That is not really a good reason. Gu Long wuxia is also a different universe. Not to mention how Ding Peng learned his sabre techniques, which is obviously inhuman. He learn them from fox spirits. His wife, IIRC, is Qing Qing is also a fox spirit. Ah Qing, who belong to Jin Yong's universe of gods, could also be consider the same as Ding Peng is to Gu Long's universe.

Guo Jing is not here for one simple reason: I have never heard anyone suggest that he is the single strongest martial artist in the JY universe. The JY contestants for this game have all received some postulation for being the strongest fighter. The most popularly supported contestants in this category (strongest) by the fans are Sweeper Monk, Dugu Qiubai, Shi Potian, and Dongfang Bubai.

Along with that, if I were to add Guo Jing, then by association I'd have to add Yang Guo, Qiu Qianren, all of the LOCH Greats, Zhang Wuji, Murong Bo, JMZ, Golden Wheel Monk, Zhou Botong, Xiao Yuanshan, etc etc etc. I did not want this kind of exhaustive list for this game.

But don't worry. My next game will be a battle of the LOCH/ROCH Greats.

To all the players: I would like your opinion on a new policy in order to intensify the gameplay a little bit. I am thinking of implementing a real mandatory retirement plan, where every 24 hours, the lowest scored warrior must go, while those with a 0 score still have to go. Currently, we only retire warriors if no one has been kicked out in 48 hours, but now I would like to set the rule to retire a warrior whether anyone has been kicked out or not. You can still vote either + or - at your discretion.

Just to spice things up a little bit.

What do you think?

I agree with Kidd on this one. Don't think we need to ax someone every twenty four hours. Spices things up more if the fight is prolonged and dragged out.
