I play tennis and baseball/softball. Used to play basketball the most back in the day, but now I feel like I'm too old to play basketball cuz the game is too strenuous. Takes longer to recover from soreness than I used to.

I am not particularly good at anything, but I know what I am doing. I.e., I am not one of these guys who can't even catch a thrown ball with a baseball glove or one who looks gay doing so.

Out of the options above, I could only choose Tennis. What sport is netball? This is the first time I've heard of it.

Table tennis. I play that every week and that's pretty much the only sport I play.

Netball is mainly a girl's game, similar to basketball but without a backing board behind the net. With ball in hand the girl is not allowed to move, not even bounce it and run, and has to pass it to another girl in position. I think.
