Roger did not sing those songs. The one singing for Roger is Wong Cho Lam 王祖藍, who happen to be a TVB kids programme host.

The themesong, of course is sung by Liza. Think it is the same title as the series.

The ending theme, is a duet by Charmaine and Wong Cho Lam (on Roger's behalf). The title is 像霧又像花 (Like Mist, Like Flower).

*edited, sorry... I previously mistaken another subtheme, the title is 往事只能回味 (Past is only for reminiscence), as the ending theme. It is just another subtheme sang by Charmaine.

Beat me . I don't know either, it just say 片尾曲 (ending theme) and 插曲 (subtheme) in the ending credits...

Gosh, Kam Yeen (Liza) and Lan's father (Chun Pui) never cease to irritate me.

Less start with the lesser annoyance. I can't believe that Lan's father believed Sai Dee (Joel) bluff and gambled all the money away just like that! And to think a seasoned gambling addict like him will know better! The money was not his, it was Lan's inheritance, since the land he sold belong to his wife' side. However, he still have a good heart and he was never intentionally mean to others. He also advised Lan not to fall for Ling Fung.

About Kam Yeen. Granted, she was heartbroken and sad after the fake 'son' stole all her money and her last photo with her son, but she doesn't feel a little remorseful toward Kiu and bandmates. Not only does she refused to listen to Kiu's advise, she took all the money (remember she pawned of Kiu son's guitar instead of her own jewelleries? ), but the bandmates possession were stolen by the fake son as well!

Ling Fung felt sorry and told her the truth (though a tad too late, but then again, Fung's antenna is a bit short), she pinned all the blame on Fung! I was also "Huh?" like Fung when she threw a tantrum and blamed others for her own undoing.


Lan is also approaching annoyance level for me, though I'm a big fan of Charmaine. With all her drooling over Fung and her immaturity (the scene in the makeup room where she screamed at others not to make fun of Fung)... I just wished Fung break her heart soon so that the storyline can move to her being a singer.

So roger doesn't sing in dis series coz it really sounded like his voice. But i was quite doubtful coz i don't really think he was da singing kind I'm waiting to hear charmaine sing coz i've not heard sing before. I did not watch dop so i hav not heard her singing. I wonder how she will do.

She sings the theme song for Dance of Passion and Perish in the Name of Love. Her voice is ok.

I did not know she sang da themes song for perish in the name of love. I wonder how her voice will sound like in dis series. She has dis speech problem thing so how will she be able to sing properly? I bet she will be able to sing with no problem but when she speaks she has a problem. Well i guess we will hav to wait & see. I can't wait for dat part to come.

Charmaine begins to sing in ep10.. she sings a russian song.. then u get to hear her sing more in ep12.. shes got a nice voice really suits those songs...and also her speech problem is also gone in ep12.. good stuff..

往事只能回味 is Charmaine's subtheme in the series. The original singer in the 70's is Yau Nga, whom Charmaine is suppose to represent here.

I like Charmaine's acting in episode 12. Granted, I'm her fans but she is really convincing as the uncouth village girl Ah Lan. I'm also happy that she sang quite well... sure it was pre recorded but she still sound lovely...

Wow! I have to say that Charmaine really reminds me of Linda in those screenshots you posted sehseh. I think they can play sisters as their facial structures are similar and both act similar characters and have a very feminine and demure aura about them. Kinda like Maggie Cheung and Tavia Yeung. Anyways, I thought Lan was reaching an annoyance level for you?
