Hi guys , this is my 1st post but long time lurker. Recently my cable tv has started showing an early 90s Faye wong tvb drama and she looked absolutely stunning. 1st thing in my mind was she could be the perfect xiao long nu!! Better than idy chan , liu yifei and definitely destroys michelle chen's portrayal. it's a shame, do you guys have the same opinion?

I am actually a big fan of her's so I might be slightly bias, but I agree. She had the right look for it and a similar personality. As for the reason why it never happened? She would've been expensive or she didn't want to would be my guess.
