I have just seen My Blueberry Nights. Well, I don't really know whether I loved the movie or I hated it. Since, the movie received poor comments, I watched it without any expectation. I just wanted to enjoy it. But it seems something missing from the movie. I felt like I watched a half movie. This movie doesn't make you feel complete. I have loved all of Wong Kar Wai's feature length films. Usually his movies are about mood. If you can't get into the characters mood you won't enjoy the movie. But this time I couldn't feel the characters' mood. Maybe the cast was mismatched, maybe Wong Kar Wai didn't go there full heartily. Maybe I should watch it again, but not in the near future.

Dinner for Schmucks. Although all became well at the end, I really wanted to punch the schmuck during most of the movie. I know I'm taking it too seriously, but he was so annoying.

Rewatched one of my favorite movies, A Walk to Remember. Good to be reminded why it's special.

Les Misérables (1998) - my third viewing. I love it even though it's not a faithful adaptation of the book. I like the ending in the movie better.

Brokeback Mountain - Loved it, great acting, great story. Very depressing though.

Inception - It was really good, but it didn't blow me away just yet, though I may take a couple of days to dwell on this before it does, like I did with Requiem for a Dream.

My last rewatch of this got me to dislike Cosette and her naivete. I have always loved Liam Neeson and Geoffrey Rush in this adaptation. I like it. I wish I could go see the musicial.

Finally got around to watch Cinderella Man. Good performance with Russell Crowe. He got the voice for Jersey. Really cringe whenever a fighter hits his ribs or punch him in the face. It looks painful.

I don't like Claire Danes, so I've never been a fan of her Cosette. Fortunately, Liam Neeson and Geoffrey steal/save the show. Uma Thurman put in a good (although short-lived) performance as well.

I'm about to watch The Orphanage. Or What Dreams May Come. Haven't quite decided yet.

Watched The Ugly Truth at a friend's house. A Movie filled with battle of the sexes differences, a cliche plot, with some sexual innuedo jokes and dirty jokes. But it was funny.

But I don't know about men's self-improvement stoped at toilet training.

I just watched "Salt". I liked it very much, though there were still questions remaining unanswered by the end of the movie.

    The Thin Red Line
Seen it at least 5 times and it still gets better with each viewing. Possibly the best war movie I know.
