I've liking Ohno more and more recently, out the five of them, I think my order of favourites would be Nino, Aiba, Ohno, Sho, Jun. The three in the middle tends to change position depending on what they are doing at the moment and the hairstyles they are sporting (yea I am superficial like that).

ha ha ha...I know exactly what you mean..my sister said I am superficial too..

Why do you like Ohno more now? Yay, I am glad that Aiba-chan is on top!

I don't know why I am liking Ohno more now... probably cause he was really fun to watch during the various year end shows. Just a feeling I guess, nothing I can really explain, I hardly pay any attention to him in the past, but my attention has been focused on him more frequently recently.

Most people around me don't seemed to like Ohno as much...I don't really know why. I am definitely not guilty of the Jun bait. I hope you are not upset but Jun was my least favourite Arashi member in the beginning but see he has improved in position now! ha ha...

haah...it's okay..more jun for me..just joking..but anyway everyone has their own preferences....i guess ohno has improved quite a bit in my view..used to really not like him but now he seems to be getting more fun to watch especially when he acts all dorky and blur...

My favourite arashi member is ohno or riida (leader) as they call him. He is so cute and he can be very funny and from watching arashi clips i just really like him. He is also the best singer and dancer by far. His voice is simply amazing. And have you seen his drawings and artworks? If he wasn't in arashi he would have been an artist.

Next i think is nino. Mainly because i am in love with konseki, a song which he wrote and sang at one of his concerts. Its such a moving song with such beautiful lyrics that i can't help but think that the person who wrote it must be someone special. Plus nino is such a trickster with his ni no arashi and he and ohno are so cute together. Ohmiya SK forever!

Saw a recent show of Arashi where they were dressed in Kimonos and attempting to do some traditional poetry rhyming thing. I was so ticked by Ohno and Aiba for this particular one. It seems that Arashi are mainly the people that manages to get the most laughs out of me and I really appreciate that, especially since I really don't know what's up with Pi these days. thks to my sis too that she always manages to keep my interest in Arashi through the latest stuff and pointing out things I prob would not have notice as quickly if left on my own.

25 Jan is Sho's birthday..he turns 25 on 25...Ohno was 26 on 26 (Nov) last year and Aiba 24 on 24 (Dec) last year....talk about coincidence or good timimg.

Everytime i listen to it, it makes me feel like there are so many simple things out there that i haven't appreciated because i've overlooked them. My favourite line is

Same here, I was v. touched by this song and I too thought that Nino gave a very emotional performance...so much so that I even commented that he seemed to have gone through some tramatic love experience in the past to be able to compose this song. My favourite line based on memory is the below:

For some reason, I was thinking that if Nino was my son and I saw him singing like that, I would feel my son's pain and am convinced that he was really deeply in love with the girl in question that somehow had died and left Nino behind. I know its strange that I would visuzlise this situation because I am definitley not old enough to be his mom! maybe his sister but somehow, that's was what I felt..could be because Nino looks so very young! and emotionally fragile in this performance.

I thought you made a very nice statement..that the song is so moving that you can't help but feel that the person who wrote it must be very special too. Btw, though I definitely like Nino lots, but my sister is the one that is in love with him!

Thats exactly how i would describe his performance. I like Nino a lot too but i don't love him in a "i want to marry him" style simply because he's such a little kid sometimes.

Thks for understanding. My sister says you have to get over his face and sometime kiddy renditions of songs. He is really not that childish at all. and I think Nino sings with his heart. On many levels, though, Nino and I shared similar ways of thinking but he is more laid back and musically talented than me.


You know, even though Nino is Yamapi's senpai and Pi respects him a lot, I always forget that Nino is older simply because Nino looks too young for his age and Pi looks rather mature for his.

I wonder how many of you have seen this? done by the JE cracksub team..and as their name suggests, they are really cracked! they bascially subbed over this clip of Nino on a variety show talking about Aono Hono. The clip is already funny in the beginning but with their imagination, they have basically turned this upside down. Must clarify that the content is totally Made Up!!!

Thanks heaps for the clips. That crackbuster one was hilarious. "Millions of fangirls waiting to stab me" line cracked me up. Though it could be highly possible. I mean Kattun fans are crazy enough to want to do it. But then again, i would think that arashi fans wouldn't be so crazy.

Don't mention it...I am happy to share gems too!...I know...I thought that line was very funny too. I especially like the part when Nino was subbed saying 'don't worry, they are not violent.'..so funny!!! That clip is a masterpiece, its so well-subbed that I would have thought that, that was the real content of the clip if I had not known better, I mean the timing and expression was all so well subbed over! Deserves 5 stars!!

Oh yah, someone commented that Nino's smug character was showcased very well there and then I realized that, that was the word I was looking for about Nino...Nino is smug! but not a put off.

yes, I have a copy of that book too...my sister made the same comment as you..she expected the book to be bigger...but its definitely something I think fans would like to own.
