Kong Long Zi said, "OK, pay attention. Let me explain the 1st Sword - the General Index Sword. From this few simple strokes you can derive countless variations which encompass all of swordsmanship. How you fare would depend very much on yourself. In fact you can even surpass me."

He then picked up a sturdy wooden stick and guided Ah Jiang's movements, which was clumsy and ungainly at first but soon became fluid and rapid. He thrust the stick randomly towards Ah Jiang who managed to block or evade all of them. He then proceeded to explain how to change from defence to attack and immediately turn the tables on the enemy.

Kong Long Zi said, "The best defence is attack. When you attack your opponent until he can do nothing but defend, how can he attack you? If he can't attack you, you won't have to defend."

Seeing that Ah Jiang roughly understood the basics, he went on to explain the Sword-breaking Stance, Knife-breaking Stance, Spear-breaking Stance, Mace-breaking Stance, Whip-breaking Stance, Palm-breaking Stance and Projectile-breaking Stance.

By this time Ah Jiang was getting more confused and the sword strokes he executed looked messy and weak.
Kong Long Zi said, "There's no need to memorize everything. Just understand the principles and apply them based on instinct. The key to using the Dugu 9 Swords well is flexibility."

Ah Jiang said, "Alright. I think I know now. Er, so far you have only taught me 8 of the Swords. What is the last one?"

Kong Long Zi warned, "Do not be over-confident, though. That is the key to defeat."

Ah Jiang quickly got on his knees and said, "Thank you, master!"

Kong Long Zi said, "Do not call me master. I already said I didn't teach you anything. You taught yourself. I imparted the Dugu 9 Swords to you and I have done my duty. It's your duty to pass it down now. Farewell and good luck."

Ah Jiang, Bao Hua and Li Xiao Sheng then bade Kong Long Zi farewell and set off in the direction of Szema Mok and his party.

Ah Jiang, Bao Hua and Li Xiao Sheng continued their journey to contact Szema Mok and the others. They reach a small town, and decided to rest their feet there."

Ah Jiang said, "With my sword, I will protect you girls!"

Bao Hua and Li Xiao Sheng both laughed loudly.

Bao Hua replied, "Congrats brother Ah Jiang on learning the Dugu 9 Swords. Now, we can go find that Korean guy and defeat him. And also contact brother Szema..."

Ah Jiang said, "Eh, you missed him?"

Bao Hua smiled gently with her head blushed.

Li Xiao Sheng said, "Ah Jiang, aren't you jealous?"

Ah Jiang smiled, "I am, of course, but Sir Mok is better than me by thousand times! Miss Bao is better off with her."

Everyone laughed, their voices could be heard.

Nightime soon reached, and they decide to rest their feet at a small inn.

His uncle replied, "Kong Long Zi is a very nice guy, you're also a very honest boy. Go pull up your courage and kill that Korean guy. So what if its the Dugu 9 Swords, let me teach you a better martial arts.'

His uncle then started to transfer enormous internal energy into his body.

Ah Jiang whispered, "Uncle, where have you been?"

His uncle smiled, "You've finally found the secret behind the inn and the beancurds."

Ah Jiang replied, "On yes the secret, I haven't found it."

His uncle said, "Dugu 9 Swords is the secret."

Ah Jiang said, "What?"

His uncle said, "I only have a few hours left, so just listen. I'm going to teach you this, this martial arts that I have stolen from Shaolin. It's Yin Jin Jing and some supreme 72 martial arts of Shaolin."

Ah Jiang said, "Yin Jin Jing??? What's that???"

His uncle said, "I got it from the library from Shaolin, I nearly got killed for taking it. I promise to return by leaving a note to the abbot. I'll need to return it before my last breath. You just learn as much as you could."

His uncle then teach him everything that he knows, from simple Dog Beating Techniques and formation of the Beggars' Clan, to some Shaolin 72 Supreme Arts martial arts and lastly the Yi Jin Jing.

His uncle said, "Good kid, go kill the evil, bye."

And he flew out of the window, with blood flowing out of this mouth. Ah Jiang look on with tears in his eyes.

A point to note, however.
Only complete mastery of the entire YJJ will allow an exponent to reach Level 10 in terms of internal power. So Ah Jiang would only have reached Level 8 or at most Level 9.

Li Kang walked through the entrance...as it was pretty early in the morning, there were very few customers and he could pick to sit wherever we wanted. He chose the seat next to the window that gave him a view of the lake.

As he sat down, he leaned his bamboo cane againt the table. Before he could finish, a waiter rushed up to him.

"What Can I get you sir?"

"Just a bowl of rice poridge and some tea will be fine."

"It'll be right up sir," said the waiter as he scurried off.

A few moments later......

Li kang sat there enjoying his meal...the was the first time that he had seen the mainland for years and admiring the country side greatly calmed him.

As he sat there, he thought to himself, "I need to get out of this Japanese garb...people have been giving me weird looks. Maybe that's what I'll do today."

Li Kang suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest and began to cough violently.

Li Kang had suffered from tuberculosis since the age of 16. He found that he could use his nei gong to stop the pain. As time went on however, the disease got worse and worse and it became more difficult to suppress the pain. Li had gone to Japan to search for a doctor who could cure him, but to no avail.

As Li removed his hand from his mouth, blood dripped from his palm.

"Are you ok sir?" asked the waiter.

"I want to rent a room so i can rest"

"I'll take care of it sir."

A few moments later.............

Li sits on his bed using nei gong to nurse himself. His body emits a great amount of power easily felt by anyone 20ft away.

I have been thinkin of ways of slotting in Ah Jiang's uncle into the plot, now it's finished.

Its crazy. Why would his uncle know Dog beat arts unless his uncle is beggar clan leader? Why would a beggar clan leader steal martial arts from Shaolin? Especially when he has the ability to go in and out of Shaolin alive? Why would a beggar clan leader has such a lowly nephew? How can you learn YJJ in one day? Why would an uncle risk so much for a nephew?

Enough biatching, its your char and your story. Now my bet is on Ah jiang to destroy Szema and anyone else. Can we make him evil? , certainly sound suspect learning the secret of beancurds and stealing martial arts scripts.

A man walked into the room of which Szema Mok and his fellow friends were standing. The man looked to be really old but was really athletic. His grayed hair was shining bright as the setting sun's ray shot through the window. He looked at Szema Mok then to Li Shen Si then to Wang Min Zhi then at last to Siu Xiang. He had a look of curiousity upon his old face.

"May I help you?" asked the man politely.

"Yes. You must be the Chief of Fortune Prestige Escort Agency House, Lin Yuantu," said Szema Mok as he cupped his hands in respect. The others followed.

"You don't look like you've came for some escort business...," said Lin Yuantu as he scanned Szema Mok.

"No of course we didn't. We've came to...," explained Szema Mok.

After Szema Mok finished his explaination Lin Yuantu's face turned extremely red.

"Uhh...I think our business is done here. I think we'll be leaving now...," said Szema Mok quickly. He swiftly rushed out of the door...the others followed.

Okay, actually it's kind of crazy to me too , but that's what makes the plot interesting.

Basically uncle is teaching and showing every martial arts that he knows and saw before. Uncle initially refuse to teach him martial arts, because he wants both of them to live peacefully and happilly as beggars.

Uncle don't know much about Dog Beating technique, but he saw it before, so he show it to Ah Jiang, so that maybe Ah Jiang may learn something.

Similarly, for the Dog Beating Formation, most elders knew the Dog Beating Formation. Uncle learned a bit, so he teached him.

Uncle kept a low profile in the Beggars' Clan. He's actually quite good and resourceful. He managed to get into Shaolin, escape but also got hit severely .

Ah Jiang only learn bits and pieces of YJJ, probably only 20-30 percent.

Uncle has been living with Ah Jiang for twenty years. They are close like father and son.

Xiao Sheng, Bao Hua, and Ah Jiang walked at a tremendous speed for the next 4 hours until they reached the neighboring city of Hoiyang. They bought three healthy looking horses and continued their journey on horse after eating lunch.

Ah Jiang had never felt this excited. He, the lame beggar of the Beggars Clan, was actually the inheriter of the legendary Dugu Sword! His ego was growing...

They continued their journey towards the capital city until dusk...

Li Kang had begun to follow Ah Jiang and party. He noticed that Ah Jiang had lots of energy, but it seemed too chaotic. He was curious of it's origin so he followed the party, but never let them notice.
