question: does rain smoke? just curious. cuz it seems like his lips has gotten darker over the years/months. just wondering, cuz me being a smoker and seeing others that smoke, i noticed that our lips starts getting darker from smoking. don't seem like he would. maybe he's sick and just overly exhausted? yea, i'll go w/that theory.

also, haven't been here for a while since school has kept me busy along w/this govt. job i've been working on. hmmm, does any1 know if he's planning on coming back to the US for another concert and where and when?

NO! Rain doesn't smoke. he was badly beaten for it during hs school days.
He drinks, but Rain will NEVER SMOKE. it's a promise he made to his parents.

"Tears Fell because LA Concert was Cancelled"

Singer Rain cried and looked around forlornly when LA concert was cancelled.

"My fans are more important than the stage to me."

Rain, who has been preparing whole-heartedly for the LA concert, couldn't help but break down in tears when the concert was cancelled on the day of performance.

According to Star M, which has been preparing for the Rain LA concert,
after hearing about the cancellation, Rain insisted on going for the performance even if the stage is incomplete.

Star M's representative and SPN said this over an international call,
"Rain saw his incomplete stage and cried."
"He is weary from insisting on continuing the performance even though the stage is incomplete."

Rain heard that the performance was impossible, and saw the fans who came to the concert despite not understanding a word of English (Korean??). He kept repeating his wish to apologise to them directly.

Rain wanted to apologise directly to the fans because even though the cancellation was not caused by him, he wanted to do something for the fans within his ability.

Rain insisted on meeting the fans at the concert site, but was strongly advised to give up and leave the premises. Star M, who is in charge of his LA concert, has formally announced the cancellation. Star M and SPN representatives stated the reason "cancelled due to complicated problems" on the international call.

Presently, many fans, especially the Korean fans, are very worried.

You have already heard some details about the concert...

I do not wish to disclose any of these details (I hope you understand).

But his overwhelming desire to perform, his words "even if I only get to sing one song" and "I want to keep my promise" are still ringing by my ears.

At the fan-meeting, there are fans who weeped along with Rain when he said his heart is aching.

The true meaning of "family" is to be able to stick through thick and thin together, I guess.

Rain has come so far and have spent so much effort in crossing such a big hurdle. The Cloud family and me cannot do this on his behalf. We should say words like "work hard!", wish him well, encourage him and tell him "you can do it!" to show your faith in him.

Cloud family, let's not say we're sad or that we're tired anymore. Let us get our spirit up. We should be giving louder encouragements than when times are good.

Because of sadness, I will stop here today. From tomorrow onwards, please think positive and have faith that things will only become better.

Rain has left for Berlin for filming at 1pm LA time.

OMG!!!! I was eating supper and watching tv at work. All of a sudden this commercial for promoting South Korea as a travel destination came on and OMG!!!!! RAIN WAS IN IT! I don't mean just a flash of him but he was like the main person who was inviting people to visit South Korea! Has anyone seen it? It was so cool! Oh, he spoke English by the way. I'm on youtube looking for it!
