ZBT taught it to two people, GJ and XLN, and they both were able to learn it. So what's the prerequisite to tear this technique up?

Mind must be clear. Not crowded with lots of different thoughts. I guess, the person must be single-minded when training this skill.

determined, and focused. high concentration. straightforwardness. not the type to think to much. yet smart enough to learn martial arts.

i thought you were suppose to draw a square with one hand and a circle with the other..both at the same time..
What does "tear up" mean? Is this an inside joke or spcnet lingo?
Anyways, prereq is like the Nike slogan "Just do it". If you think too much about what you're doing (like Huang Rong who always thinks a lot), then you can't master the L/R technique. Mind probably needs to be cleared/blank when learning this skill.
