He's a bit of a wimp but his subordinates are loyal to him and love him.

Xu Zhu - 2

He gets 2 points for being likeable.

Guo Jing - 10

This man leads Xiang Yang against the mighty Mongolian army. Nuff said.

Yang Guo - 3

This guy is truly antisocial. Can't lead when you think everyone hates you. Gets 3 points for he is respected by many.

Zhang Wuji - 6

He's not leader material but he showed us what he could do when he poured his heart and soul into it and did a great job.

Linghu Chong - 1

When he tried to lead, he failed miserably. He should stick to drinking and being a pussywhipped.

Di Yun - 1

He has never led and he's bad at dealing with human beings.

Shi Potian - 1

He's a nice guy but totally hopeless. He seems to prefer being led by the nose.

Hu Fei - 1

Totally pussywhipped.

Hmm. Khan's and Candide's answers seem to agree with each other except for SPT and YCZ.

The answers that surprised be:

DY getting so high marks - given the kind of critisism's he often received from people (he being a wimp), I didn't expect him to get so high marks.

YG and LHC getting so low marks - these 2 guys are pretty decisive and well-liked by people around them. YG was also respected by many at the end of ROCH.

I'm now most interested in Xiao Banhe, see how he get so high marks from both Candide and Khan. I know nothing about him except that he's the hero of Yuan Yang Sabre. I'll read Yuan Yang Sabre to see how brilliant he is.

I think that's because the historical Deun Yu was a decent national leader, and Yeung Gor and Ling Wu Chung, for all their personal charisma, were known to be loners.
