i was reading around to get myself caught up with the shooting of the drama...i am glad to hear that the shooting is done....i read alot of post about ariel not fitting the role rong er...but everyone agrees she is a not a bad actress...i think we are all just waiting for this to come out and judge for ourselves...i know i am waiting for the show to air...

me too!! when i first saw her picture in another series (liao zhai qi nu zi) i thought it was liu yi fei! but liu yi fei is prettier and can act better. isnt it ironic though, that both their last names are liu? maybe theyre sisters

Hi everyone! This is my first post in spcnet, and it's going to LOCH, because it's my most anticipated series right now! I'm really looking forward to seeing how the characters and their relationships are portrayed in this LOCH. From what I've seen so far, I love both of the main character couples, Hu Ge and Ariel Lin and Yuan Hong and Liu Shi Shi. I think they're all good choices for their characters, although different from the "typical" image from previous LOCHs. (Heh, and that's part of why I'm looking forward to it so much!) I'm really excited about Yuan Hong, especially, because he's a great actor, and I think he'll bring a lot to the role of Yang Kang. I already know Hu Ge and Ariel are good actors, so even with such challenging roles, I know they'll be able to bring their characters to life. I haven't seen Liu Shi Shi act before (other than in the previews, lol), but she looks cute, and I know she worked really hard for her role as Mu Nianci. I like the camaraderie among the 4 main actors, too - they all seem to work together really well. Hee, and I'm looking forward to the side characters, too. *waves to everyone from AF*

The only thing I'm sad about for LOCH is that we have to wait until July-ish to watch Hopefully, the time will pass quickly!

Hi Radken, thanks for the welcome! Heh, I think it depends on the person. I know some people who are saying "another LOCH??!" and other people who are saying "YAY! another LOCH!!" In general, though, LOCH is a great novel; I can't blame people for wanting to watch LOCH over and over again, especially to try to find a version that best fits their idea of the novel.
