I think it was great that XXF's costume got torn by invisible sword chi, and that Y13's sword moves are all circular like taichi.

And that the fight was on a hillside in HK that is the same background for at least 50 other wuxia fight scene.

That was supposed to be their artistic interpretation of time freezing and [DEATH] descending onto the world.

    傅紅雪冷道,“現在你臉上豈非已經戴上了個面具?”

Is that Norman Chu and Alex Man?

    Sadly, not much action there.

Yeah...honestly, I'm not too impressed. Granted, technology sucked back then, but if it were to be done today, there would be two factors I want:

    1) Some form of bullet-time to show time freezing, and

    2) At the very last moment, when time freezes, a grim darkness should begin to settle across the entire scene...then dissipate after Yan Shisan's suicide.

    What suicide?
    Because I'm somewhere in between,

They should've brought out another guy literally dressed as the grim reaper with disco lights a flashin' all around them. That would've been awesome.

Wait, I've got one better. The sword turns INTO a mini-Grim Reaper, reaching out with the scythe to take Xie Xiaofeng's life...then the scythe turns around and plunges into Yan Shisan's own throat.
