I had to give up caffeine for a while, and I have to say, it was one fo the hardest parts in my life.

I'm a tea drinker. Can't stand coffee, like someone else wrote like the smell but cant stand the stuff. But i usally drink water though cuz tea makes me use the restroom too much ahah

my coffee without sugar and for tea if's western tea I use milk, if it's asian tea (chinese or japanese) no milk.

my fave is Japanese tea with roasted rice (Genmacha) the smell and taste are great. 2nd fave is teh tarik, I think it's malaysian.

my fave coffee is Sumatran coffee, especially if it's boiled with water and just add milk, yummy!

I also like my coffee n tea very hot, doesn't matter what is the weather. I always have my coffee in the morning or I will be a little disfunctional during the day

i thought "kung fu" tea was the style you make it in...not the tea itself. i've only tried "tie guan yin" in the kung fu style though
