Ah thanks Suet Sueng. I guess my money will be well spent on the VCDs then. Always wanted to watch it back some years ago but never found the time to. When I saw this thread, I decided to check the themevideo and it looks pretty good. However, got to save up some more money and focus on my studies until I get more time to watch it, LOL.

Was there ever a sequel produced to this series? For the Thai VCDs, there appears to be two versions of this. One with about 14-15 cases, which seems like the full version mentioned here, and one with 7 DIFFERENT cases.

Just a question,did anyone watched all of the cases.I saw the case with Yu Li and Ray Liu and he said that he will look for her.She told that she would wait for him,is that really true? I mean are they together or is this just a single love relationship in one case?

I tried watching all the cases but there could be ones I haven't found and missed. One of these days I'll have to buy the DVD set.

Ray Liu did have feelings for her but I don't think that story line was picked up again.

Here is Gilbert, who is trialed for murder of a prostitute at a brothel.
But Gilbert is really the victim and Kenny Lin is the murderer. I forget but I think theres another scholar that was killed too. Gilbert's character is a bright scholar and Kenny Lin is his friend who is always envious of Gilbert.
