Default The Han or Qing Emperor?

I'm not positive if that's the correct title for this series but, if anyone has a better idea at what the title is, don't hesitate to correct me.

I think this is a new series. I'm not sure who's in the cast but anyone who loves to understand the ongoing turmoil surrounding emperors, governors, families, love relationships should definitely rent this. Needless to say, this is about the Han emperor. It includes several short rumors about him during his reign such as his relationship with Bing Yue (Ice Moon) princess, his heartfelt love for her, his grandmother who practically rules everything that he does, and several other subplots as well. Anyhow, I absolutely heart this tv drama. It has everything I look for: drama, intelligent plot line, a heart wrenching love story, wonderful cast, and so on, so forth.

Although I have no sypnopsis about this series (which I really want), I do know that the emperor is actually the same emperor in Tian Xia Di Yi. And, if you find him charming there already (as I did), you would adore this drama as much as I do right now. He is incredibly breathtaking and convincing in this documentary/fictional perspective at the Han emperor's life.

    Hi,
I was actually looking to see if there was any thread for this series.
I actually just finished this a 2 days ago and the series is set in Qing Emperor. Its called "Xiao Nian Kang Xi"

When i first watched the first 5 mins i was so confused!!! but yeh later it got better. I have never watvhed a series based on qing rule that does not invole the Hans looking to rebel. this series is more about what happens behind closed door and politics in the government.

Xuan ye (i think!!) is san ah ge - who later becomes kang xi, one of the better emperors of the qing dynasty. he has 2 close friends - gan cong ??? - he is han ren, his family betrayed the ming dynasty and helped the qing to establish their rule, that qing ??/? forgot his name and the girl bing yue - theres a story behind who her real parents are later down the episodes; that both guys loved.

xuan ye becomes king at 7 yrs when his father died. his grandmother helped him to be emperor even though he really didnt want to do it....

i missed the next 10 episodes, when i started watching again, bing yue is passed onto the "han" guy to be his wife and kang xi marries a governors granddaughter and becomes queen.

alot of things happen., he won the hearts of most of the governors and whatever they're called, he lost a lot of people closest to him, especially during the last episode, best friend dies, bing yue dies, his grandmother died, his queen died after giving birth to "si ah ge". it was so saddd....

If you like historical royal dramas you should watch the Kangxi Dynasty and the Emperor Chen Lung series. They both have very powerful storylines.
