Default TVB's Characters' Names Reused for other series

It seems TVB not only reuse ancient costumes but they also reuse names of characters in one series in another series too.

Greed Mask - Roger Kwok = Ko Fung
Revolving Doors of Vengeance - Joe Ma = Martin Ko Fung

Love Bond - Kenix Kwok =Hoi Sum
RDOV - Ella Kong = Hoi Sum

    Do you know any?
I just love how you Captivate My Mind

I love TVB-Hong Kong series. They're more funny and real life stories.

Why do they use Chan Wai Keung so much? And why do the characters with it are either murderers or suspects? (In To Catch The Uncatchable and Bar Benders).
