it's hard to judge a movie based on a trailer.

however, i am hoping for the best as well...spiderman 1 and 2 were great...let's hope 3 is as good if not better!

i don't think we'll see Venom as the villain. judging by the trailer, it looks like Peter Parker gets the symbiote and the movie is about him with the symbiote. I have a feeling that he movie will end just at where eddie brock gets the symbiote on himself

If I may, I think you mean Hobgoblin, Green Goblin is the Hobgoblin's father who died in the first movie.

Going by the comic books anyway. Not sure how the producers will name the new goblin.

I'm sure the name will remain the same and be given by J. Jonah Jameson like how he did to the villains in the first two movies.

Well the trailer does show that the venom symbiot will be spiderman's black outfit in Spiderman III

Each has its own good and bad points.

However to most comic fans, Superman is considered to be the greatest hero of all time. And the storyline for Superman Returns was cool, even the choice of the actor for the role of Superman. But the choice of actors and actresses for other parts seem to be not so great.

The trailer looks exciting with Tobey becoming Venom!? Hmm... with Gwen Stacy appearing in part 3, would it be another barrier between Peter & MJ? Harry as well lol

This is the only movie that I don't mind waiting in long lines on opening night. They actually showed part II recently on tv and I still enjoy watching it. The ending in part II still moves me, it's quite touching. Hopefully the spirit of the the third installment follows that of part I and II. I just love this series.
