Fong have gone home, Mr. Gwong went back to the site and observed the area. Tung said that it seems like Mr. Gwong is going to commit a crime again really soon so they must be alert to arrest him. His colleagues agree. That night, Mr. Gwong is watching the video he have just recorded on Fong. He paused it on one scene and walks up to the television screne. The touched her image affectionately.

On the following Saturday, Tung and his crew memembers scouted the area. Ah Sek (a follower of Tung), told Tung that a camcordor have already been set in the abandon house where Fong was initially raped. Tung is informed that the Mr. Gwong is over there and he told his colleagues to be aware. Siu Kern then releases Fong and she walks over there. Mr. Gwong knock her unconsious with chloroform and drags her to the abandon house. Just as he is taking his clothes off, his colleagues make the arrest. Siu Kern manages to apprehend him and they read him his right. At Mr. Gwong's home, his wife is trying to convince the police that they got the wrong guy and her husband looks depress. Sun Pall found his exercising clothes and Siu Kern discover the videos. Tung told them to take it back to their department. At their department, they looked through the videos and found out that beside the four victims, there are six more. Because these six victims didn't report it to the police, they didn't know about it. They already try to contact the other victims and only two are willing to come and identify Mr. Gwong. Tung said that the more victims that testify against Mr. Gwong, the higher chance he would get to be sentence for his crime. Sun Pall said that if only the other six victims would have reported the rape, there wouldn't be that much victims. Siu Kern came in and gave Tung the laboratory report. As Tung looks over it, Siu Kern told Tung that the reports said the semen that is in the exercising clothings that is found in Mr. Gwong closet matches the semen found on the victims. They are glad that they finish the case and they compliment him for his ability to use Fong as a red herring. Tung tell them to finish up the rest of the minor stuff and he will treat them to dinner. He went to his supervisor's office and his supervisor said that he did a good job. He told Tung this news really affected the media and a lot of people complimented the police for their sucess. He assures Tung this case would give him a boost in his upcoming promotion. Tung walks out of the office happily and saw one police man. He helps the policeman straighten out his outfit and the policeman thanks him. Tung then peers through a window and saw Kit working hard. Kit tells him to come in when he knocks on her door. He told her that everyone have left and she should rest when it is the time to rest and work when it is the time to work. She smiles and said that doesn't sound like something he would say. Tung happily said that she is forcing her baby to work overtime with her. Kit teases him and said he knows how to joke now and Tung said if he didn't joke then they won't be laughing right now. He then asks her is she leaving because he could drive her home and she said yes. As he was driving home, he asks her is it a boy or a girl and Kit said it is too early to tell. Just as Tung asks her when is the right time, Kit becomes distracted and tells him to slow down. She tells him to stop and he asks her why. She jumps out of the car and almost got hit by the car. She ran up to a tofu (the stinky tofu) stand and got some. Tung ran away when Kit asks him does he want to eat. After eating it, Kit and Tung took a walk in the park. Tung said he never know that she likes to eat these kind of stuff. Kit said that she don't use to eat these stuff but Tung doesn't believe her because she ran out of the car without watching the traffic. She then told him it is the baby that wants to eat it. She said she once hear that pregnant women would change their taste and she never did believe it. That is until she have the baby. When she craves for something, it doesn't matter how far or where she have to go, she will just go an eat it. Tung said he never hear of this symptom before. Kit told him that she woke up at 3:30 last night to go to Miu Gai to buy duran to eat. Tung laughs and said she got to be kidding. Kit happily thinks the baby is hard to serve and she thanks Tung because if it weren't for him, she would not be able to satisfy her craving. Tung said he didn't do it for her. He did it for the baby. Kit asks him does she have to make the baby his god son. Tung said that if the baby doesn't mind him scolding and torturing him, then he wouldn't mind. Kit said he would not do it because the baby is so cute and Tung said let's see about it.

At PNC meeting, Tung announces a good news. Hoi Yan is coming back to join them and everyone is happy to have her back. Kwong is not enthusiastic about it. Kit asks Hoi Yan to tell about her experience. Hoi Yan said that she sucess with the trama that she have experience on Cheun's death is all due to their support. At the beginning, she really repells the idea of a treatment. However, she later discover that her sickness is like all regular illness. You cannot run away from it. You have to face it so you can solve it. Tung is happy to hear this. However, he notice that Kwong is depress and unattentive. Kit said that they Hoi Yan's case is an example to us. It reminds us that we are human. Kit said that she was in the same situation but because of Pang Sir's help, she is able to get through it. Pang Sir said that they should use Hoi Yan as an model because everyone might have to face that kind of situation in their future.

Kwong knocks on Pang Sir's door right after the meeting and unenthusiastically asks Pang Sir what does he wants to see him. Tung asks him does he know why he intentionally make Kwong stay behind. Kwong asks him is it because of some more files he have to read and if that is the case, just give it to him. Pang Sir asks him what kind of attitude is he showing. Just because he thinks he have potential, it doesn't mean he could act like this. Kwong said if he doesn't want to teach him then don't teach him. He is about to leave when Tung tells him to sit down and tell him what is going on. Kwong said he just have his heart broken. Tung said that is not a big problem because he even got through his marriage problem. Kwong said that he is not like Tung. Tung said that he should be able to manage his emotion. Kwong said he is not a machine. Tung retorts back that he isn't one either but he is able to continue to work and suceed in it. He tells him to focus on his work and tell Kwong to trust him. Kwong is still depress.

At Tung's family restuarant, his mother is wondering how is Tung's interview today. His father tell her if she is worry, she should call him. She wants to but Ling reminds her about last time, when he went exploding on them. Tung came walking in and gave his mother some swallow nest. He then gave his father some money to prescribe for another pair of glasses. His father said he doesn't need so much money because he could get one for twenty dollar down the street. Tung said that he is giving him so much money because he doesn't want his father to get a cheep one. Those cheep glasses can distroy his sight. They also asks Tung about his interview and they were estatic when Tung said he have a higher oportunity than others for getting that position. Ling sat down and turns pale when Tung calls her name. He tells her that she doesn't have to be scare and he just want to asks her where is his brother. Ling tells him Gwok Fue is at the bank and is relief when he didn't scold her. Tung's mother asks him to stay for dinner and he said yes. His father said to order more food because Tung is eatting with them. At their home, Gwok Fue, Tung, and his father is watching movie and newspaper, while his mother and Ling is preparing for dinner. Tung saw Ling is over there and asks Gwok Fue how is he doing. Gwok Fue quickly tells him that they will pay his monthly due a few day late. Tung said that is okay. He took out a check and secretly gave it to Gwok Fue. Gwok Fue is shock at the amount and Tung told him that men must need some money with them. He tells him to hide it quickly before Ling sees it and also to be conservative in his spending. Gwok Fue thanks him and Tung's father asks Tung why did he gave so much money to Gwok Fue. Tung tells him it is not money and pushes him to the dinning room. Just then, Bobo taps Tung on the shoulder and asks him does he keep his word. He asks her what is she talking about and she gave him a paper. She happily announced that she got accepted in PTS. Tung said that she got accepted but it doesn't necessarily means she will be accepted for a police woman. She said that she will and Tung said that she should try hard and not to embarrass him. She said she will be the best police woman there is. As they settle down to eat, Leurng comes back and Tung stops him. He asks Leurng about his relationship with his girlfriend. Leurng is nervous at his questioning. Tung said he is not trying to prevent him from having a girlfriend. If she is good, then he should at least bring her to their home and let them look her over. Leurng said that she is busy and they wonder how busy she can be. They encourage Leurng to bring her here so they can know her. Leurng is sulking.

Kit is eating at the cafeteria with her colleagues and she is wondering why did they gather all over there. They told her they are celebrating her pregnancy and they each gave her a present. Just then, one of the girl colleague starts to nag one of her fellow partner to shave his face because he might scare the baby. Kit is watching this with amusement.

Hi Everyone...I notice that I haven't been good at updating and I am sorry about that. I have been really busy since school started...Seven full college courses and a job really put a dent in my available time...and I can surely say that I will most likely be updating really slow. What I am trying to say is that I notice I haven't really been good at updating. And well...if anyone would like to finish what I have started...they are welcome to. I am not saying that I don't want to do it anymore but I am just stating that it would take a while for me to update the episode synopsis and if someone has time and wants to do it so they can satisfy everyone's needs, they can go ahead and finish what I have started. However, if you guys don't mind my slow updating I am extremely willing to finish them. I just want you guys to know the condition and that I am really sorry for not doing a good job on what I have promise to do. ( I am trying to sound humble but whatever I write comes out sounding like I am arrogant...yikes, sorry about that)

Lily: If someone is willing to continue the work...then they will be the one who will be updating. If that is the case, then I have no saying in when the next episode will going to be posted. However, if everyone don't mind my troublesome condition and are willing to look over it, then I will try to update some of the episodes around late Thursday night to Friday morning. Sorry for the inconvience.

Episode 20

Kit is watching her colleagues with amusement as they talk about her baby and all of the superstition things. Kit is wondering why are they so worried. The topic quickly turns to Pang Sir and Kit smile disappear when her colleagues started to berate Tung's working method. Yut told them that Pang Sir have solved a case and he is most likely being promoted. However, her other colleagues feel that Pang Sir mistreated his own colleagues and is upset that he gets all of the credit for what his follower have done for him. Kit defends him by saying that she don't feel that Pang Sir is that kind of guy and thinks he does care about his worker. One of her colleagues agrees that Tung does care. But he only cares whether his worker could finish their job. Kit looks thoughtful and said people just have different working method. Tung is working hard on his desk and Kit went to find him. She gave him a gift and he wonders why did she gave him a gift. She said that it is for his promotion. She happily told himt that she is only "jea fa ging fut" (basically mean that she is borrowing something to give it to another person). She told him that it is a towel and the gift is actually her colleagues that gave it to her. Tung happily accepts the gift and said he have to thank his god son for the gift because if it weren't for him, Kit would not have given him the gift. Just then, he got a phone call and it is from Churn, Kit's father. Kit looks a little bit surprise.

At a police cafeteria, Churn is berating his godson for speeding and refusing to cooperate with the cop. Kit arrives there with Tung and asks what is going on. Churn said that he came out here to buy something and the cop took them in for speeding and attacking the policeman. Churn ask Tung can he try to talk to the policeman about it and Kit abruptly said that it is clear who is wrong in this case. Churn said that he knew Kit would say this and asks Tung whether he could help him disolve the problem. Tung said he will try but Kit stops him by saying that this is against the law. Her fake brother stood up and faced her defiantly and told her does she have to go that far. He then said he will sue the policeman because Churn has a lot of money and he could hire a lawyer. He walks out on them with Churn chasing after him. Churn has a bunch of bags with him and Tung asks Churn whether he wants a ride back home. Churn said that it will be a bother but Tung insisted. Churn finally agrees and Kit looks a little bit upset. At Churn's home, Churn is mad at the outcome of today. Just then, a delivery man came over there to deliver a huge tv. Churn is mad that his son is spending so much of his money. Kit said he asked for it for adopting him. Tung quickly tells her that he is thirsty and she went to get some water. Churn told Tung that she is always talking back to him. He told Tung that all he wants was just a son to take care of his grave once he die, "Yow Jie Sung Jung". However, his fake son is not even good to him and always cause a lot of trouble. Now he hopes to mend his relationship with Kit but she doesn't accept his kindness. He blames himself for not being good enought to Kit and her mother in the past. He defeatedly said he expects himself to die a loner. Tung conforts him by saying Kit is just saying things without thinking. She doesn't mean it. Kit over hears their coversation and is kind of sad about this. Tung took Kit home and he told her that her father intentionally went out to the city to buy things for her. He told her that Churn said she will not accept it if he gave it to her so Churn just gave it to Tung so that Tung can give it to him. Kit accepts it and asks Tung over for a coffee. Kit pours Tung a cup of coffee and sat down with a cup. Tung said she is pregnant and she should not be drinking coffee. Kit knowing told him that her cup is tea. She then said that he is very caring of his god son. Tung said that he cares so much for his god son. Let alone how much a father cares about his own offspring. He then told Kit that Churn really cares about her and Kit said she knows. She also feels sorry for him because he have to live alone by himself. But she just can't forgive him for what happen in the past. Tung said it is in the past and Kit said she still needs some more time. Tung agrees that time will help heal the matter but he confidently told her he believes she will work out her problem with her father. Kit asks him does he believe in her so much. Tung said he believes in himself. If he could convince her to have the baby, he could help her solve this little problem. Kit smiles at his arrogance.

Kwong is drinking with Moe at the restuarant. Kwong said that losing a love is really bad. Even the Cola doesn't have a tast. He asks Moe to consel him and Moe said that he couldn't because he is just in the same state as he is. Kwong is surprise because he always see Moe happily playing basket ball with Hoi Yan. Moe said that he calls him to go to play but Kwong said he doesn't want to stop the world from turning. Moe asks him what is he talking about and Kwong asks Moe whether he have ever thought of going out with Hoi Yan. Moe is annoyed with Kwong's persistant and said that he never did and he only thought of her as a friend. Kwong then asks him does he feel happy with Hoi Yan and Moe said yes. Kwong said if that is the case, then there is a possibility for them to get started. Moe told Kwong to solve his own case. Just then Joyce walk in with her new boyfriend, Ken and Moe looks annoyed. She approaches them and arrogantly told Moe that her company is having a ball and they invited him. She said that they didn't know they broke up so she gave the invitation to Moe. Joyce said if he minds, he should just ignores it. She then walks away with Ken and Moe looks upset. Kwong wonders what kind of person she is and said that these kind of ball is not worth it. Moe said that if he doesn't go, he will be look down. He looks at the invitation card thoughtfully.

Moe has just finish a meeting and ran into Hoi Yan. Hoi Yan asks him does he want to walk home together and as they are walking Moe asks her is she busy this Saturday night. Hoi Yan asks him is it for basketball and he told her he wants her to be his partner for a ball. Hoi Yan is astonished that he wants her to be his partner and she asks him why. She quickly said she forgot he isn't with Joyce anymore. In that case, she said yes. Moe said he will pick her up on Saturday night and Hoi Yan agrees.

On Saturday night, Hoi Yan dress up formally and her two sisters are wondering why is Hoi Yan dress up so plain. They said that in these kind of ball, she should wear some sparkish jewel or something like that. Hoi Yan said that she don't need to because she is not one of those rich ladies that need to show off. They then told her if she doesn't care about how she looks, she should at least care about Moe because he is going after her. Hoi Yan looks annoyed. She said that she is not going to fall again and take thing steadily. She is already embarrass about what happen last time and she doesn't want the same thing to happen. Hoi Yan told them that she is only helping a friend. Her sisters don't believe her. At the ball, Joyce is enjoying the party with Ken when Moe walks in with Hoi Yan. Joyce notices he have a partner and is a little bit jelouse. Just then, Hoi Yan excuses herself and Joyce goes to greet him. She is surprise that he came. She then told him that he doesn't need to get a girl to make her mad. She said that he should get a better looking girl and asks where does Hoi Yan work. Moe told them that she is a negotiator and just then Hoi Yan came back. Ken is excited about her job and starts to ask her a lot of question. Joyce is upset about this sight and told Ken if he is so interested in her, he should be a negotiator. She walks out on him, with Ken chasing after her. Moe smiles at Hoi Yan and thanks her. Hoi Yan innocently asks him why is he thanking her. He smiles at her again and said just because. The ball is over and Moe is walking Hoi Yan back to the car. He asks her did she enjoy the party and Hoi Yan said that she did because she got a lot of business card. Moe asks her why does she needs all the business card for and Hoi Yan said that she need it because in her department, they always need to have function. With these business card, she is able to get sponsor easily. Moe shyly told her that everyone at the ball thinks she is his girlfriend and she happily told him that she must have done a good job and that she didn't embarrass him. Moe then asks her does she want to be his girlfriend. Hoi Yan is a little bit surprise but quickly smiles and tell him not to joke. She is amazes he is able to make a joke with such a serious face. Moe then told her he is asking her seriously. Hoi Yan looks perplex. Just then, a car came rushing to them and Moe manages to pull her out of the way. He asks her is she alright and she nods her head. He then proceeds to drive a stun Hoi Yan back home.

Moe went to Kwong's room and Kwong is moping on his bed. Moe asks him is he trying to be a dead corpse. Kwong asks him about the ball and Moe said that he is glad there was Hoi Yan because she is actually very elegant. Kwong asks him is he trying to go after Hoi Yan and Moe said is he crazy. Moe then told him to take care of himself first. He also asks Kwong is he going to be like this for the whole time because he is going to go back to work eventually. Kwong told him to leave him alone and let him rot. Moe said he will let him rot and went out of his room. Kwong plunges his head on his pillow. On the next morning, Kwong walks down the stairs and saw his mother eating with his fater. He wonders why is his father there this morning because he usually goes to work around this time. His mother told Kwong that his father is sick. Kwong is worried but his father told him that his mother have already gave some medicine to him. He smiles when Kwong said he knows a chinese medicine that will help him improve his sickness really fast. Kwong said he should not mix chinese medicine with english medicine. Kwong sat down to eat with them and his father looks at them adoringly. He said that they hardly get to eat together. Kwong said of course because he have to go on patrol and his father have to work. His mother complains that she is always left alone and they reminise about the time when Kwong's father was courting his mother. They happily make fun of Kwong's innocent nature when he believe the ice cream fountain have a vocano in it. Kwong said he will treat them to a restuarant that serve that kind of icecream. Just as they are talking to each other happily, Kwong's father got a phone call. He is call back to work. Because he just took some medicine, Kwong is driving him back to the company. In their company, his father is happy to see that Kwong is getting along with his worker. He told Kwong to come down to the company often because this is his company to.

At Kwong's older sister's office, she is talking to her husband about Man's behavior. He is always constantly going out and spending Churn Long's money from it. Recently, he have brought a bunch of fake brand of food and a lot of people are complaining about it. She smiles slyly and said she would love to see Man get out of this. It was luckly that she manages to stop her husband from preventing Man from stocking these bad product. Her husband is worried this will affect Churn Long's reputation but his wife said that she must do this in order to bring down her enemy. Once Churn Long is in her hand, she can bring it to its glory. Just then, she got a call from her worker and they told her that her father is there. She hangs up and told her husband that the good show is about to begin. She went to her father's office and is surprise to see Kwong there with him. His father asks him what is going on and she told him that the vegetable can that they sell have some animal intestant in there. His father is astonished about this and he wonders Ah Guie could make that mistake. Ah Guie is responsible for looking over the product and he wonders why would he make such a mistake because he never was this careless. Also, the company that they usually buy these food never have any problem. His daughter told him that they were not buying these product from the old company. She discover it when she was doing the bill for the company. Kwong's father want to go to the storage room to check things out. Worried about him, Kwong said he will go to. Cans are open and animal intestants were found in them. Kwong's father said that they should call all of their branch and starts to recall back this item. Just then, he coughs and Kwong is worried about his father. Kwong told his father that he could take care of the things down here and his father nodded with approval. Just then, Man came walking in and his father asks him where did he go. He said he was having a meeting and came back immediately once he got his call. His father scold him for this problem and asks Ah Guie about it. Man said he will take care of it and told his father to rest.

At Man's office, he is mad and he asks Ah Guie how can they solve this problem. Ah Guie said he have already warn Man about this but Man still insisted to stock this product. Man then berated him for dismissing his job and for following his instruction. Man's lacky also added that Ah Guie is responsible for this problem too because he is suppose to check it. Ah Guie said he didn't check because Man insisted that the product doesn't have any problem. That is why he stocks it. Man then said he met the wrong person and his lacky try to put Ah Guie for the blame. He told Ah Guie that if he knows what is good for him, then he should take the blame. If he does, he will give some benefits for him in the future because Churn Long is going to be his in the future. Ah Guie doesn't want to but because this is Man, he accepts.

Ah Guie is packing his stuff when Kwong walks in. Kwong asks him what is he doing and wonders is he leaving. He said that the case haven't been solve yet and it might not be his fault. Ah Guie said that he is still responsible for the incident. Kwong said that right now, they should find a way to solve this problem. Also, Ah Guie have work her for such a long time. He is their friend and company really need him. Ah Guie said if that is the case, he would have checked the product. Kwong is surprise to hear this. He asks Ah Guie why didn't he check because he is always really careful about this. Ah Guie didn't want to explain and said that he will take the responsibility. Kwong said that his father is not trying to find the person that is responsible. He is trying to solve the problem. Kwong told Ah Guie that his father always said that with Ah Guie, there wouldn't be Churn Long. Ah Guie said that his father is giving him too much credit. If it weren't for Kwong's father, he would have starve to death a long time ago. Kwong said if that is the case, then he should stay and help Churn Long one more time. Ah Guie continues to pack his stuff until he saw a picture of him and Kwong's father. Kwong notices his experssion and said that if there is anything he know, he should tell it to him.

Kwong goes to his father office and asks his father to not fire Guie Suk because this is not his problem. His father asks Kwong how he knows and Kwong told him to not asks him how. Kwong gave his father a file and told him this file will explain everything. His father looks through the file and realizes it is Man. They are holding a meeting and his sister wants to talk about the fake product. He told her that the problem is already solve and they told her that Ah Guie is the one to blame. His sister told him to sit down and she said that she wants to treat this problem very dilligently because it hurts their business badly. Man is annoyed and she said that Man is constanly always socializing with the company that provided the fake product to them. She asks Man aren't they already familiar with them yet. Man said he needs to socialize because they aren't really familiar. His sister question his method and Man is really mad about her attitude. She then turns to Ah Guie and asks him why did he stock this product. She wants to interogate him to tell the truth and Ah Guie is constanly fidgeting in his seat. Man is annoyed with his sister's interogation and told her that this is not her business. Their debate heats up as they try to put the blame on someone. Man became really furious when she refuse to fire Ah Guie. Just then, Kwong's father tells them to stop and told Man and Jin (his sister) to come and see him. They went to his office and told them to watch their action. They shouldn't argue in front of other people. He refuses to fire Ah Guie and he said that he knows what is going on. He scold Man for always rousing with his friend and for ruining Churn Long's reputaion. He then turns to Jin and scold her for not stopping her brother because she should know about it. All of the bills come to her. He then told them that they are one family and they should work together. He dismisses them and went out to eat with Kwong. They are sitting outside on a pation and Kwong asks for a "Yu Gap" (Pigeon) dish. His father asks him why did he want to come here to eat and Kwong said that today is a nice day and they should take some fresh air. He said the sun is nice to look at. He asks his father does he remember the first time they came here. He reminds him that he was eleven years old. He happily told his father that he use to brag to his friend that his father took him to eat "flying white pigeon." His father is wondering what is he talking about and Kwong said he name the dish that name because he doesn't know how to use a fork and a knife at that time. When he try to cut the pigeon, it went flying out of his dish so that is why he calls it that. His father laughs at his imagination and Kwong told him that his classmates really admire him in the past. Every time they play cops and robber, he never does have to play the robber. His father then asks him is that why he choose to be a cop and Kwong asks him is it good. His father told Kwong that he always hoped that his four child will work together to make Churn Long better. So he could retire and go on a vacation with his wife. However, Kwong decided to join the police and Moe decided to become a psychiatrist. It is too bad that Man does not care about the company and doesn't really want to make it better. Kwong said that everyone makes mistake and he knows that Man and Jin really wants to make Churn Long better. His father then turn to Kwong and said that he notice Kwong is always smart. He once hoped that Kwong could help him out. It is just too bad that his grandmother always never does like him. Kwong said that is not the case and that by looking at his handsome face, you could tell that he came from a good family. Why else would he be so happy all the time and optimistic. His father said that even though Kwong is not his real son, he is in his heart. He hopes that Kwong could come and help him. Kwong said that this company is a family business and it should leave it to the family. And he likes to work on his own job. His father is glad he have ambition and he said that he should work at their company during his holiday so he could learn something. Kwong doesn't really want to but he didn't refuse.

Tung just got a notice that he got promoted and his head told him that even though he got promoted, it all depends on his work. For these past few days, his reputation have been in quite a damage but he is mending it. However, he must not do anything that can ruin his image or else people will continue to look at him through "color glasses." Tung said he understand and he walks out of the office. His serious face lifts up into a smile as he goes back to his department. Kit happens to pass by and calls him. She said that he is in a good mood and Tung happily asks her is this question being asks by the baby or by her. Kit wonders is there a difference and Tung said of course. He doesn't know whether the baby knows what does promotion means. Kit congratulate him and said that he finally got what he want. He thanks her and she said the person that he should thank is his follower. He said he will. He then asks is she leaving so he could drive her home. She said she is going to have a check up and he said he will drive her.

They are at the hospital and Kit went into check up. Tung is going to the restroom and he saw Simon with a guy. Simon saw them and he walks out with his guy, when they say Tung. Tung asks them is everything alright and Simon told him it is. Tung then went into one of the stall and Simon told his boyfriend that he should rest. Tung comes out of the stall and out of the restroom. At the corner of the hall way, Simon's boyfriend is arguing with Simon because he said he have already dumped Leurng. Just then, Leurng said that Simon is his. Tung pauses when he heard Leurng's voice and turned around. To his horror, it is his brother and he called Leurng's name out. Leurng is afraid when he saw his brother. Tung drags Leurng to one of the stairway and asks Leurng is this his "so-call" girlfriend. When Leurng didn't answer him, Tung releases him in fustration and said how could he do this. What will happen if their parents knew about it. He then forbid Leurng to see Simon again and slapped Leurng when he said he really loves Simon. Tung drags Leurng back to his father's home and starts to raid his room. Leurng begs Tung to stop as Tung grabs items that Simon have gave to Leurng and starts to throw them away. He forbid his brother from steping out of the room for these past few weeks and for taking swiming lesson. His parents come in at that time and they wonder what is going on. Tung told them nothing is wrong and he slams the door on them. He then warn his brother to not go out or he would break his leg. He walks out of the room and they are wondering should they asks Tung about it. Tung told them to watch Leurng for these past few weeks and don't let him go out. They asks Tung what is going on and Tung said they will not understand. He then told them that Leurng's girlfriend is really bad. They asks him how bad is she and he said that no matter what, they should not let him out of their sight.

At his work place, Tung is typing and he suddenly calls back home to check up on Leurng. His mother told him that they are watching Leurng. She is a little bit worried about Leurng's behavior because he is moping all the time. Tung then tells her not to worry because he will be there to see them once he gets off from work. He hangs up and Kit cames in to give him the PNC files. She asks him why did he leaves so suddenly yesterday and Tung told her that his family suddenly ran into a problem. He is sorry for leaving her and she wonders is there something that she can help. Tung told her it is a minor problem and she is pregnant. She points a warning finger at him and asks him is he being bias against pregnant woman. Tung said he is not being bias against her. He just don't want to bother her with it. He tells her not to worry because he could handle it by himself. Kit nods her head and they both share a smile.

Episode 21

Kwong is telling Moe about what happen in Churn Long. Moe then said that Gui Suk should thank Kwong for helping him out. Kwong said he didn't help Gui Suk for this reason. He said he just don't want Gui Suk to be stuck in between his brother and his older sister's battle. Beside Gui Suk is a senior in that company. Moe said he understand his older sister and his older brother's situation and thinking because in the business world, you will always try to get your own benefit. Kwong is surprised that Moe would say such kind of thing and reminds him how Gui Suk is so kind to him. Moe said he understand his brother and sister's situation, but it doesn't mean he necessarily supports it. If he does supports it, he would have gone back to Churn Long a long time ago. Kwong admits it is the truth. Come to think of it, Kwong told Moe that their father wants him to go back to Churn Long to help him out. Moe asks him did he thought it through and Kwong said he wants his advice. He claims they both know his quality. Kwong smiles at Moe and said he isn't like Moe, whereas, Moe have gone aboard and study. He told Moe he should go back to help their father. Moe smiles at Kwong's attempt and told him that Chrun Long's enviornment doesn't suit his personality. Kwong retorts back by saying it doesn't fit him too. Moe said by looking in Kwong's personality, he always talk so much that he often offend people. This kind of personality fits exactly for people in business. Kwong look offended and asks him is he complimenting him or offending him. Moe said to be truthful, he told Kwong that in order to be a good cop, he must have good education and that includes studying and reading. Knowing Kwong's personality, Moe knows this will be a kind of torture for him. If he doesn't study, he will still not be able to to into a higher rank. Moe told Kwong the other option would be to go to Churn Long. At least that is a family business. Kwong said no way because he doesn't like to wear suit. He rather wear a monkey suit (police outfit) and catch some robbers instead. Moe said he have to leave and Kwong pays for the bill. Moe is surprise Kwong will pay for the meal and Kwong told him this meal is cheep. He then told Moe that across the street is a really good Japanese restuarant and told Moe he will have to pay for that one. Moe then asks Kwong is something wrong with him because recently Kwong have been constantly asking him out. It makes Moe feel like he is Kwong's girlfriend. Kwong turns back and asks Moe is something wrong with him instead. He is just here to accompany Moe. He points out that Moe also broke up with his girlfriend. Moe is annoyed and Kwong pay for the bill. The waiter gave him a raffle ticket and said on Valentine Day, they will have a raffle for a free meal. Kwong looks annoyed and wonders out loud is the waiter trying to "Law Ging Ding Hie Jung Hing" (err...take the scenary or just make a fool out of it). He said they just broke up. He then told Moe that they should not waste it and they should come together to eat on Valentine day. Moe is surprised and said that is not good because two guys dining together on Valentine Day might seems a little bit queery. Kwong said a loner on Valentine day is very pitiful. He then gave Moe an alarming look and asked him seriously is Moe planning to go out with Joyce. Moe is asperated and said no. Kwong said if that is the case, then he should accompany him to eat on that day. Moe is annoyed.

At the police office, Hoi Yan puts the newspapaer on her desk with annoyance and wonders out loud do they have to put so much advertisement to remind them on Valentine day. Just then, Moe knocks on her department's door and Hoi Yan is surprised to see him. She asks him is he here for a meeting and Moe said no. She then asks him why is he here to see her and Moe shyly asks her is she busy this Friday night. Hoi Yan quickly links the date with Valentine day and told him that she doesn't have anyone to go with. Moe looks at her eagarly as she asks him what happen. She then asks him is Joyce asking him to another ball again and Moe quickly said no. He told her he wants to invite her for a dinner. Hoi Yan is shock and asks him is it only them two. Moe nodded his head and said yes. Moe is happy and told her he will pick her up that night. Hoi Yan said to see him that day and he left.

Hoi Oi said she have guessed it right and told Hoi Yan that Moe must be serious this time. Hoi Yan said it might not be and Hoi Hay agree with Hoi Yan's view because Hoi Yan once made a mistake with Kwong. She told him to be sure it is the truth. Hoi Oi said she should not drown all of the hope and Hoi Hay said they should just be certain because Hoi Yan just don't have any more room for failure. Hoi Oi wants to go and tell their mother about it but Hoi Yan stops her. She told them they might be too sensitive and she doesn't want her mother to get her hopes too high. Hoi Oi said she got a good feeling about this because most of the time, a guy asks a girl out on Valentine day because he wants to go after her. And usually a girl who said yes on that day means she is willing to let the guy chase after her. Hoi Yan said her heart is like the water (calm and stable). Hoi Oi said if Hoi Yan doesn't want him to chase after her, she shouldn't said yes. Hoi Hay quickly reminds Hoi Oi that Hoi Yan doesn't have any other choice because no one asks her out. Hoi Yan said she doen't see any problem in this kind of situation. Most of the time, guys and girls can go out and eat a common dinner. It doesn't necessarily have to mean anything. Hoi Oi and Hoi Hay is imitating Hoi Yan's gestures as she walks into her room while trying to convince them that her dinner with Moe is innocent.

At Hoi Yan's deparment, Siu Wing Jie is counting each flower bouquet that is being delivered into the police department. She announced to everyone in her department the record of how many people received flowers. Hoi Yan looks a little depress as she listen to it and one of her colleagues saw Hoi Yan's expression and nugged Siu Bing Jie. Siu Bing Jie quickly told Hoi Yan she didn't even have any flower too so she is with Hoi Yan. Just then, Go Die Wai came walking into the office and told them there is a bouquet of flowers and they all thought it is for Hoi Yan. Just as Hoi Yan stands up to receive it, Go Die Wai told them it is for Siu Wing Jie. Hoi Yan looks disappointed and Siu Wing Jie happily told them it is from her husband. Hoi Yan told Go Die Wai he should be like Siu Wing Jie's husband. Go Die Wai is offended and said he would love to send flower to his wife everyday...if he have money. Hoi Yan sat back on her desk.

At Moe's office, he is working hard and his secretary came into asks him could she leave earily. Moe teases her by asking her is she going out with her boyfriend and she shyly said yes. Moe gave her permission to leave and just as she is about to step out of the door, Kwong came walking in and talks to her a little bit. She quickly walks away because she has a meeting with her boyfriend to go to. Kwong sat down on a chair across Moe's desk and told him that outside is just plain horrible. There is so many pairs outside there. He told Moe they should just quickly eat dinner and get back home as fast as they can. Moe happily told Kwong he can't because he is meeting someone. Kwong is surprised and asks him who is he meeting. Kwong asks him is it a guy or a girl and Moe said of course is a girl. Kwong is bugging Moe by constantly asking Moe who it is as Moe is trying to get out of there as fast as he can. At Moe's car, Kwong is mumbling as he tries to go over the possiblity. He wonders who the girl is because he is constantly with Moe and it doesn't seems to be any girl that he saw Moe with. He then said could it be Hoi Yan and Moe smiles. But Kwong quickly threw away the possiblity because Moe expectation is too high for Hoi Yan. As he mumbles who it could be, Moe stops his car and said he is waiting for someone. Kwong said he will wait too. Moe shook his head and smiles. Kwong looks surprise when he saw Hoi Yan walking over there. He said it is not possible. Moe went out to meet Hoi Yan and Hoi Yan asks him did he wait for a long time. Moe said no. Just then, Kwong got of the car and asks her are they dating. Hoi Yan is surprise to see him and Moe told her Kwong is determine to see who is meeting today. Hoi Yan told Kwong they are just going to eat and asks Kwong to join them. Kwong said he could take care of himself and he helps her intot he car. Hoi Yan is putting on her seat belt and told Kwong Happy Valentine Day and Kwong said the same thing to her. He watches them drove off.

After dinner, Moe and Hoi Yan is taking a walk near the pier and one woman came over there to tell Moe to buy a flower for Hoi Yan. Moe didn't buy it and he asks Hoi Yan is she disappointed. Hoi Yan said she doesn't mind because flowers on Valentine day is really expensive. They reach his car and Moe told Hoi Yan can she help him get something from the back of his trunk. Hoi Yan nodded her head and open the back of the trunk. She is surprise to see two hearts with her name written in them. She smiles at that sight and Moe walks up to her and asks her does she like it. Hoi Yan said it is really pretty and shyly accuses him for playing with her at the pier. Moe said if she accept this gift, she will have to be his girlfriend. Hoi Yan smiles and Moe said he will drive her home. Hoi Yan noddes her head and he took her hand. Scenes of Kwong walking around sadly as everyone around him is in a pair.

At Churn Long, Gui Suk is changing the water container when Kwong walks by. He help him out and Gui Suk thank him. Kwong said he doens't have to thank him because he needs to drink the water too. Gui Suk said he is too old and Kwong refuses to believe it. He said Gui Suk is the senior in this company and that "Ga Yow Yut Low, Yue Yow Yut Bow" (having an old person at home is a treasure). Gui Suk and Kwong laughs and Gui Suk told Kwong he could always please someone. He then reminds Kwong he have even thank him for what Kwong have done for him last time. Kwong said he didn't do anything. Gui Suk told Kwong his father already told him that it was Kwong who begged his father to not fire him. He then told Kwong among all of Kwong's father (Yeap Guel...I think that is Kwong's father's name) children, he is the one who value relationships. He excitedly told Kwong that Yeap Guel compliment Kwong by saying he could really help. Kwong is terrified and quickly told Gui Suk that they should not compliment him because he can't really do anything. He could just do the hard works like picking up things. As Gui Suk pursue the retreating Kwong, they ran into a worker. She drops her files and Kwong helps her pick it up. Kwong told them to call him Kwong. Just then, his older sister came over there and tell them to call him by the proper name. She told Kwong that he is in the company and he should retain his status. Kwong quickly retreats and his sister asks Gui Suk where is his father. She is surprise to hear that her father is having a meeting with Man and that he didn't even call her for the meeting.

Ah Yeap is really furious as he told Man that Low Gieu, not only wants to take back the rights to "Suet Choa Yuk Ding" (a name for a vegetable can), he also wants to stop giving them the priority rights to it. Man said nonchantly that all they have to do is just buy if from some other maker. His father said that this can is really popular in the supermarket and it is one of the hot selling item in their market. They need that can to help support their sales. He said if other market has it, then it will be a hard competition to them. Man said he tried all he can, and Yeap said he will just have to go and see Low Gieu about it. Right outside, Kwong is clutching his head and mumbling he could not understand the things the Gui Suk is forcing him to read, while Gui Suk is encouraging him to read it. Yeap told Gui Suk he is going out and asks for the car. However, the driver is busy and when Yeap said he will take the taxi instead, Kwong jumps up quickly and said he will drive his father to there, just so he could escape from reading all of the files. His father accepts Kwong's offer. Kwong quickly gives back the file to Gui Suk.

At a restuarant, Low Guie is yelling at a waiter for pouring the tea wrong. He told them that he goes by the rule and the boss quickly pushed the waiter away. He looks annoyed to see Yeap and Yeap said he wants to talk to him. Low Guie said he already give the condition to Yeap's older son and there is nothing they could talk about. Yeap said he understand but considering how they have work so well for these past few years, it would be great if they could retain back that same relationship. Low Guie said he doesn't have to give respect to Yeap because of Churn Long, his reputation got hurt too. It is because Churn Long is specilized in selling his product. He said he goes by the rule and they violated it. Therefore, he doesn't see why he necessarily have to give them any priority he used to give them before. Yeap promise this will not happen again and apologizes for it. He asks for another chance and Low Guie said no way. Kwong wants to say something else but his father quited him and they left him.

At their house, they are waiting for dinner and Yeap is talking with his mother. They went to dine when Yeap is done with his mother. Man's grandmother tells Man to solve the problem but Man said he have tried everything. Tammy (Kwong's older sister) said this will affect Churn Long a lot and Man quickly retorts by saying that if she is so good with her math, why don't she go and give it a try. Man's wife said that Tammy is a girl and it might be easier to talk to him. Tammy said she is willing to try but they really can't do anything about it because they are wrong. Their grandmother is sad to hear they have no other choice. Kwong saw their state and told them that they don't have to be so pestimistic. All they have to do is just wait until Low Guie has calm down from his anger and then talk to him about it. He told them he always run into these kind of cases in his negotiation. Man said this is not some of Kwong's street negotiation. This is business and if he is that good, he should go and try. Kwong looks depress and his father told them to be quiet. Just then, he clutches his head and he excuses himself. Kwong looks worried. At the kitchen, his mother is cooking something and Kwong asks him what is he cooking. She told him that Yeap is not feeling too well and she is scared that he could not handle the pressure anymore. Kwong said that is not possible because with his mother's loving food, he is sure his father will have the strenght to kill off a few tigers. His mother smiles and he asks her what can he do for her. She said he could help her grab some of the ginsen and Kwong went to help her grab some. He asks about his father health and his mother told him that his healt is not that good because he is constantly worried about Churn Long. She said he won't stop worrying until this problem is solve. Kwong then said it is too bad he doesn't know business or else he could help. His mother said she knows he want to help and Kwong quickly said he would try to talk to Low Guie about it because he is a negotiator after all.

So the next day....Kwong woke up early and went to the restuarant that Low Guie always go to drink tea. He set up everything and even got the newpaper. Lwo Guie saw Kwong and he told Kwong he always sit on this seat. Kwong said he knows and he intentionally came here early to get him the seat. He got all of the thing Low Guie everything he likes. Low Guie said if he wants to talk about the business, he is wasting his time. Everything he decide, he will not changes...so Kwong starts to ramble off to other thing. This cause Low Guie to retreat with Kwong following right behind. Low Guie went to swim and he is annoyed to find Kwong following. Kwong is rambling everything but Low Guie ignores him. Kwong saw Low Guie is going to swim and he went in the water to escape Kwong. Unknowingly, Kwong follows in and Low Guie is shoock to see him there. He asks Kwong did he brought a swiming trunk and Kwong said no. Low Guie is annoyed that he would follow him. Low Guie went to look at some fish and he saw one he likes. He is about to buy it for two hundred and Kwong talked it to eighty dollars. At a place, Low Guie's is playing majong with his friend and Kwong helps him set it up. At Low Guie's place, Low Guie said he admires Kwong for following him the whole day and for speaking the whole time. He said he couldn't find any reason to give Churn Long the same priority. Kwong quickly said that if he needs reason, there is about one hundred...no a thousand reasons. Low Guie quickly said that if he could say one thousand reasons, then he will think it over with. Kwong starts to name them off and as he got to the 150 reason, Low Guie is nodding off. Kwong continues on with his listing as he starts to fall asleep. In the next morning, Low Guie wakes Kwong up and Kwong said he actually got up to eight hundread something reason and is about to continue but Low Guie stops him and asks him isn't his mouth tierd. Kwong said no because his profession needs it. Low Guie is surprise to hear this and Kwong told him he is a negotiator and there are often many time he will face a suicidal victim who doesn't say anything. Low Guie is surprise he isn't working in Churn Long and asks him is he doing this for the will. Kwong said of course not. He told Low Guie he is not his father's biological son. Low Guie is amazed and Kwong told him even though he is not the real son, his father have been really good to him. He isn't really good at business and there is nothing he could do for his father so he wants to at least help him with this problem. Low Guie said Yeap is really lucky to have him for a son. At Churn Long, Low Guie and Yeap is renewing their contracts and Yeap thanks him for trusting them again. Low Guie said he wouldn't have done it if it weren't for his son. He said Yeap have a good helper and Yeap told him to not say this in front of Kwong because he will be arrogant about it. Man asks Low Guie to stay for lunch but Low Guie ignores him and said he have to leave. Just as he walks out of the office, Kwong is yawning and Low Guie asks him when is he going to play with him again. Kwong said he is willing to play with him but if he ever go swiming again, he hopes Low Guie will tell him so he could be prepare. They laughs at his joke and Man is upset with this sight. At home, the grandmother is complimenting Kwong for doing a good job. Kwong said he really didn't do anything. This cause Moe to say if it weren't for his pestering, Low Guie would not have relent that easily. Kwong said that he only have the ability to talk and he saw his grandmother's bowl doesn't have any soup. He stood up to grab some for her but she stops him. She told him these kind of jobs are for servant, and asks him is he busy tommorrow night and asks him what kind of dish he likes to eat. Kwong said he eats everything and his mother is hear this. His father wants to give Kwong a chance at Churn Long and his grandmother tells him to go give it a try. Kwong said he doesn't really want to go back to Churn Long yet and as his grandmother looks at him in disappointment, Moe quickly said that Kwong means he haven't find a position he wants to work. Kwong is depress.

Kwong went to a bar and saw Pang Sir waiting for him. Kwong asks Pang Sir why did he call him out and once he sat down, Tung starts to test him. Kwong said he knew there got to be a catch when Tung asks him out. Tung requested him to answer him right away and Kwong answers him right away. One of the question that Tung asks him is how can he tell if a person is suicidal if he is holding on to a hostage? Kwong said that suspect would have called his family members before he attempts to suicide. Pang Sir is impress and said Kwong really did study. Kwong happily said of course of he wouldn't have come out to meet Tung. He then congratulate Tung for his promotion and Tung is surprise he even heard it when he is on vacation.

Tung went to the police office and he is officially promoted. Just as he steps out of his supervisor's office, he got a call from his home. He is alarmed and said he will hurry home. When he is there, he berated his family for not watching his brother. His mother said that they don't know what happen. She wonders is he with his other friend. Tung wents to look for Simon and asks Simon have he saw Leurng. Simon told Tung that he haven't saw Leurng for a long time and he broke up with him. Tung warns Simon to call him as soon as he saw Leurng. At his home, his mother is going crazy because Leurng left a note saying he will never come back. They wonder why is Tung taking so long, just when Tung came back. They asks Tung where is Leurng and Tung told them not to worry. When one of them suggested to call the police, Tung panic. He quickly told them no because he is a police and he could handle it. Some of them wonder how could Leurng change so much and they wonder is it the doing of the lady that Leurng is probably seeing.

Tung calls Kit and Kit asks him what is going on. He told her that his brother is missing and he already asks him colleagues to look for them. He also wants Kit to help him look for his brother. Kit asks him why didn't he put a report about it and tells him he could tell her anything. Tung told her that her brother is gay and Kit is shock to hear this. He said he wants to treat this case silently and after what have been going on with in the past, he just don't want anyone to talk about him again. Kit said she understand. Just then, Tung got a call from home and his mother told him that she got a call from Simon and Simon said Leurng would not leave him.

At Simon's place, Leurng is begging Simon to accept him back and Simon sternly refused him. He told him they already broke up already and he told Leurng to leave because he doesn't want to have any trouble from Tung. Leurng threaten him that if he doesn't want him, he will commit suicide. Simon told him not to treaten him like that and he is not scared. Leurng runs off just when some of the people from the building were walking by. They wonder what is going on and Simon told them to call the police. Tung and his parents arrive to the scene and found a frantic guard who is telling them that a boy ran up to the roof and seem suicidal. Tung and his parents rushed up there to find Leurng crouching near the edge while muttering how he loves Simon. A guard is already there to negotiate but Tung took over the negotiation. He tells his brother to come back and his brother tells him to not come over there or else he will jump. Tung told him he is there to help him and he understand his feeling. Leurng screams at Tung for preventing him from being with Simon. His mother and father is shock to hear that Leurng likes guys. They berated Tung for not telling them sooner. Just then, someone announced that the policemen are coming. Tung told Leurng to come back and Leurng said he will if Tung would stop him from liking Simon. Tung said he can't and Leurng said he hate Tung for controling him all the time. Tung said that he will not stop preventing him and his parents wants Tung to just get Leurng back over here in the safe place. Tung said he wants to solve this problem with Leurng once and for all and make Leurng see what he is doing is wrong. He walks up to Leurng (there is a little wall that is blocking him for getting full access the Leurng) and told Leurng to come back over here now. Leurng is confuse and depress and he said he will not come back over there. Tung said that Simon knew Leurng has come up over here to commit suicide for him but yet he is not here to see him. Is Simon really worth it, for him to die for him? Leurng is confuse and sank down on the floor while clucthing on his head. Tung reached him and pick him up on the shoulder. He struggles with Leurng and during their struggle, Leurng accidently pushed Tung over the edge.

Hi Everyone...sorry...It have been so long since I updated...with midterms and things going on, I am sorry for this delay.

Episode 22

Leurng accidentally pushed Tung off the building and as he fell, Tung hits his left leg on one of a metal pole. Just then, some people are moving things into the building when Tung fell on the mattress. Tung is screaming in pain as he clutches his left leg. His parents and Leurng rushed down from the building and called for the ambulance. He is rushed to the emergency room and Tung's mother is really worried. A police came over there to take their evidence. Kwong and Kit rushed over to the hospital and Kwong asks Kit what is going on. Kit told him that she don't know and she only knows that he fell from the building. They rushed to the emergency room and Kit asked them about Tung. They don't know the condition. As they worried about it, the doctor came out and told them the condition isn't really that bad so they don't really have to worried. Kwong told them to not worried and Tung's mother is still worried because he fell down a high leve building. Kit asks *** Gai (Tung's father) what happened and *** Gai became very furious and starts attacking Leurng. Kwong quickly pulled Leurng to the side while Kit and Tung's mother tried to hold *** Gai back. *** Gai said this wouldn't have happen if it weren't for Leurng. Leurng said he didn't want it to happen. *** Gai didn't listen to him and kicked Leurng. He told Leurng he doesn't want to see him because looking at him makes him want to throw up. Kwong pulls Leurng away before his father could do any real damage to him. Leurng didn't want to go and want to go back to see Tung but Kwong sat him down and told him at this situation, he should let his father calm down. He tells him that if Tung wakes up, he will call him. Leurng is really scared that Tung would not wake up. Kwong told him this is an accident and quickly stops Leurng from beating himself up. He told Leurng that Tung would not want to see him like this. Leurng said that even is Tung wakes up, he wouldn't want to see him. Kwong told him this isn't true because he knows Tung is the kind of person that is "how ahn Sum Yuen."

Everyone is waiting for Tung to wake up just when Gwok Fue and his wife came running over there. Gwok Fue and his wife escorted their parents back home. *** Gai, told Kit to go home but Kit refuses because she wants to stay with Tung for a little bit longer. They left with Kwong and Kit sitting outside in the waiting room, waiting for Tung to wake up. Kwong notice Kit's tierd face and walks up to her. He asks her does she wants to go down and grab a drink and she agrees. At the cafeteria, Kit has just finished telling Kwong that Leurng likes boy. Kwong said no wonder that he feels Pang Sir have been acting wierd for these past few days. Kit said this have been bothering Tung for a long time and Kwong said if he is in that situation, he wouldn't know what to do. Just then, Kit feels like throwing up and Kwong asks her is she okay. She said yes and Kwong suggests her to go home becaus she is pregnant. She refuses because she wants to stay with Tung. She sadly told Kwong that she is always so careless. There is a lot of things that she don't know what pregnant women should do or not do. She said if it weren't for Tung, who is constantly reminding her what to do, she wouldn't be able to make it through. There are times when Tung seems to be chauvinistic but he is actually really caring. She sighs and said in her work place, he is her good partner and in her personal life, he is her baby's god father. She won't be able to go to sleep if she doesn't know his condition. Kwong asks her doesn't she ever felt Pang Sir is terrifying? He told her he is kind of scared of Pang Sir sometimes. Sometimes Pang Sir would suddenly pop a question to test him or either yells at him. Kwong said right now, all he wants is for Pang Sir to yell at him and test him. He said Tung always tells them to be at a safe place when they negotiate but this time...Kit interputs him by reminding him that even though they are negotiator, they are still human. Especially this person is his family memeber.

Everyone is falling asleep but Kit is watching Tung eagarly. She finally notice his fingers move and she told them that Pang Sir have reaction. Kwong is sent to find the doctor and after a examination, the doctor told them that he is in a stable condition. They asked him could they go in and see him and he told them to make it brief. Kwong and Kit went into see him and Kwong happily called Tung. Tung smiled and Kwong said that he knows how to smile and everything will be fine.

At Churn Long, Kwong is stretching and a secretary came up to him and asks him is the chair comfortable. Kwong told her to not worried about him because he just likes to move around. She told him that his father tells her to actually get a new chair for him and gave Kwong some catalogue to look for a new chair. Kwong is worried and wonders they are not really going to make him work here forever right. The secretary didn't heard his mumbling and left him. Kwong took out a bag of chips and starts to eat it. He goes up to one of his fellow worker and asks her does she want any. She told him no and Kwong just shrugs his shoulder before he proceeds to continue to munch on his treat. This causes the whole office workers to look at him. Kwong quickly apologizes and puts away the bag of chips. He looks at the documents in front of them and was about to fall asleep when his sister's husband came walking up to him and told him that his sister wants to see him. They walk into Tammy's office and Kwong asks her what is going on. She asks him is he having a hard time and he said he is yawning. He apologizes and Tammy said that their father shouldn't give him such a low position. Tammy asks him to go to her accounting department and she will give him a manager position. Kwong quickly said she must be joking but Tammy said she thinks he could do it. All he have to do is just take it slow. Kwong quickly tells her that he can't do it because he don't think he could do a good job. He also said he doesn't have to look to be in the manager position. However, Tammy didn't listen to his excuse and told him that it will be fine and she will talk to her father about it while Kwong is desperately trying to tell her no. He sat back in defeat.

At Man's office, his worker informs him that Tammy have just called Kwong into his office and Man said that if Tammy wants Kwong, then it is no problem to them. However, his worker informs him that Kwong have just helped them solved a huge problem and he does have good relationship with their father. Tammy might want to hold on to Kwong so she could form a better relationship with her father. This could affect Man. Man is thoughtful and his worker told him to try to get Kwong. Man agrees. They went out for a drink and Kwong is nervouse as they drink some wine. Once Kwong drank his cup of wine, Man said that now Kwong has drank his wine, he have to help him do things. Kwong asks him what and Man told him to come to his department. Kwong said he already promise Tammy and Man told him that Tammy will really work him hard. Kwong told Man to not scare him. Man told him that he is not and if Kwong works at his area, all he have to do is just go out and play with their client. This will be beneficial to Kwong since he likes to play so much. Kwong tries to refuse but like Tammy, Man didn't listen to him and asks him to drink to their future cooperation. Kwong looks upset.

At their home, Moe is dressing himself up to go out with Hoi Yan that night when Kwong came running into his room and begs Moe to help him. Moe asks Kwong what is going on and Kwong told him that he just realizes he is really important to the company. He said it is really evident to the whole office that Tammy and Man want to get him into their department. Moe snickers and told him that is good. Kwong said of course not. If he known about this, he would have hide his full potential. Kwong asks Moe to help him but Moe isn't really helping him. Moe just tells him to let things go and Kwong notices he is looking at the watch. Moe said he is meeting someone and Kwong said he is "Yow Ye Sing, Mo Yun Sing." He told Moe to leave and Moe took it literally. As Moe leaves, Kwong desperately tells him to stay but Moe is in a hurry and left Kwong sulking. At the living room, the grandmother is wondering where is Moe going out to for all these night. They think he might have a girl friend. Kwong is sitting there nervously and looks pale when Man said he have something to announce. He told them that Kwong have agree to work in his department and Kwong's father is happy to hear this. Just then, Tammy came walking down the stairs and she told Man that Kwong has promise to work under her department. This initiated an arguement between Tammy and Man. As they argues, they constantly are asking Kwong to tell the other person that he is going to work in their department. Kwong sat there uncomfortably and his father ends up asking Kwong where does he want to work and Kwong nervously told him that he really appreciate Tammy and Man for being so nice to him. But since he can't satisfy them both, he have decided he will not help anyone of them. He would in fact, go back to being a police. Kwong's father looks a little bit disappointed with Kwong's decision but Man and Tammy didn't even listen to it. They thinks he is being absurd and continues to argue which department is Kwong going to work under in. Their ridiculous arguement were stop when their grandmother told them that she will discuss this with their father after dinner. Kwong looks annoyed. That night, Kwong is playing game in his room when his father came walking into this room. Kwong asks his father what is going on and his father told him that they have reached a verdict. Kwong is kind of nervous but he quicky slaped the desk happily when his father told him that he doesn't have to go into Churn Long. His father saw his reaction and wonder is he alright. Kwong said he is just happy. His father said Kwong must be worried about this problem because he is staying up so late but Kwong said he is just so late because he is playing games. His father scold him for playing games at this time and Kwong said that is true. He then happily told his father that he is the kind that likes to play game and he can't stay focus. If he needs to take care of a huge business meeting, it would be a catastrophe. His father understands what Kwong is saying and smiles. On the next day, Tammy is having Kwong over at her office again and said she is regretful that today is going to be his last day. Kwong said he is sorry he wasn't able to help her out. Tammy then gave him a dimond watch and Kwong doesn't want to accept such an expensive gift. Tammy didn't take it back and told him he have help them solve such a huge crisis and he is her younger brother. Therefore, this is a little gift from her. Kwong tried to refuse but ends up accepting it anyways. He is dismiss and he ran into Tammy's husband. They greet each other before, Kwong left to go to his desk. At Tammy's office, her husband asks her why does she have to give such an expersive gift to Kwong. Tammy said since he is going away, she don't want to leave a bad impression with him. If they are going to act, they should at least act all the way.

At the hospital, Tung is trying to raise his bed, while everyone is constantly worrying about his health. Tung told them to not worried and Bobo told them that they were really worried about him. Tung told them not to worried because he is a police man and he have faced a lot of difficult situation. This is just a minor thing. Gwok Fue's wife went to give him some ginshu soup and Tung asks his father how is Leurng. His father became really enfuriated and told Tung he doesn't have that son. Bobo said Leurng want to see Tung but *** Gai refused to let him come. Gwok Fue told Tung that Leurng is staying over with one of his friend. Tung asks it is Simon and is relief to find out it wasn't. He told his father that once he gets out of the hospital, he will help Leurng.

At the police department, Kwong has just finished buying something to drink when some of his fellow policemen came up to him and teases him for his vacation. Kwong smiles nervously as they asked him did he have fun with Ada and when is the wedding. Just then, Hoi Yan walks in and Kwong quickly told them that they shouldn't asks him these question because Hoi Yan is dating a person too. Hoi Yan looks surprised when Kwong's colleagues turn their attention to her. Kwong smiles at her nervously when they told her that Kwong is the one who told them about it. Hoi Yan glares at Kwong and called out his name while he told her he just told them because they were asking. As they asks Hoi Yan questions about her and her boyfriend, Hoi Yan shyly told them that she don't know anything. Hoi Yan and Kwong were relief when Kwong's colleagues have to go on duty and Kwong told Hoi Yan he is sorry because they were asking him about Ada. Hoi Yan pretends she is angry with him and said he is using her. Kwong said she could use him next time and said she should be happy to be with Moe. Hoi Yan told him to forget it and he could treat her to a drink instead. Kwong orders a cold lemon tea for her and Hoi Yan asks him about Tung's condition. Kwong said he is doing fine and he is thinking to see Tung after work. Hoi Yan told Kwong that she is going with Kit and asks him does he want to join them. He said yes.

At the hospital, Tung is upset with what the doctor have to tell him. His mother tells him to listen to the doctor but Tung refuses and want to see their head. The doctor told Tung that even though they have connected his bone together, there is still a crack in it. If he would only do therapy for three or two years, he will be able to walk back. Tung is upset to hear he would have to take so long. The doctor told him that is not all. In fact, after the therapy, he might not be able to walk back like he did before the accident. His mother is worried he will have to sit in a wheel chair. The doctor said that is the worst case and he might just be able to walk but with a staff. Tung is really upset and told him that he couldn't be cripple. He berated the doctor by asking him does he knows how to heal and he asks to see the head. He kicks his table over just when Kwong, Kit, and Hoi Yan came walking in. He told them to go out.

At the cafeteria, Kit, Kwong, and Hoi Yan have just heard the news. Kit tried to confort them by saying they should be happy because he is living after this accident. However, Tung's mother said that she knows Tung's personality. Gwok Fue agrees by saying Tung has such high confident in himself. He would rather die than to be cripple. Especially when he just got promoted. Hoi Yan said Tung might not be able to handle such a huge problem. Kwong told them that they should not be this depress and they should try to confort him. Gwok Fue said they don't know how to confort him because Tung always get the last word. Kit said she will talk to him.

Kit goes into Tung's room and helps him pour some water. She asks him is he hungry and he doesn't respond. She sat down beside him and told him that she doesn't really understand what he is feeling. She told him if she was under his situation, she will be confuse too. But this time, he should work with the doctor to make it better. Tung tells her to not worry about him and he told her that the doctor just doesn't know what he is doing. He requested Kit to help him look for the best doctor. Kit agrees to help him. At Kit's home, she is calling for her friend to look for Doctor Tong. After she hangs up, Hoi Yan asks her for the result and Kit told her that Tong went to some isolated place to work. Hoi Yan asks her could she find another person and Kit said she already talk to a lot of doctor and all of them said it will take three to two years. That is why she needs to find Dr. Tong because he is a professional when it comes to these case. Kwong said if that is the case, Tung would not be able to take the news. Kit then gets a call and after she hangs up, she told them happily that Dr. Tong is coming back to HK for a visit. Kwong and Hoi Yan are happy to hear the news. At a restuarant, Dr. Tong has just finished his interview when Kit came walking in. He told her that he have already received her message and told her if there is anything he could do to help, he will help. Kit is estatic that he is able to draw some time to help Tung.

In the hospital, Tung is examined by Dr. Tong. After a series of examination and discussion with other doctors. Tung is waiting anxiously with Kit and his mother. Tung told Kit if she is busy, she should go back to her department and Kit told him she is not. She shares a smile with Tung when Dr. Tong walks in. He told Tong that he will use the highest technology but it will take two to one years. He told him that he should be prepare to accept the fact he will have to still walk with a staff. Tung said he already heard this and the only thing that is diffrent is the time spend. He said he wants to hurry up and fully recover. Dr. Tong said they are not magician. Tung wants to know is there any way he could fully recover. Dr. Tong told him the possibility is zero. Gwok Fue tries to negotiate with the doctor but Dr. Tong said that is the best they can do. Pang Sir dismisses them.

Kwong and Hoi Yan is walking in the hospital in depress. Kwong wonders how come Tung is not willing to see anyone and Hoi Yan said they should let him calm down. Kwong said he feels useless because there is nothing he could do. Hoi Yan told him that maybe he will get better through time. Kwong said that is not possible especially when they both know that Tung have such high expectation on himself. Hoi Yan said that is the only thing they could wish for. Kwong asks her could they do anything to help him and she told him that they should spend more time to confort him. Kwong agrees that is the only method.

At Tung's home, his parents and family is really worried about Tung's condition. Gwok Fue said this will not happen if it weren't for Leurng. This comment causes his father to become infuriated and said he doesn't want to hear Leurng's name again. Bobo is upset to hear that Tung have to walk with a stick and his mother is wondering what is wrong with Tung because so many bad things have been happening to him. First his wife left him and now this. Bobo confort her and told her that it might have a miricle. Gwok Fue's wife suggested to try Chinese medicine and everyone is excited but *** Gai said to not waste their time because all of the doctor in that hospital have a degree especially Dr. Tong.

Tung's supervisor when to see him and he told Tung that he is lucky to survive. He told Tung he should pretend this is a vacation and Tung said he rested enough already. He asked him about his department, and his supervisor said that everyone is worried about him. He told Tung that Mak Sir and he already have conference and they already decided to find someone to take over his position. Tung is upset to hear this and said they don't really have to be so realistic. His supervisor told him that if he isn't able to walk in the future, they are willing to give him a desk job. Tung fake a smile and nodded his head.

Tung wakes up latter on to see Dr. Tong beside his bed. Dr. Tong told him that his leg had an infection so they did an immediate sugery with the permission from his family. He told Tung everything will be fine now. After Dr. Tong left, Tung opens his blanket to find his leg gone! Tung then wakes up from his dream and check is his leg still there. He leans back in relief when he found his leg is still there. Just then, he hear a nurse addressing Kit right outside his door. He looks at the wheel chair beside and him attempts to get on it by himself. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do it and Kit said she wants to help him. He told her to go away and he almost fell to the ground. She helps him up and tells him to not force himself. Tung said he can't believe he would be in this situation. Kit said he should take it easy and Tung told her that his position is already replaced. Kit told him that this is just temporary and Tung angrily told her that this is not temporary because he can't even walk. He told Kit he can't be cripple and he doesn't want to work in a desk. Kit is upset to see him like this. He said he always have a high esteem and now, look at him. He is useless. He is just plain uselss. He said he will not let the heaven (he actually say sky) play him like this. He will prove to them that he will be able to walk again.

Episode 23

Hoi Yan and Moe were taking a walk in the mall and HoiYan asked Moe was he bored. Moe said that this is a way to release stress. They then stop at a store to look at a display of crystal. Moe asked Hoi Yan is she interested in it and she told him that the box on the crystal said that it can change the luck of a person.She asked Moe is this true and Moe said from some of the experiments that were conducted by psychology, this finding seem to be true. He asked Hoi Yan what color did she want to buy and Hoi Yan told him that she is not buying this for herself. She is buying it for Pang Sir. It said that white crystal can help heal health faster and right now, this is what Pang Sir need. They then went inside to see the crystal.

They are walking out fo the mall and Moe said that she is very generous with her money for buying this crystal. He asked her does she really believe it will work. Hoi Yan said she have to try something and she hope it would work. Moe told her even if it didn't work, Pang Sir will know that she at least have the heart to help him and that would help him get better. As they walk down the street discussing where they should eat, Man's wife came out of a department store and saw them. She started to walk toward them and Moe saw her. He quickly released Hoi Yan's hand. Man's wife greeted them and asked Moe is that his girlfriend. Moe said no and that they are just friends. He told her that they are planning to eat dinner. Moe and Hoi Yan walked away after they finished talking to Man's wife (Moe's sister in law). At a safe distance, Hoi Yan said that she was wondering why did he suddenly let go of her hand and now she understand. Moe apologized for his behavior. He said he did it because he just didn't fell he is in the right state of mind to let them know about their relationship. Hoi Yan said she understand. If she was in the same condition, she would have run away instead. Moe then said he didn't do so bad and Hoi Yan teasingly said he could be better.

Moe returned home and greeted his grandmother. His grandmother, Kwong, Kwong's mother, and Man's wife were sitting out in the living room. His grandmother
asked how was his date with Hoi Yan. Moe was surprised that she know and felt uncomfortable about it. His grandmother then started to ask about Hoi Yan
personality. She turned to Kwong when Moe said Kwong knew her too. Kwong said Hoi Yan is a really good girl and he started to list all of her good quality. However, he stopped in between when Moe looked at him. Their grandmother then asked Moe is he dating Hoi Yan and Moe said they are just regular friend. Kwong was shocked to hear that but he didn't say anything. His
grandmother said she will not force him and when he have time, he should bring her back home so they could see her. That night, Kwong was studying really hard and Moe went to see him in his room. He said it is very rarely he sees Kwong studying so hard. Kwong said that he need to study harder especially when Tung is in this condition. There is nothing he could help Pang
Sir so the only thing he could do right now is to study harder and help him decrease the load in PNC. Moe said he understand and he also told Kwong that Hoi Yan was really worried about Tung too. Kwong then became really serious and asked Moe why didn't he ddmit that he was dating Hoi Yan when their grandmother asked him about it. Moe said that he didn't want to raise the hope of his grandmother so high especially when they just started. Also, he knows Hoi Yan tend to be nervous in these kind of situation. He doesn't want to put stress on her. Kwong said he understand because he knew Hoi Yan would freak out if she come over here. He then told Moe that he have his support. Moe thanked him and went back to his room. He sat down on his desk and took the picture that have him and Joyce in it. He stared at it thoughtfully.

In the hospital, a worker was about to help Tung clean his body but Tung refused to help her. He instead, started to give her a bad attitude and tell her to go away. She walked out of there without helping Tung. Kit saw the whole thing. She took Tung out for a walk. As she pushed his wheelchair, Tung told her that he felt so useless. He never felt so degraded in his entire life. Everyone yelled at him and even the lady worker is treating him with disrespect. Kit said he is just putting too much pressure on himself and that the lady was just in a bad mood today. Tung said he is not
putting pressure on hismself. What he sees is the fact. He want to get better as soon as possible. Kit tells him he doesn't have to hurry and he should take things a step at a time. She then encourage him by telling him she knew he could do it. She sat down on a bench and took out Hoi Yan's gift. She gave it to Tung and told him that Hoi Yan brought if for him. She said Hoi Yan believed this crystal ball can help him recover quicker. Tung smiled and said that Hoi Yan is really considerate. He told Kit to help him thank Hoi Yan. Kit then sighed and looked in the sky. She said it is such a beautiful day and that Tung should come
out of here more often. Tung asked Kit if she come here the next time, can she bring a labtop. Kit asked him does he want to surf the net because he was bored. He told her he want to find some medical information.

Tung was surfing the net and he landed on a site that talk about Sum Hok Lum. Tung seemed to be really fasinated with this doctor. On the next day, he went to do a check up with his mother and Gwok Fue. As they waited for their turn, Tung looked around him and saw a lot of sick people. He looked ashamed to be among them. Just then, the nurse came out to call for another patient to go in there. Gwok Fue then started to yell at the nurse for making them wait this long especially when they are late on the apointment. However, his yelling was subsided when his mother pulled him away from the nurse and told him to sit down. She told him to be patience and wait for it. She then asked Tung is he thirsty. Tung didn't say anything to her, while sitting there in deep thought. She told Tung that she have went to the temple and she got him a good prophesy. She also told him that she ran into a friend of her while she was in the temple. Her friend told her that her son also hurt his leg but after meeting a miracle doctor, his leg got better. Gwok Fue is doubtful at this and asked for the name of that miracle doctor. She quickly caught Tung's attention when she mention the name was Sum Hok Lum.

That aftermoon, Tung is sitting outside in the yard. He touched his casted leg and winced in pain. Just then, another crippled patient came up to him and told him it would hurt at the beginning. He then told Tung that he will get used to it eventually. Tung looked at the patient in shock when the man started to list off all the benefits for being in a wheel chair. After the man was done, Tung said that the man actually make it sound like he liked being in the wheel chair. Tung said he isn't like him. He want to get better and he doesn't want to be stuck in a wheel chair. He want to walk.

Kit went to see Tung later that afternoon and when she got there, Tung was arguing with his parent. He insisted he want to get out of here so he could see Sum Hok Lum. He doesn't want to wait and he don't need the doctor's aproval and care. His father told him he should talk to the Dr. Tong about this but Tung didn't want to listen. Kit was shocked to hear that Tung want to see a miracle doctor and she requested to talk to Tung. They went outside and Kit told Tung he is not in the right condition to get out of the hospital right now. She said he shoud get the doctor's approval first. She also felt Tung is not being logical. Tung said he is being logical. That is why he want to leave here. He can't find a reason for him to stay here. When he stay here, he just felt he don't know what he was waiting for. But Kit felt that a miracle doctor don't have any medical proof and wonder could she trust that doctor. Tung said he is willing to try anything. Beside, he looked at the information of Sum Hok Lum and he believe he can heal him. Kit is still doubtful and tried to talk him out of it. Unfortuantely, Tung was determine.

They went to see the miracle doctor and the doctor's asistant said the doctor is really busy and he can't see them right now. Beside the doctor is just over here for a visit. He asked them to leave and didn't listen to their pleas. They were about to leave when Sum Hok Lum came walking out of the door. He refused to see Tung because he is really busy and there are a lot of patients he need to see. Tung begs him to help him and he is willing to pay anything if his leg could walk again. Dr. Sum said he doesn't care about the money. He just don't have time. They then asked the assistant how long will it take for them to get an appointment and he told them approximately nine month. Just then, Dr. Sum said he will have time to see Tung tomorrow and Tung is happy to hear this. Tung thanked him.

They started to treatment on Tung's leg. The treatment consisted of, electrical stimulation and medical herb. Tung asked the doctor how long will it take for it to
heal and the doctor told him approximately three months. Gwok Fue took Tung back home and happily told the rest of the family members that Dr. Sum said it will take Tung three months to heal. Fok Gay asked Tung how it feel and Tung happily told them after the treatment, he does feel like there is some feeling on his leg. Gwok Fue then said that the amount that Dr. Sum charged are a little bit too high. The doctor charged twenty thousand for each visit. Fok Gay said that money doesn't matter as long as Tung could walk again. Tung was touched to hear this. However, that night, Tung was sleeping when his leg started to hurt immensly. He woke up in pain and shouted out loud. His family rushed to him and quickly sent him to the
hospital.

Kit rushed to the hospital and when she reached there, she asked Tung's mother what happen. She said she don't know and that Tung woke up with a fever. The doctor is examining him right now. The doctor came out from the examination room and they all crowed next to him to asked about Tung's condition. He told them that Tung's wound suddenly have an infection and it is infected really badly. Tung's mother wondered could this be caused by the miracle doctor. The hospital doctor said he really want to know what happen to Tung's leg because it was in good condition when he left them. However, right now the injury spot is red. He is upset to hear that they took him to another doctor and said that they should not touched that injury spot if it is not fully heal yet because it could easily get bacteria and end up killing the
patient.

Kit, Kwong, and Hoi Yan are in the hospital cafeteria as they discussed about Tung's condition. Hoi Yan said that she can't believe that Tung will actually see a miracle doctor. He was always so logical. Kwong said she can't blame him because Tung really want to get better so he could lessen the pressure on his family.
Kit berated herself for not stopping Tung. She said if she was able to convince him not to go, this would not have happen. Hoi Yan conforted Kit by saying that no one could stop Tung when he make a decision. Kit closed her eyes and ran her hand through her hair in fustration. Kwong told her to not be so distress because it could affect her pregnancy. Hoi Yan said the biggest problem right now is the infection. She then suggested they should ask for Dr. Tong's help. Kit and Kwong light up when they heard that suggestion.

At the hospital office, Dr. Tong and Tung's personal doctor were having a meeting with Tung's parents and Kit. The personal doctor told them that Tung's fever have disappear. His parents rejoiced over his stable condition. Their joy were subsided when the doctor told them that being a stable state doesn't necessarily mean they are okay. In fact, Tung's leg still have an infection and the infection is spreading rapidly. He told them they will have to do a surgery on Tung's leg as soon as possible. If they don't do it, the infected muscle could be harmful to his health. Kit asked them what kind of surgery are they going to perform and Dr. Tong told her that they will
have to perform a surgery where they remove the bad tissue from his leg. He told them they do not know how bad the infection have got just by looking at the leg externally. They need to look at the inside of the leg. The sugery will be simple if the infection only infected the bad tissue and not the bone. However, if it got into the bone marrow and started to manifest in there, then there is nothing they could do but to cut off the leg. Tung's parents and Kit were really upset to hear this. Fok Gay said this can't be it and asked is there any other method. Dr. Tong asked him does he want his son's life or the leg. He then goes on to tell them that they should have talked this over with him. By going to a seperate doctor with out informing him about it, basically show how much confidence they have on him. He really doesn't have to care about this case anymore, but he came back because he wants to fulfill his doctor's duty. Kit apologized for their behavior and for their actions and told Dr. Tong that she just know Tung can't accept the fact he is going to lose a leg. She asked is there any other possible way and Dr. Tong said that is the only way. He told them the surgury will be done as soon as possible and they have already schedule to do it tomorrow afternoon.

At Tung's room, Tung refused to sign the contract for the surgury. His parents tried to coax him into it but Tung said they just don't understand. He, Pang Gwok Tung, could not lose a leg. Kit said it might not be that severe and that it might be just some bad tissue. However, she have nothing to say when Tung asked what if it was the bone that got infected. What can they do then? His parents try to make him sign the contract again and Tung refused. Kit then told them to give him some time and leave him alone. She told Tung that she understand this must be really hard on him but he should consider the offer. They left him in his desoluted state. At Tung's parent's place, they are setting up dinner and Gwok Fue's wife, Ling, asked Fok Gay to go and eat dinner. Fok Gay said he is not hungry but Gwok Fue told his father to eat anyways, because he can't lose his health at a time like this. Just then, the news flashed with a report about a fake miracle doctor. The doctor is actually Sum Hok Lum. Tung's family watched the screen in disbelief. Tung's mother cried and said she caused this to happen to her son. If she didn't told Tung to go see the doctor, this would not have happen to Tung. At the same time, Tung is watching the news in his hospital room. His anger flared up when the reporter said that people that tend to fall for these kind of trick are uneducated people. He angrily closed the television
and ripped up the contract. That night, Leurng went to see Tung and he silently open the door slightly. He meekly asked Tung is he alright. Tung didn't answer. Leurng approached Tung and kneed down next to him. He apologized to Tung and started to berate himself for this. He slapped himself and said if it weren't for him, this would not have happen to Tung. He took Tung's limp hand and asked Tung to hit him. Tung told him to let go and angrily yanked his hand away from Leurng's grip. He defeatly told Leurng it is not his fault. He said he is in this situation because it is his fault. If he would only have some more patience and try to talk thing over with Leurng, Leurng would not have run up to the building and attempt suicide. If he only didn't care about his reputation, he would not have tried to pull Leurng back to safety. That way, he wouldn't have fallen. And if he only have some patience, he would not have went to see Sum hok Lum and got tricked by him. He sighed and said after all these years, he always thought he was really smart. However, right now, he found out he is no different from those uneducated people. Leurng said Tung is the
best and if it weren't for him, Tung would not be like this. He said he will listen to what ever Tung will say in the future. Tung looked at him and told Leurng from now on, no matter what he do, Tung will not yelled at him for it. He told Leurng that he will have to accept all responsibility for his decision in the future. Tung will not help him because Leurng is an adult right now and he is not a boy. He told Leurng to
be a good boy and to visit their parent often.

Kit was walking around her living room. She sat down thoughtfully. Just then her phone started to ring. She picked it up and was surprise to hear it was Tung. He said he wasn't able to sleep so he called her. Kit anxiously asked him is something wrong and Tung reassured her that everything is fine. It is just that he suddenly thought of her and the baby. Kit said that he got her scared for a moment and she was surprised that he suddenly thought of her and her baby. He started to ask her is the baby acting up and did he kick her in the stomach. Kit said no and that the baby is really good tonight. Tung said that he knows that she is always so clumsy and he is just a little bit worry about her. He reminds her to not work that hard. Kit is wondering why he is telling her all of this. She then asked him is he alright and about the surgury. Tung said he thought it through and he is willing to face reality. Kit was relief to here this. Tung said goodnight to her and hang up. After hanging up with Tung, Kit sat back. However, words from her last conversation with Tung floated in her head. She anxiously try to call Tung back but he didn't pick up. Tung was holding on to his cellphone and place it on the bed. He climbed on his wheel chair by himself and cautiously move his way around the hospital.

Kit is driving back to the hospital and on her way, she called Hoi Yan. She asked Hoi Yan did Tung called her. Hoi Yan said no and she asked Kit what is the matter. Kit said that Tung called her and she said that Tung said somehings that are really out of the ordinary. Once she hang up with him, she tried calling him back but he didn't pick it up. She is worried about him. That is why she is on her way to the hospital. Hoi Yan said she will try to go to the hospital as fast as she can. Kit told her to call Kwong while she is at it, and Hoi Yan said she will call him right away.

They reached to the hospital in together and Kit asked the guard over there is Pang Sir alright. The guard went with them to look for Pang Sir. Tung moved toward the storage room while Kwong was searching for him and mistake another guy for him. Tung went into the storage room with determination, while Kit went to Tung's room and saw the teared up contract. Tung's eyes fell upon the bottle of alcohol. He unscrew the bottle top and just then, two nurses came in through the door and asked him what is he doing. Without a word, Tung poured the alcohol on his leg. The nurses tried to reach him but they stopped in their track in fear when Tung brought out a lighter. They rushed out the room and managed to find Kit, Kwong, and Hoi Yan togther as they discuss about their finding. They rushed to the scene. Tung heard Kwong, Kit, and Hoi Yan's voice and looked up. As they walked through the door, Tung raised up the lighter infront of him and backed up his wheel chair. He commanded them to stop. The negotiation begins.

Tung warned them not to come near him and Kit told him no matter what happen, they will help him. Tung said that there is nothing they could do to help him. Tomorrow they will chop off his leg. He can't accept the fact he will have to have his leg chop off. Hoi Yan said that they understand what he is feeling however, Tung quickly said she can't possibly understand because she never have to chop off her leg before. Kwong said that this might not be as bad as it seems. Why don't they talk this over with the doctor. However, Tung told Kwong to stop bothering to stall time. He told them he knows what they are going to say next and what method they are going to use. After being in PNC for such a long time and after convincing so many subject, he just realized he is really useless because he can't even convince himself to not die. He looked at them and said that Hoi Yan and Kwong are all taught by him. If they think they can negotiate with him, it is impossible. He then took the bottle of alcohol and poured it over his body. Hoi Yan, Kit, and Kwong rushed forward to stop him but they stopped a few feet away from him when he raised up the lighter. Then Kwong did something that Tung, Kit, and Hoi Yan never thought he would do. He took another bottle of alcohol and poured it all over himself! Tung looked at Kwong in shock when Kwong was finished. Kwong looked at Tung with determination and told Tung to light it up. He said once Tung light it up, he will rushed to him and die with him. They are bonded with a teacher and student relationship and he would not give up on him so easily. Hoi Yan called out Kwong's name with concern. Kwong ignored her and tell Tung that Tung he knew Tung doesn't really want to die like this. He said Tung always said he is useless. He said that Kwong gives up to easily but now Kwong told Tung to look at himself. Who is the one that is giving up this time. He said that they don't even know the result and already Tung is giving up. Kwong said that there is a possiblity they would no lose. He told Tung to take some courage and face his problem and asked Tung to not disappoint them. Tung sadly told him that he doesn't have to courage to face his lost. Kit told him that he convinced her to keep her baby. He was the one that told her to not give up on her baby. If he leaves, then what will happen to her? She said he knows how careless she can be. Who will remind her to not work that hard and to eat at the right time once he is gone. She said without him, she can't handle the pressure. She can't do this with out him. Tung looked down at the floor and lowered his hand. Kit walked up to him slowly and took the lighter away from his hand.

At the police office, Kwong and his colleagues are looking at the newspaper. They can't believe that Tung would actually do something like that. One of them can't believe that Kwong would actually do something like that too. Kwong said he didn't have any option at that time. He wasn't able to convice Tung so that was the only thing he could do at that time. His colleague told Kwong that if Tung really light up, he will be in serious trouble. Kwong said he knew Tung enough to know Tung would not put his life in any risk no matter how depress and desperate Tung is. One of his colleagues wonder is Tung going to be alright. She hopes he could get through this. They asked Kwong when is the surgury and Kwong told them it is this afternoon. His other colleagues said even if Tung is able to get through this, his suicidal attempt will really affect his career. Their discussion was put in a halt when they discover they have to go into patrol. Hoi Yan walked in just at that time and said goodbye to them. They said goodbye to her and left Kwong and her alone. Kwong asked her what is she doing because she have a jar with some paper in her hand. He asked her is she doing this for a function. She said she is folding starts for Pang Sir and pray that he will be well. Kwong asked her does she really believe this and she said that there is nothing she can do. At least she can try. Kwong sat back down and said he will help her. Hoi Yan wonders about Tung's result and Kwong said they won't know until the surgury is over. Hoi Yan said it was good they were able to convince Tung from killing himself yesterday night. She then turned to him and said he was really brave last night. He dares to actually pour alcohol on himself. She said that could be really dangerous for him. Kwong said he doesn't have a choice. Like Tung said, they are both brought up by him so none of their negotiation method is going to work on him. The only thing they could do is to do something he never suspect they would do. Hoi Yan nodded her head thoughtfully. Kwong then smiled and said this method of his is really great and superb. Hoi Yan looked annoyed at his sudden boast and said he was lucky. Kwong said this is not luck. It actually embodies the PNC moto: Their willingness to help people without any rest.

Episode 24

Tung is about to go in for his surgury and he is really nervous. He sighed and said after this, he might lose his leg. Kit is standing right beside him and told him no matter what the result is, she knows that he will be able to pull it though. Tung looked at her and smiled weakly. Just then a nurse came in and told him it is time for his surgury. His family were beside his bed and encouraging him as they wheel him into the emergency room. Just as the door closed, Tung gave one last look at Kit. During the surgury, his family was walking around impatiently as they wait for the result. Kit on the other hand, went to the hospital chapel and started to pray for Tung's sucess. Folk Gay saw that the surgury was finished and Ling went to tell Kit.

Tung is at his room and he woke up to find Kit sitting there waiting for him. When Kit found him awake, she smiled and told him that the surgury was a sucess and that his leg doesn't have to be saw out. Tung was doubtful and asked her is it true. Kit happily told him that the infection didn't penetrated his bone so they only took out the bad tissue. She pulled off his blanket and showed it to him. Tung is happy to find his leg is there and Kit told him that everything will be fine. He took Kit's hand and sincerely told her that he thank her. He told her if it weren't for her encouragement, he will not be able to make it through this. Kit is happy to hear this. Scenes of Tung's treatment and Kit's visitation flashed through the screen. Kit is constantly cooking soup to see him and Tung is diligently trying to heal him self.

Three Month Past

A young man is trying to commit suicide and HoI Yan along with a huge pregnant Kit came walking to the scene. The young boy saw that Kit is really pregnant right now. They negotiated for a while and Kit asked him is he going to be so cruel and make a pregnant woman stand there for such a long time. She said she can't handle it if she stand any longer and asked him to help her out by coming down. The young man looked at Kit's stomach and told her that he is going to come down because she is pregnant.

At the PNC department, they are welcoming back a team member. He have went somewhere else to train so they are teasing him by saying that he ditched them. They managed to coax him into treating them for a dinner. Jeurn Sir is concerned for Kit's pregnancy because it is over three months already and she should be taking her pregnancy leave. Kit told him not to worry because she will take it after a month later. Jeurn Sir asked her if she need any help and she said no. She happily told them she just didn't expect to be negotiating with such a huge stomach. Kwong then said that people seems to be giving Kit a lot of respect because she is pregnant. Hoi Yan agree because a month ago, Kit ran into another negotiation and that woman was pregnant. Kit managed to talk that woman down because she was able to form a connection with that pregnant woman. Jeurn Sir then teasingly said that they should encourage PNC women to be pregnant. They open the file and Jeurn Sir asked Kit when is Tung getting out of the hospital. Kit told him that he is getting out for these past few days. Jeurn Sir then solemnly said he really hope Tung could join their team once more. The rest of the teammates were silent.

Tung's doctor show them an x-ray of Tung's leg and he told them that the breaking point of the bones are already seal up. However, it is still really fragile so he still need treatment. Folk Gay wondered how fast can Tung recover. The doctor told them it might take longer due to the additional surgury that they performed for him. Kwong, Kit, Tung's mother, and Folk Gay nodded their heads in understanding. Tung's mother said it is logical that it should take long because he need three years of treatment. The doctor told them that right now, Tung really need is their support. If they don't even have the patience to wait for him to recover, then how can you expect him to have the patience to wait too. They all nodded their head.

At Tung's room, Suie Ye (the cleaning lady that once was rude to him when he refused to let her help him clean up) was helping Tung pack his stuffs. Tung watches her as she dilligently packed all of his stuffs. Tung thank her and said he should not bother her for helping him do these things. She said it was no problem at all. She said she is scared they are going to miss some of the stuff. Tung thanks her for taking care of him for these past few months. She said it was her job and that she like him better now. He was so stubborn and hard headed in the past and now, he is better. She told him that he should have an optimistic look at life. Just then, Tung's family came walking in there and they all thank Suie Ye for helping Tung pack his stuff.

At Tung's family house, Ling, Ah Bo, and Gwok Fue were preparing for Tung's arrival. They were happy to see Tung and Kwong pushed Tung's wheel chair over the burning basin to wipe out all of his bad luck. Folk Gay told Tung that Leurng is living with one of his friend right now and that Tung's room is prepared. Bobo then give him a catelogue and they all went in to the restroom. What happen was that they wanted to remodel the whole bathroom so it will be convient for Tung. Kwong and Kit were starting to give some suggestion with Tung shook his head with a little bit of discomfort and quickly told them that they don't have to do anything and that they should just leave things the way it is. They took him to his room and they show that they have managed to remodel his room to fit him. Kwong show Tung a new desk that is made to fit him. Tung is touched and thank them. That night at dinner, his mother told him to eat more. Tung said he had enough. He sighed and said that while he was in the hospital, he hardly have anything good to eat. Kit thanks Tung's mother for cooking for her and Kwong and his mother told Kit that they should thank her for taking care of Tung. Just then, Bobo asked Kit can she help her with something after dinner. She ruefully admit that she have some problem with her homework. Kit said that she can help and Tung asked Bobo is she not paying attention in class. Bobo said she was paying attention in class but there is just some things that are hard to understand. Tung said she don't have to ask Kit because he is here. Bobo said that he is kind of harsh and to Tung's annoyance, Kwong agreed. Kwong said that she should asked Kit because Kit is nicer. Due to his experience, he said that Tung always yell at him and even though he understand, Tung would cause him to not understand. Tung then said if Kwong feel this way, he should not admit him as the teacher. Kwong was taken aback and quickly said he was just joking. They then happily eat their dinner when Kwong reconcil with Tung by giving Tung some food.

That night, Tung's mother was helping Tung to go to bed. She was constanlty worrying and telling him where everything is place. Tung is a little bit annoyed with this but he smiled and told his mother that she nagged too much. She said that every mother nags. She then attempts to help Tung to go to bed but Tung wants to stay awake for a while. After a while, his mother left and Tung quickly frowns. He sadly lifted himself up on the bed and laid down on his bed.

Hoi Yan and Kit were shopping and Hoi Yan said that being a baby is really fortunate because he isn't born yet but Kit is already stocking up so many clothing for him. Kit said that she must buy these clothes because no one else is there to help her buy them. Hoi Yan said that she have her. Just then, they stop at a store and there is this pretty black dress. Hoi Yan asks Kit is the dress pretty and Kit said that with her kind of figure, right now, she can't wear it. Hoi Yan then shyly asks will it fit her. Kit is shock because Hoi Yan never wear these kind of clothing. Hoi Yan said she is going to buy it so she could match Moe (Jacky). She is always wearing so casual and Moe friends are mostly professional. She doesn't want to embarrass him. However, when she saw the price she wonders does it have to be so expensive. Kit said that she should go to somewhere else to look but they end up going over there. Hoi Yan said that she will just have to save twenty dollars per week. Kit asks her does she have to really be so lenient to Moe. Hoi Yan then wonders doesn't a couple have to be able to be lenient to each other. Kit said that is true but she should do it naturally. Hoi Yan pouts and look at the dress.

At the restuarant, Hoi Yan is fondly looking at her dress while Kit smiles at her. Hoi Yan is embarrass and said this dress really match Moe. Kit said that as long as she don't feel so forceful for doing it. Hoi Yan said it is forceful on her wallet. She then ruefully said this month she will have to be really conservative. Kit then told her that she don't have to be so conservative. All she have to do is just marry Moe. Hoi Yan looks a little bit upset and Kit teasingly asked her isn't she willing to be marry with him. Hoi Yan then admited that she never did saw his family before and that she doesn't know if they will like her. Kit was surprise that they have been dating for such a long time and she still haven't saw his family before. Hoi Yan told Kit that Moe is really busy and Kit said that is not an excuse. Hoi Yan said that maybe he doesn't want to put that much pressure on her. However, Kit said that it is better to see his parents because it will have a better insurance. Hoi Yan noddend her head thoughtfully and told Kit she will have to leave because she is going to watch a movie with Moe. Kit said she knows and she will not be a lightbulb to them. Just then, Hoi Yan got a call from Moe and Moe told her he is walking out of the parking structure. He told her to meet at the theather. Just as he hangs up on her, he heard Joyce shouting with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was grabbing on her hand and is demanding is she dumping him for another guy. Joyce struggles to get free and Moe helps her out. Out of spite, Joyce told her ex-boyfriend that she never did like him and that the only person that she ever love is Moe. She only used him to make Moe mad. Moe was surprised to hear this. Joyce ex-boyfriend look at them in anger before he stalk away. Joyce then thank Moe and she wrapped her arms around him. Moe is cold to her and and slyly asked him for a drink so she can thank him. She drags him away.

They went to this outdoor place and Joyce thanks him for his help. Moe watches her as she seductively looks at him. She asks him is he still mad at her and Moe said he is not going to waste his time to be mad at her. Joyce laughs and said that he said that really well. That is why she wasn't able to forget him. Moe bitterly said is that true. He said is that the same way she feel for her ex-boyfriend. Joyce then said Ken (her ex-boyfriend) was good at the beginning but after a while, he starting to become a bother. He is always constanly checking up on her. Moe told her that he was doing this because he was concern about her. Joyce then slyly asked him was he concern about her. Moe said no and she said that he used to be. And they used to be so happy too. She could remember how they use to hang out together. She said that he is the one that treat her the best. He said that is that true and he said that she must say that to his girlfriend. Joyce falter for a while but quickly recover when she asked Moe did he brought Hoi Yan to his favorite vacation place. She reminded Moe that they used to have so much fun over there. Moe said that things that have past can't go back. Joyce don't think so. She excused herself and the next thing Moe knows, she have fallen into the pool. Moe jumps in to save her and she pretend to be unconsious as he called out her name. She spited out the water at him and happily said he is worried about her. She swims off with Moe right after her. They sank down on under the pool while kissing each other. Hoi Yan is gathering all of Moe's favorite food while waiting for him. Back at restuarant, the waiter apologized for having them slipped into the pool because they probably didn't wipe a spot near the pool and the water over there might have caused Joyce to slip in. He offer to give them a free trip in their spa. Joyce said that will be good and that they should not do that again. After the waiter is gone, Joyce said it is good that they get to play and get to go to the spa. Just then, Moe got a call from Hoi Yan. Joyce slyly asked Moe is it his girlfriend while Moe looked perplexly at his phone. Joyce triuphtly told him that he has already "Sie Sup Jor Gall Tow" (litteral translation...already wet his hair...but basically mean he is already took the first step) and wonders how can he turn back now. Moe listen to Hoi Yan's phone and told her that he is busy right now and he can't come. Hoi Yan is upset that he couldn't be there and Moe apologizes for not being there. Joyce walked up thim him and hold him. She told him that she have a lot of other method of playing and he smiled at her.

At Hoi Yan's home, her two sisters come back home and Hoi Yan said that they must be greatful for having her treat them for a movie. They both said that it was so boring that they want to leave, but they didn't leave because they don't want to waste their money. Hoi Yan said that can't be true and told them that she will have to buy another set of ticket. They asked her why is she going to watch such a boring movie and Hoi Yan said that Moe likes to watch it. Hoi Hay and Hoi Oi wonders what kind of boyfriend does Hoi Yan have that he could have such a huge influence on her and cause her to be so caring on him. They also wanted to see Moe. Hoi Yan said that he is busy and they wonder what kind of person Moe is because they never saw him before and they never saw his picture too. Hoi Oi then sat up in alert and said that she have a friend who have a brother...etc. Her friend was about to get marry but the groom never show up. It happens that the friend have some hallucination. Hoi Yan's mother told Hoi Oi to stop teasing Hoi Yan. But she told Hoi Yan that she does want to see Moe. Since they are having a BBQ this weekend, why don't she invite him. After some coaxing from her sisters, Hoi Yan agrees. On the next day, they are in a restuarant and Moe is sneezing. Hoi Yan is worried about him and told him to go see a doctor. She told him to take care of himself and not to work that hard. Moe feels guilty and said he is sorry for missing the movie with her. He said he will watch it with her later and she said he should go and rest. Hoi Yan then asked him is he willing to go and eat with them this weekend but seeing Moe in such a sick state, she told him that it is alright. Moe said he wants to go and beside, it will be better for his cold. Hoi Yan is happy.

Moe is preparing to pick up Hoi Yan when he got a call from Joyce. Joyce sound urgent and she said that she needs his help. Moe asked her what is wrong but she won't tell him. She only tell him to meet her at a certain pier and hanged up. Moe went to find Kwong and found him wrapped up in a blanket while reading some files. Moe asked Kwong to go and pick Hoi Yan up because he have something important to do. Kwong said he must study and asked Moe what is so important that he is ditching his girlfriend. Moe said that his patients is really in an unstable state so he must reach her. Kwong wants to refuse but Moe left him with out listening to him. Kwong is fustrated.

Hoi Yan is waiting for Moe and they have waited for a long time. Hoi Oi really starts to worry that Hoi Yan is really hallucinating that she have a boyfriend. Just then, Kwong drove up to them and Hoi Yan is disppointed to see him. Kwong walks out of the car with Hoi Yan's family looking at him eagarly. He greated them and Hoi Yan's mother called Kwong Jacky. Kwong was about to say he isn't when Hoi Oi said that she knows him and that he looks exactly like Kwong, who worked with her sister in PNC. Hoi Yan is amused while Kwong looked a little bit embarrassed. Kwong then said that Hoi Oi is very good at observing thing and he is not Moe. Hoi Yan then said that this is Kwong and that he is not Moe. Kwong then told them that Moe is busy due to a client and he can't come today. Hoi Yan is sad to hear this and Kwong help them get their stuffs into the car and told them that Moe is going to arrive later on. He paused next to Hoi Yan and reassured her that Moe said he will come and he will come.

Moe is running frantically to the pier without regard for his life. Joyce saw it and is happy that he is risking so much for her. She called out his name and Moe is mad that she is playing around with him. He was about to leave when Joyce called out to him and asked him is he leaving her. She told him that she brought tickets to go to Macau. She managed to pulled Moe to it.

Kwong is having a good time with Hoi Yan's family and Hoi Yan's mother said that he is really humourous. Kwong said that she should not praise him. He is only good at talking and that is how he ended up as PNC. They told Kwong to eat because he have been serving them and Kwong is eager to eat because he was kind of hungry. Kwong bit into a hot dog and was surprise to find that it have some flavor in them. Hoi Hay told him that their mother actually marinated the hot dogs. Kwong took another hot dog and bit into it and is surprise that it taste like curry. Hoi Yan's mother said that she intentionally make it into curry flavor because Hoi Yan said that Moe likes to eat curry. Hoi Oi then said that it doesn't matter whether they make it or not because by the time that Moe comes over here, all of the food will be gone. She then grumbles and said that he wasted all of her mother's hard work. Hoi Yan's mother told her to be quiet. They all looked at Hoi Yan, who was sitting apart from them as she stares out to look for Moe. Kwong abandoned his food and sat down next to her. He asked her did she called him and she said that she doesn't want to bother him when he is working. Kwong said he will called. Moe and Joyce are gambling and they just won. Joyce picked up the phone and told Kwong that Moe is busy before she hangs up. Kwong is shocked to hear her voice and pretended that he talked to Moe right in front of Hoi Yan. He looked worried.

Moe ploped onto his bed the next morning and he got a call from Joyce. Just then, Kwong came over there and asked Moe where have he been the whole night. Moe said he have been working the whole time. But Kwong said that he called Moe and that girl that answered his phone sound like Joyce. Moe is nervoused and said that was just his lady patient and that he spend the whole night attending her. Kwong is suspicious and asked him is it really the truth. Moe then asked does Kwong trust him. Kwong said right now, it is not that he don't trust him but told Moe that right now, he have to apologize to Hoi Yan and her family for abandoning them. He told Moe they made a lot of food for him but he didn't show up. Moe said he will make it up for her. Kwong asked him when and Moe said tomorrow. Kwong then forced him to called Hoi Yan right now but he left for work before Moe called. Moe put down the phone.

Tung went out with a walk with his father and Tung told his father to go back home because his father fell asleep while they were at the park. Tung said he doesn't need Folk Gay to look over him. Tung felt useless and is upset when his father left. Tung went back home later but at the doorway to the entrance of the building, there was a little uplift that he can't seems to get through. Just then, someone is moving something and his view was obsure. Her rammed into Tung and just then, Folk Gay came walking over there and started to scold the guy for being careless. The man got mad when Fold Gay scold the man for leaving his stuff over there. The man then said that if his stuff is blocking the passage, then so is Tung's wheel chair. It is constantly blocking thier passage and they always have to avoid him. Tung is upset with this sight and asked to leave.

At home, Gwok Fue and Tung's mother were asking Tung is he alright. They were fretting around him and Tung told them that he is not a three years old that need people to look after. Beside, that person didn't mean it. Folk Gay then came walking in and said that he have already talked to the community head and complain about the man. Tung wondered do they have to go so severe. Folk Gay then said that he have already told the community head to modify that area so it will be easy for Tung to get in and out. Tung is fustrated to hear this.

Kit and Hoi Yan are eating dinner and Kit is surprised that Hoi Yan is listening to classical music. Hoi Yan said that she is listening to them because Moe likes to listen to it. Kit said that she is being overly submissive to him. Hoi Yan said that she haven't been with Moe long and at first, she thought that he was really busy. But now, she don't know. She just feel like they are missing something. Kit said that is normal when people first dated. She said it will be better later on. Hoi Yan then changed the subject and asked Kit is she going to go to the hospital for a checkup. Kit said yes and it just so happen that Tung is going for a check up too so she is going to pick him up.

Kit, Gwok Fue, and Tung were riding down the elevator and Gwok Fue thank Kit for driving them. Kit told them not to be so formal and that it is better to have someone to go with her so she won't be bored. Tung asked her is it really no problem and she said it really isn't. Just then, two ladies are talking about Tung and one of them said that Folk Gay is really spoiling Tung. She also said that Tung always acted so high and mighty even before he got into the accident. He haven't changed at all. Tung, Kit, and Gwok Fue over heard these and the two ladies quickly shut up. Tung is upset to hear this and Gwok Fue changed to subject by talking about the new remodeling. Just as they are about to exit the hallway, the moving man, that they encounter before, was moving in some boxes. An arguement between Gwok Fue and the man ignited when neither refused to move. Tung is fustrated and embarrassed at the situation. He rolled his wheelchair out there with Kit chasing after him. Kit stopped him and told him to not be like this. Tung said that how can he not be like this. He felt so embarrass at that time. If there was really a hole in the ground, he would gladly go in there. Kit told him that Gwok Fue was just worried about him so that is why he started the fight. Tung said he understand but the more that they helped him, the more he can't handle it. Kit said she understand. Maybe she could talk to them about it. Tung sternly said no and told her he want to move out.

Episode 25

At Tung's home, Kit and Tung have just finished from their physical checkup. Kit told them that Tung want to find a place to move and his whole family were shock at the news. Gwok Fue asked is Tung still upset with what happen and his wife was telling Tung to not to care about it. Tung looked annoyed at their misunderstanding. Tung's mother told him that she would not feel comfortable if Tung went out and live by himself. Folk Gay also told Tung that the reconstruction is almost complete so he doesn't have to move out. Tung finally told them that is not want he wanted. He said ever since he got out of the hospital, it seems like the whole world is just reconstructing to fit him. It make him feel like there is not purpose in his life. He said it is suppose to be him that should learn how to adapt to the enviornment and not the enviornment that is adapting to him. When he was done, his whole family, including Kit, were speechless.

Therefore, Kit took Tung to her father's home, which is located out of the city and in a small village. Kit is pushing a laughing Tung around a circle in the house to wish him good luck in recovering faster. Tung thanks her and she told him that he could stay here as long as he wants because her father went up to mainland China for two months so he won't be coming back down here for a while. Tung said even if she wants to throw him out, he won't go because the enviorment here is really good. Kit then told him that she also helped him hired a helper and he will start working tomorrow. Tung sincerely thanks her and Kit said he doensn't have to act so formal. Tung said he have to thank her because if it weren't for her, his father would not have let him live outside on his own. Kit then told him that if she need help to take care of her son in the future, he can't say he won't help. Tung said this is fine and if his son need him to be his manager, Tung will be willing to do it. Kit happily said he promised. Tung asked her is she tierd and Kit said no because her baby was not rowdy today. She then stood up and to help Tung move his luggage to his room. Tung thanks her but before she left, she asks him what does he want to eat tonight. Tung said he was really touched when Kit told him that she is personally going to cook for him. He told her he have no preference so Kit will think of the menu on her own.

Later in the day, Kit is cooking in the kitchen but is not really sucessful. Tung happens to saw her slightly burned her hand. She was embarrassed to have Tung see her in such an embarassing situation. She told Tung that she doesn't know what to do because the kitchen is so small and she can't possibly cook all of the dishes at one time. Tung told her he could help by instructing her what steps she have to take. So Kit followed him and after some small catatrophes, they managed to cook a dinner. They started to eat and Kit and Tung were marveling at how good the food taste. Tung said he will try the fish and Kit was eagarly waiting to see how Tung likes it. Tung shooked his head gravely and told her it taste horrible. So he will help her eat the whole dish so she don't have to suffer. Kit doesn't believe him and went and took a piece of fish. She happily slapped a laughing Tung on the arm when she realized the fish taste really delicious. Tung became a little bit worried when Kit suddenly winced, but Kit told him it was just her baby kicking her. She said even the baby said it taste good. Tung joked that the baby really knows how to eat in such a young age. He said the baby must want to be a taster when he grow up. They end up eating happily together.

Hoi Yan and Moe are walking together in the beach and Hoi Yan was trying to impress Moe about her new knowledge in regarding to classical music but she messed up. Moe told her he would lend her a Mozart CD if she have time. As they listen to the ocean wave, Moe thought back to his time with Joyce. He told Hoi Yan to go for a swim but Hoi Yan didn't want to. She said it will looked wierd and they could easily catch a cold. Moe was disappointed and he said it's alright. Hoi Yan noticed the disappointed look and asked him is she a party pooper. He grimly said she is not and what she said is logical enough. Hoi Yan then asked him if he is free for the coming weekend because she is having a vacation and she was suppose to go to a vacation with her family but she will cancel it if he have time. Moe said he have to check with his schedule first. He noticed the sadness in Hoi Yan's face and quickly apologized for missing her family's BBQ. He said he already brought some "Hoi May" (expensive kind of thing where people eat) to apologize to her mother. Hoi Yan said he doesn't have to waste so much money and Moe smiled at her concern. He told her he already brought it and it is in Cheurn Long. He drove here there to get it. They are at Cheurn Long and Moe went up the building to get it while leaving Hoi Yan in the car. Just then, his grandmother and Man's wife came walking out of there and noticed Hoi Yan. Moe's grandmother looked a Hoi Yan eagarly. Moe looked discomfort when he saw his grandmother looking at Hoi Yan. Hoi Yan weakly smiled and waved to her. Man's wife told Hoi Yan to come out and Hoi Yan greeted them. His grandmother invited Hoi Yan for dim sum and Moe wanted to reject by saying they have to go watch a movie. His grandmother said they could go watch a movie anytime and asked Hoi Yan to eat with her. Hoi Yan said yes with a smiled. Moe doesn't look too happy about it.

At the resturant, Hoi Yan helps them poor tea and Moe's grandmother said she is really considerate. Hoi Yan blushed and said she should not praised her. His grandmother said she don't praised people often. They started to asked Hoi Yan about her background but as Hoi Yan told them that she is still a PC and she come from a poor family with only her mother to support her, their smile started to disappear. Hoi Yan notice their expressiona and volunteer to help them poor tea. However, Man's wife called out her name and Hoi Yan became so nervous that she accidently tipped over the tea cup and pour tea over Moe's grandmother. Hoi Yan apologized and was about to help Moe's grandmother to wash it off. However, she stopped when Man's wife told her that they don't need her help. Hoi Yan looked disappointed.

At home, Man's wife and Moe's grandmother where questioning Kwong about Hoi Yan. Man's wife scold Kwong for not telling them earlier about Hoi Yan's background. She said she is poor with low education. Kwong wonders what is the problem with that. Man's wife quickly answered that she is not suitable for Moe because of her status. Kwong is annoyed to hear this. His grandmother quickly said this all depends on Moe's decision. Kwong then said they should looked at it in this perspective. Hoi Yan's father died early so it is not her fault. Her family is poor and it is not her fault either. He lied by saying that Hoi Yan told him that she always do good in class and that she could have went to a university. However, she didn't because she need to work to support her family. Kwong said it is hard to find a girl that is willing to sacrifice herself to help her family. His grandmother agree that it is really rare. Now a days, all of the youngster just cared about themself and don't really care about her family. Kwong agrees and started to list off all her good points. He said she is hardworking and really nice. He said if he were to list off all her good quality, it will need more than all of the fingers on both of his hands. However, his grandmother said she doesn't have any social manner (like a way to carry yourself in a ball or in a high class ceremony). Man's wife agree and said that from Hoi Yan's last performance, it indicates she must not have been to many social events. Kwong quickly made a come back by saying that Moe and Hoi Yan just only dated for a few months and this was the first time that she was meeting Moe's grandmother. Therefore, she is obviously really nervous and well...it is natural to spill things. Kwong said by spilling the tea, it indicates how Hoi Yan really respect or value this first meeting. He also said women that have a lot of social experience doesn't mean that they are good. His grandmother agree by using Joyce as an example. Joyce have alot of social experience but she was so...his grandmother shook her head and said that the quality they look in a wife is basically a innocent or pure wife. Kwong is happy to hear this. Just then Moe came walking in there and asked them what they were talking about. They told him that they are talking about them. Moe was uncomfortable when his grandmother want to see Hoi Yan's mother. Moe told them that Hoi Yan is busy so if they have time, they will see. Moe then got a call from Joyce and said he will not eat dinner. His grandmother teased him is he going out with Hoi Yan. Kwong told them to stop teasing him and Moe went out.

Moe walked into a bar and saw Joyce flirting with another man. He was upset to see this. Joyce told him that she have a long weekend and asked him to go to France with her. When he hesitated, she told him that it doesn't matter whether he go or not. She can always find someone to go with her. Moe grabbed the tickets from her.

On the next day, Hoi Yan is sitting in the police cafeteria and Kwong sat next to her. He teased her by saying she looked kind of haggard today. She must have stayed up really late with Moe yesterday night. Hoi Yan was puzzled because Moe sent her home really early yesterday and she spend the night watching television. Kwong was surprised to hear this. Hoi Yan asked him why did he say this and Kwong said he must have heard something wrong. Hoi Yan then proceed to tell him about yesterday. As she told him how scared that she was when she accidentally ran into his grandmother, Kwong was laughing. He told her he knew all about it because they were talking about her. Hoi Yan quickly asked him is it true. She quickly frowned when Kwong mention that she have spilled the tea. He then act really serious and said that she really ruin her image yesterday because of her mistake. He said old people really care about these kind of things. Hoi Yan said that she knew that she really messed up yesterday. She wonders what she can do to make it up. Kwong looked at her and told her to not be that serious because he was just joking with her. Hoi Yan was surprised and asked him was he lying to her. Kwong told her seriously that he wasn't really lying to her but even if it is true, she don't have to act like it is the end of the world.

So Hoi Yan end up calling Moe out for lunch to ask him about yesterday's event. She asked him does his grandmother doesn't like her. Moe wonders why she will asked such a question and Hoi Yan told him that she ran into Kwong. Her sentence got cut off when Moe told her that Kwong like to joke around so much that she shouldn't believe in what he is saying. Hoi Yan then said Kwong is really acting wierd. He told her that she went out with him yesterday night and she of course stay home. Moe heard this and was uncomfortable. He quickly said Kwong really does like to play. He told Hoi Yan that his grandmother really likes Hoi Yan but she doesn't believe it. Moe was getting annoyed when Hoi Yan started to ramble off how she could impress his grandmother. She quickly stopped when Moe said in aspiration that she should have some confidence in herself and that she should trust in what he said. He quickly apologized when he realized he have spoke too harsly at her. She asked him is he having a lot of stress from work because for these past few days, he seems to be in a bad mood. Moe silently nodded his head. He then told Hoi Yan he can't be with her for the coming long weekend because he have to go to a study abroad type of things. He suggested her to go find something to do. Hoi Yan nodded her head and told him that she will.

Tung have just received a call from his father and his father was asking Tung is he used to living there. If not, he could go up there to help him. Tung said he like the quietness over there. He hanged up with his father not without Folk Gay telling him to take care. Tung looked around him and sighed. He went around his regular duty and eventually, he went outside for a walk with his caretaker. As his caretaker pushed him around the area, he saw an old man painting near a lake. He told his caretaker to stop and he looked at the old man while he was painting. He sighed and asked his caretaker to give him a cellphone. He called Kit and asked her is she done from work. She said that she is done and he asked her to come in. She said she can't because she have something to do. Tung asked her is it personal or business and she said it is personal thing but he won't be interested in it. Tung said he will be. She then slyly said he beter not regret it. What happen was that she need to go to a pregnancy class and while the teacher was teaching the women how to breath, Tung fell asleep. Kit saw this and took a ball of paper and threw it at him. Tung woke up and sleeply looked at the guy next to him. They guy quickly pointed at Kit so Tung looked at her. She blinked back at him innocently and this caused Tung to blink back at her in his sleepy state.

Kit is taking Tung back to her father's house when Tung said that she really tricked him. She told him that she warned him it will be boring but he insisted to come. Tung then teased her by saying it was worth seeing her puff up her face like a "ham gean bang" (a type of bun). She then retorted back by saying his face look like one. Tung then asked her how much of these courses does she have to go. She said that she have to go there more often and Tung realized that she is almost ready to give birth. Tung told her to move in there too and Kit noticed how lonely he is. Tung said that this place is really good but it can be boring. Kit said that there is a lot of things that you can learn over here. It is just depend on whether you can get it or not. They then ran into Hall Bat (the old guy that is painting the lake) and they greeted him. Kit introduced them and they quickly left Hall Bat so they will not disturbed his painting. As they walk away, Tung asked Kit does she know Hall Bat really well. Kit said she does and that he lived over there before he moved out to the city. He usually come back here to draw but recently he moved back. Tung said he always see Hall Bat painting every single day but he always paint the same scenary over and over again. He asked Kit is that wierd. Kit said he is wierd because for noticing what Hall Bat does everyday. Tung said he will not tell her anything anymore because she called him wierd.

Moe is packing his stuff and Kwong went to see him. He asked Moe is he going to the airport right now and Moe said yes. He then wonders why he have to go to France immediately. Moe said he have to replace one person. Kwong then wonders outloud is Moe willing to sacrifice this long weekend without being with Hoi Yan. Moe seems uncomfortable and said he have no other choice. He said he will make it back to her once he get back. Kwong then noticed that Moe's plane is at 9, therefore he have time to drive him to the police station. Moe said he knew this is what Kwong wanted all along. He asked Kwong is he ready yet and Kwong said all he have to do is wear something and he will be ready.

As they are driving there, Moe's cellphone rang. Kwong noticed it and said he will help Moe hear it, while Moe told him he know who it is and the Kwong doesn't have to hear it. However, Kwong hear it and heard Joyce asking is Moe there yet. Kwong is shock and asked her who is calling. Joyce told Kwong to tell Moe that she will go to the airport by herself and they will meet there. Kwong is shock to hear this and Moe asked Kwong who it is. Kwong told him it is Joyce. Moe took the cellphone but Kwong told him Joyce hanged up already. He asked Moe is he going to France with Joyce and Moe said nothing. He then asked him did they got back together and still he didn't answer. Kwong then asked Moe what about Hoi Yan. Moe told Kwong not to care about his business. Kwong repeat what about Hoi Yan. Moe said he will take care of it when he come back from France. Kwong then told him to pull up the curb. As Moe pull up the curb, Kwong said if they need to take care of things, they should take care of it over here. He took Moe's briefcase, which contains his passport. They both got off the car but each of them are on the different side of the car. Moe asked Kwong what he was doing when Kwong took out his passport and tossed back the brief case to Moe. Kwong told Moe to not go to France but Moe insisted Kwong to give him back the ticket. Kwong is fustrated and said Moe should know how Joyce is like after being with her so many years. Moe looked annoyed and said this is his busines with Joyce and told Kwong to not bother with it. Kwong angrily told Moe that she is just playing with him and Moe just said that they should pretend he is willing to let her fool him. Kwong said that if Hoi Yan knew that Moe is going with Joyce to a vacation, she won't be able to handle it. He told Moe to think of how Hoi Yan will think. Moe calmly told Kwong that Joyce is waiting for him. Kwong then calmly begged Moe to not go but Moe just said to give him back his passport. Kwong tossed back Moe's passport to him and walked away. Moe gave one last look at Kwong's departed figure before he took his passport and drove off.

Hoi Yan is talking to Moe on the cellphone when Kwong walked in. She sat down on one of the cafeteria table, which was located near the ordering place. Kwong went to order a drink when he heard Hoi Yan dejectedly told Moe that he refused to let her sent him off. Moe said that he didn't want her to run back and forth. Kwong felt guilty when Hoi Yan said these four day vacation will only have her left. Moe told her she could go to her family's vacation and he told her he have to go. Hoi Yan quickly told him to take care. Kwong sat down and asked Hoi Yan what Moe said. She told him that she felt sorry for Moe for having to spend these four days on a meeting. Kwong is upset to hear this. Hoi Yan notice his expression and asked him is something wrong. He looked at her and was not able to say anything. So he told her nothing. He then asked her what is she doing this vacation and she said she is suppose to go to mainland China with her family but since she told them that she is not going then she will basically just have to spend the whole vacation reading and cleaning. Kwong said having her by herself must be really bad. He then told her that he and Kit are planing to go and see Pang Sir for the vacation and thinking to spend one night over there. If she doesn't have anything to do, she could join them. She said she will think about it.

At Hoi Yan's home, her mother and Hoi Oi are packing their stuff. Hoi Yan's mother keep on asking Hoi Oi did they pack everything and Hoi Oi insisted that they did. That was until Hoi Hay came out and flashed a photo. Hoi Oi admited that she forgot the camera and said luckily Hoi Hay remember or else they will not be able to take down her glory. Hoi Hay said they are using the camera to take down photo of that area so they could let Hoi Yan see them. Her two sisters said Hoi Yan care about her boyfriend more than them. Hoi Yan's mother said that they should not berate Hoi Yan for this because she is a grown up woman. Hoi Yan looked uncomfortable as they continue on with the conversation. Hoi Yan's mother told Hoi Yan to use this time to try to make her and Moe's relationship better. Hoi Oi told Hoi Yan this house will be empty so they two could spend the time together. Hoi Hay asked Hoi Yan what are they both planning to do and Hoi Yan said it is none of their business while reminding them did they bring their passport. Hoi Yan's mother told her one more time to take this time to make her and Moe's relationship better. Hoi Yan nodded her head.

Kit is waiting for Kwong to pick her up and she thanks him for picking her up. Kwong said she doesn't need to thank him because she is pregnant and he should help her do this. He then asked Kit are they going to pick up Hoi Yan first and Kit told him Hoi Yan is not going. Kwong asked why and Kit said Hoi Yan said she is going out with a lot of friend so she is really busy. Kwong doesn't believe it because Moe is not there. They decided to go find Hoi Yan first.

Hoi Yan is walking down the street with her order out and a newpaper. She saw a happy couple walking beside her and she looks sad. Just then, Kwong and Kit pulled up to her. Hoi Yan was surprised to see them. Kwong asked her why didn't she pick up her cellphone and she said she didn't bring it. Kit said that they were lucky to find her here because they were about to give up. Kwong said since they have such a fate, she should go with them to go see Pang Sir. Hoi Yan said she is busy and she is going to see her friends later on. However, Kwong quickly said she is lying because she have her order out and newspaper with her. This indicate she is just going to be alone. Kit said even if Hoi Yan is really worried about her boyfriend, she should not stay by herself. Kwong told her that they have a lot of entertainment and he quickly said Hoi Yan should not be so cruel for making a pregnant woman wait for her. Kit pouts sadly and told Hoi Yan to hurry up. Hoi Yan finally agree to go.

They are having a BBQ with Tung and everyone was happily chatting along except Hoi Yan. Kwong noticed this and asked her is she alright and does she likes the food. She said she is alright and he shared a hot dog with her. When he saw her still looking like she is sad, told them a joke. Hoi Yan was the only one who didn't get it. However, when they told her the answer, she ends up smiling. Kit noticed they are running out of coal and Hoi Yan went to get it. Kwong went with her to get the desserts. When they are gone, Tung said he always thought Kwong and Hoi Yan are really cooperative together. He wonders are they dating. Kit told him Hoi Yan is dating but is dating Kwong's younger brother. Tung is surprise to hear this. Kit said they have been dated for quite a while. Tung said he still thinks Kwong and Hoi Yan match much more better. Kit said even if people match each other, they don't necessarily have to form a relationship. Tung said it is like her and him, they are good friend. Kit quickly said they hated each other in the past and they always argue. He said he remember because he always thinks she is too feminist and she thinks he is too chauvinistic. Kwong and Hoi Yan are going there. Kwong said they really look good together as he look at Tung and Kit. Hoi Yan said she is not surprise if they end up together because they have the same interest and they are both so hard working. Kwong teased her by said he only said they looked good together and she already start rambling off so many things. He jokingly said what should they end up naming Kit's baby. Hoi Yan said she believe in her instinct and that they will be together.

That night, Kwong is playing chess with Pang Sir and he lost. Kwong want to play another game but Tung said it is late. He said he will let Kwong play with him tomorrow. He and Kit help Tung back to his bed and they were wondering is one blanket good enough for him and Tung said it is. Kwong told Tung that they have a huge schedule tomorrow and they said good night to him. Meanwhile, Hoi Yan is walking around with her cellphone and try to find a place that have the best reception. Kwong saw her and she quickly said that she is just doing exercise. He said what is she doing exercise with her phone in her hand. She changed the subject by asking how is Tung and Kwong told her he is sleeping. She then asked Kwong why is he here and Kwong said he came down here to grab a bottle of water. He left her and Hoi Yan took out her cellphone again. She eagarly open her phone when it rang. She called out Moe's name and she was puzzle when it sound like Kwong's voice. Kwong said it sounds like his voice because he is the one that is calling. He told her that she just want to check whether it have a reception so now that she knows she can go to sleep. Hoi Yan is upset at his little trick and said he is not small anymore and he should not play a trick like this. Kwong tells her to go to sleep and said that Moe might not call. Hoi Yan said Moe would call no matter what. Moe said he will call her once he get there. Kwong looked upset. He sighed and told her not to wait that long. Hoi Yan told him to go to sleep and he walked up to his room. However, he took one last look at Hoi Yan and saw her looking at her cellphone. Once he is in his room, Kwong looked thoughtful and tried to call Moe. However, he wasn't able to reach Moe. He ends up going back outside to the living room and found Hoi Yan sleeping. He called out her name and Hoi Yan jolted from her sleep. She quickly grabbed her cellphone and asked Kwong did Moe called. Kwong said Moe didn't call and that she should go back up to her room to sleep. Hoi Yan said she is not sleepy. He suggested that Moe probably think it is late over here so he might not call because Moe might thought she have fallen asleep already. Hoi Yan said she told Moe to call her anytime so she will wait. She told him to not to worry about her. Kwong said he will take her to some place to play and she could wait while she play. She said it is dark and he said it doesn't matter. He said it is really fun and if she doesn't go, it is her lost.

They went out to the wilderness and they stop as a grassland. Hoi Yan wanted to back home but Kwong scared her into staying by saying there is thief and there might be ghost. So they croutch over there and Hoi Yan saw something sparkling going toward their direction. She screamed and said it can't be that cursed. Kwong told her not to worry and that it is just fire flies. Hoi Yan looked at it in wonderment because she never seen it before and Kwong told her he once camped here so he know they have fireflies over here. He taught Hoi Yan how to catch fire flies and they both eagarly caught some. Once they have caught enough, Hoi Yan wanted to release them there but Kwong told her not to release them there because it would not be exciting. He said there is another place where it would look even better. He took her to this place that is under a bridge with a stream of water flowing right under it. Kwong asked her what does she think of this place and told her to release the fireflies over here. Hoi Yan and Kwong look at the fireflies in amazement. One flew on Hoi Yan's hand and Hoi Yan said it looks really pretty. When it flew away, she stood up and try to catch one in her hand. Kwong just looked at her and smiled. Hoi Yan then turned to him and tell him to help her. Kwong stood up and they both try to catch a firefly with their hands. Hoi Yan manages to catch one and eagarly told Kwong about it. Kwong placed his hands over her. They looked at each other happily before they turned to look at the rest of the fireflies that are flying around them. However, as they turned to look back a the firefly that was in their hand, their noses brush each other. Kwong and Hoi Yan stared at each other for a while before they moved in for a kiss.
