    TO Nefertari,
Long time no see, how have you been? I will PM you later. Thanks for the spoilers!!! I don't mind spoilers at all because I always imagine things differently and then when I see the series, it becomes very different from how I imagined. You actually like this show more than Frog Prince?? I will definately give it a try then. So it the Ming Dao the lead again?? How come no one talks about Yu Rong's character?? I wonder why no one talks about him? Is he a minor/supporting character again??I thought he was really cute and sweet in Frog Prince.

    To Suet Seung,
Thanks for the spoilers! There are really spoilers for Richie's character? I don't mind spoilers at all as I have mentioned. I can't believe this series is only 22 eps. I guess that can be a good thing since series can get draggy if it gets too long.

    To iezkiub,
Thanks for the extra info! I am glad that it is more than just love. Are Richie and Sam friends in here again? Can you tell me more about Yu Rong's character? This series sounds pretty good. Now I really can't wait to see it.

    To lil-vy,
This series is released in the US, but in Chinese. If you mean Viet, than no it has not been released. BUT if you translate it word for word from Chinese, then it would be "Ai Tinh Ma Phap Su". However, I don't think that will be the official Viet title, but it can be.... I am not sure. That is just a direct Chinese translation.
Respect other people's opinions and views. If we learn how to do that than all of these fights and arguments will not occur.

Hey Trinie, nice to see you here. Yes, this series's pretty nice in that you can somehow relate to it more, esp if you find arts interesting. It's got hairdressing and fashion as the theme. The way the show is done is unusual too. While I was watching the first episode, the MV at the beginning does somehow gave a Magician's feel.

Oh, Ehlo (Yurong)'s character was nice as always. His performance is always warm, friendly and engaging. He acts as one of the supporting leads - Xiaobei's neighbour. He grew up with Xiaobei and likes her while Xiaobei treats him like a brother. He saw that Xiaobei was more attracted to Yasi when Xiaobei thought she was in love with Richie (Sam) instead. He was always there to support Xiaobei and protects her from anyone hurting her feelings.

He's also one of the hairdressers with talent, but never got to develop it. As the show progress, his character matures from a homely guy-next-door to a more responsible professional after he goes to Neo-Image.

Towads the end, he almost ends up with Apple (his collegue) or Qing Kong. His relationship with the girls are not that developed, but is left off as a cliffhanger.

I actually feel there's more chemistry btw Yasi and Xiaobei when they were 'fighting' at the beginning than when they started to fall in love. I like the attic scenes very much.

Yurong is the guy on farthest right.

Ah so that's YuRong! Yeah He always plays supporting roles to Ming Dao and Sam. I always wondered if the other guys would flourish if given bigger roles like Ming Dao and Sam but then through seeing Zhu Fangang act in this series and Frog Prince, I seriously think he should stick with singing instead of acting. Acting just doesn't come natural to him as Ming Dao seem to have a knack for.

Man I saw the commercial or something for Frog Prince and man, Ming Dao can be silly and funny, He was serious like JunHao and then cute and funny for one instant and serious again. Hahaha I want to pinch his cheeks so cute!

Even though Yurong always plays supporting roles, I always find it enjoyable to see him. He is like a puzzle in the show. In Prince Frog, his character was so funny when he was playing cards with the chief, the nerdy servant, the cleanuplady with Jun Hao right behind him.
Xiao Zhe Ming in Magician of Love becoming a star in the end. Xiao first showing up with that WIERD car were all entertaining.

I thought Zhu Fangang was pretty good in both series, although he was rather stiff. But since he's in a supporting role and his character doesn't have much dimension, he can't really flaunt his talent. If he does, I guess he'd be stealing the limelight away from Ming Dao and Sam.

I felt the supporting cast did pretty well in this series.

I agree with you totally. His prescence was always such a gem. He's very casual, makes people laugh and lets you empathize with him. His character is always really cute too.

    HI Nefertari!
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions and give me more info about the series. I hope to talk more with you later. Thank you so much for all of the pix too. They look really nice. Yea, even though Ehlo is usually a supporting character, he is such a gem and is really likeable. I have seen him in real life in behind the scenes footage and gosh is he funny and adorable. Ming Dao, Sam, Jacky and Johnny are all really funny too. The soundtrack for this series is great too. Jacky and YU Rong/Ehlo are the lead vocals in most of the songs. I only saw Jacky in Frog Prince and thought he was funny, but since his role was so limited, I am not sure how good his acting is. His singing is really good though.

Yea, Ming Dao is really sweet and funny. He is also really brave... I was just watching some behind the scenes footage of him and the other members of 183 Club and gosh they are all sooo cute and funny. There was one part where they were at the filiming site for one of their MVs. They were on top of a building(but it wasn't that high) and Jacky told him to jump off of the building(in English too) and he did!!! Johnny was teasing him and saying that he was like an old beggar that was not sacred of these types of things. So funny!!!

How was the lead actress in here?? What about the supporting actresses. I noticed that Wei Ru and Xiao Jie(I think that is her name) are also in here. They are 2 of the members of the 7 Flowers group.

It's pleasure ansering your questions. Anyway I love discussing about whis show and 183 too. They're really really nice. Yes, I love behind the scenes footage and their appearances on variety shows. It was so laughable and funny when i watched them on youtube. They connect with people very well and you feel they're just like some close friends and people you know in your circle, someone you can talk to very easily like brothers.

is that a real building or a prop building? I can't imagine him jumping off a real building and not getting hurt.

I like the lead actress very much despite some people saying she's snobbist. I thought she had a lot of spirit, humane and her own style. She's very funny and candid and she had real chemistry with Ming Dao. I thought Qiao En's good with Ming Dao, but I like Xiaobei even more, even her name Bei Ruoyi was unusual in the show. I find her a very sincere actress.

Xiaojie acted as Xiaobei's neighbour and best friend and her role is supporting and likeable. I can't remember much about Wei Ru's role. I think she's one of the Neo Image assistant. BTW, do you know why 7 Flowers have only four singers? Qiao En is getting prettier and prettier.

Weiru was Shen Ge's ex fiancee who supposedly "ran away" and then ended up with Jacky, causing Richie to be injured by Shen Ge's men.

Xiao Qiao was the tennis star whose hair was cut by Qiaoqiao.

7 Flowers only have 4 singers, because the others either left or got kicked out.

    Hey Nefertari!
Yea, I love discussing about 183 Club too. They are truly unique and special!I have just ordered this series and can't wait to get it. I hope that it is as good as everyone says. Yea, I love how they share such a special bond and how nice they are to their fans and other people. I saw how they were welcomed in Hong Kong. Jacky was the only one who can speak Cantonese. It was so funny when Sam tried tp speak it. Ming Dao made some mistakes and Jacky had to correct him... So cute...
Oh no, the building was a prop building that they used for one of their MVs. I don't think Jacky and other members would have teased Ming Dao about jumping down if it were a real building... He would have gotten hurt. I think they all care about each other so wouldn't do that to each other.
Oh so Xiao Bei had even more chemistry than Qiao En?? I really can't wait to see that then.. I already think that Qiao En has a lot of chemistry with Ming Dao already. I think Qiao En is more cute than pretty. I love her singing and speaking voice.
It is great to see the other members of the 7 flowers. I was wondering about the 7 flowers too. Thanks to foreva for answering the question. Do you know who the members are and why they left or got kicked out?

Zaizai was kicked out because she had an affair with Toro (ex. energy member who is now in Typhoon), n j-stars are not supposed to develop relationships with those in the same company.

Thanks for the info foreva and Kay Thi... Oh so that was what happened. I heard that it is a strict rule for members of the same company to date. I didn't realize that some of them actually broke the rules and got punished for it. I think Toro still works for J star though, why didn't he get kicked out?

Back on topic... I just finally finished this series today!!! I actually really like it. There were some characters that I couldn't stand at times, but after seeing the whole series.... I actually ended up not disliking them as much. I think Ming Dao and Joanne have even more chemistry than Joe and Ming Dao did in Frog Prince. But one of the things that I didn't like was how Xiao Bei would not admit that she really loves Ya Si and not Er Chi.I also wish that Ya Si could have done the same because their love triangle really made me run in circles. That took quite awhile and kind of made me frustrated. However, overall the story was pretty good and many of the characters had a lot of dimensions than the ones in Frog Prince. But I like both of the series....

The cast in here did a good job too, both the supporting and main cast. I really like Xiao Jie and Yu Rong. Gosh, they are so cute and funny.... Joanne did a good job too. Ming Dao, Sam and Jacky were good too.

By the way, there is one thing that I don't understand. I thought that ZHe Ming and that one Chou Mei girl were siblings? How come they ended up together?? I don't get that...

They weren't siblings, Its just ZheMing's mother took her in but no blood relation at all. Characters with a lot of dimensions? How so? I found parts of this series to be quite draggy particuluarly towards the end, with Richie and Xiao Bei's relationship coming to an end....it started to get messy.
