In terms of character, i really see no way for YG to be better than GJ, unless you are a girl planning to have one super devoted husband who is willing to sacrifice the world for you.

I say GJ just because of his selfless acts. I think GJ loves HR just as much as YG does with XLN, but GJ wouldn't let his country falls for love. At least that's the impression I get. Otherwise, he would've stayed in Peach Blossom Island with his family instead of bringing them all out to fight and guard. GJ may be slower (or dumber to some people), but at least he thinks about other people's safety and well being instead of just his own. I could be wrong, but that's just me.

You are not wrong. GJ has WAY better character. It's true that GJ is selfless, puts others before himself. GJ is the hero. YG doesn't deserve to be called a hero.

YG and his XLN are selfish and annoying Mary Sue characters from start to end.

These two are different like night and day, in this case, "better" is just a matter of opinion and how one view their personality.

GJ is open, friendly and kind.

YG is aggressive, gives middle finger to the world, but can also be kind. (In his own way)

This is just a matter of who you want to hang out with more, so of course most would go with the friendly one GJ. I really can't vote, since I think both have their own strength in character. As much as I hate the world sometimes and just want to avoid it like YG, in this case, like many here, i'll lean more toward GJ as well. He has a nice characteristic for sure. And "xia" totally define him. Or the other way around.

By the way, if I may ask 0-0-0, (assuming ur still around) who is that girl on your avatar? She's quite pretty.

Agreed with Ken. GJ devoted his entire life and sacrificed his entire family's happiness to defend his country till his last breath while YG locked himself away in a tomb with XLN. YG should not be mentioned in the same breath as GJ!
