i thought they had only recently started filming again and they're rushing to get it done. What's all the talk about Ariel losing weight for the role if the series is out already?

my personal opinion is that the series will be ok, but it will be 'taiwanese soapie meets wuxia'

but the director li guo li is not from taiwan.

I do find it odd too. But the shop lady told me she'll be having the series. I'm going back in town this weekend to see if she has the series or not.

Liu Shi Shi is so wooden. I rather watch a tree than watching her.

Ariel in the clips i saw and her repeated slapping of her Jing Ge Ge reminds of one of those dumb taiwanese heroines

my impression is 'shan cai' from meteor garden only in ancient clothes

I don't think no Du*o*ng Khang is uglierrrrrrrrrrrr than Cha^u Kie^.t in the 2003 version, dam, he was freakingly ugly, hahahahha

Somehow I don't think Ho^` Ca look dumb/naive enough for the role of Qua'ch Ti.nh, but oh well, there's nothing we can say about it now, the series will be release soon??? I hope they will remake Heaven Sword & Dragon Sabre though

They're just retakes. From the thread on asianfanatics, there's an article that talked about it. It was how Ariel didn't want to hit Hu Ge but she had to slap him (ONCE) for a certain scene in the series. But I think the director kept wanting to re-shoot the scene over and over again. So by the time that the director was finally satisfied, Ariel felt really bad about slapping Hu Ge so much. I really don't think they're trying to make it into another "dumb taiwanese" series so don't worry!

anticipating this series cause i love the story so much.......but iono......I still think shui ling is still a better actress acting wise and looks in LOCH03........she was beautiful and she look great in the fight scenes.......iono bout the new chick here.......

I don't think the series will be out anytime soon.. what with poor hu ge having got into accident and ariel was needed for filming in ISWAK2.. but i read everything is on full swing now... (at least, all the hype about the series has increased)
