That was pretty funny. So does Edison have an MTV show that's similar to Ashton Kutcher's "Punk'd"? I guess i saw it was called "Whatever Things." Sounds like a literal translation or something. Anyway, i thought it was interesting to see that one girl be bold enough to kiss Edison on the cheek after he tries to scare her. She probably thought it was so cute of him that she couldn't help but try and kiss him. "Oh, Edison"! That was nice of him to let her.

Edison Chen was named one of the world's sexiest man alive by People Magazine. I don't see what's so sexy about Edison for he can't sing/act and he always look stoned in my opinion. I think that American people just haven't seen true sexy Asian actors/men whatever....

I don't know much about this guy except that I have heard of his name. Then I noticed that he has a Friendster page and a blog. He is such a chigger. He writes like he's some ghetto gangster. I guess that's his image to be a bad boy.

From the comments though, it seems lots of girls wanna spread for him.

I don't think he's even that good looking... but then I ain't gay so what do I know.

Btw, is he really only 145 lbs and 5'10"? That makes him as skinny as me!

edison may not be the best actor nor the greatest singer nor the most good-looking man alive but imo, there are actors worse than him (leo ku--can neither sing nor act nor is good looking! hehehe)

i don't really know him that much but have seen some of his movies. when i actually found out his name, i've also found out that not a lot of people like him. and i actually tried to listen to some of his songs, but i couldn't tell if he's good or not since i'm vietnamese so i can't tell the difference (ehh...). but i still think he's cute in some of the movies, but somewhat gayish at the same time (because the way he tries to look cool).

Yeah, when Edison speaks English he sounds really ghetto. I had to cringe a bit when i heard him speak English in Gen Y Cops. I guess first off Gen Y Cops was way worse than Gen X Cops and then Edison speaking English with a ghetto accent with that other guy was a little bit much. However, he sounded much better in The Grudge 2. He sounded more "normal." I'm thinking that he just likes to talk like that...with a ghetto accent like it's really cool or something.

I actually think he's pretty cute but since i don't really like anything else about him, my interest in him has died down quite a bit. I'm not into the type of music he sings either.

Hmm, Edison doesn't look 5'10" to me. He looks shorter than that. I would guess more 5'8" or 5'9" (if even). He's more like Nic Tse's height which i would guess around 5'8".

The way he writes is definitely not like a typical celeb. It almost sounds like he tries to be a gangsta rapper, to draw an American analogy. If that's who he really is then that's cool, but if it's not, then it's just as bad as another idol tries to be goody two shoes to hold up an image: like Aaron Kwok claiming to be a virgin at age 30.

Edison Chen has some topless pics on his friendster page if any ladies are interested (or gay dudes).

I haven't heard any of his songs, from what most people say, I guess he can't sing. You could say that about a buncha idols, however.

sometimes when he speaks and writes English I wonder if its because he's required to talk that way or something. cause he's not young anymore and I'm pretty sure he has reached some maturity level and especially now he should start cleaning up the way he speaks.

Jimmy does look like Edison in this pic from Jimmy's new series My Lucky Star. I remember when Edison first started out he was called the taller version of Jimmy Lin. Jimmy is 5' 8".

That was Edison's voice in The Grudge 2. Maybe it depends on the character he plays. Edison's character was a bit more on the "ghetto" side in Gen Y Cops hence the ghetto accent. His character was a photographer in The Grudge 2 so maybe that's why he sounded fine in it. I think Edison has a cute face too but i can also see that he's aged a little bit in The Grudge 2.
