Any thoughts? My friends and I are debating between seeing this or "Devil" this weekend.

I liked it, particularly for it's ending. Depends on what you want in a movie.
I'll tell you now, if you watch buried, get comfortable watching the coffin for a long time. Buried delivers well on suspense and does a good job of expressing the anxiety of feelings of the protagonist.
Don't see it though if you want to see things happen, the whole movie is about the dialogue.

The fact that the entire movie is filmed in one setting with one actor is actually what intrigued me. And I love movies that have more focus on the narrative rather than the imagery, so I'll most likely check this out. Thanks!

Identity, starring John Cusack. Not bad.

Not really 'just'... but it was only on Saturday that I watched this animation movie...

    "Paprika".

It's pretty good, though it is confusing in the first few segments of the movie. Looking to catch "Perfect Blue" next.

Legend Of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga'hoole.

I went into the theatre without any knowledge of the movie yet bearing a "boring movie" intuition. Out of my expectation, it was not bad but not worthy to catch on 3D, IMO, despite the very detailed and impressive graphical works by some English studio.

The plot is average but the action scenes are slightly above-average. Their kind of action is, I would say, the "John Woo-type" action. The bad guys were less impressive than they appeared to be.

    Skyline.
I thought this movie was about cars. Why do they bother making alien movies?

Saw "In Love with the Dead" or something like that in UMW Toyota while waiting for my car to be serviced. Starring Shawn Yue and Stephy Tang. Didn't realise it was a ghost story until about halfway through (even if the title was a bit morbid and there were some references to reading ghost comics). I thought the title reference was for Stephy to die and Shawn's love for her after she's gone... or if she came back it would be a romantic tragedy like "Chinese Ghost Story". It was really well done, and I think I really like Shawn and Stephy's acting. The ending was terrible, though, and leaves you thinking "what was the whole point of the show then?".

    Enjoy.
I totally got a crush on Helen Mirren watching that film, I know.
    And will do.

It was an entertaining movie. I know I'm not spose to take the action scenes seriously, but the cop car scene had me burst out laughing. I love Malkovich's character, and the Russian.

Ssanghwajeom. Would have been better without all that gratuitous sex and without Jo In-seong (or more precisely - with a better actor taking his place).
But I liked it. A lot.
